Horrible experience! Do NOT stay here. Will not get your money's worth at all

My family and I had a terrible stay at this location. There was NO hot water at all. The tub got clogged and maintenance worked on "fixing" it for 2+ hours. Once they finished they left the nasty piles of hair they pulled from the tub on the floor for us to pick up and puddles of water everywhere. We cleaned the bathroom and went to go ask for more towels and the staff claimed they could not lend out a lot because the hotel was full. It was very late at night and very inconvenient when you are traveling with young children. Other things that did not work: hair dryer, iron board was broken, phone (front desk could not hear us) blankets were dirty on the pull-out couch.

2 out of 5 stars. Won't be coming back!

The bed was very comfortable. Good parking spot.

Pool wasn't working. The room was small but said it was a suite. The floor of the shower looked like it was about to fall apart. There's was a small selection for breakfast. I paid a lot of money for a king and queen suite for them to look like regular rooms with a small sofa bed added.

The room was very beautiful and clean. Spacious!

Attention to detail was missing. The bathroom in the lobby was covered in ants. There was no soap in the lobby bathroom. The breakfast was dismal. As I walked into the dining hall there was a person who walked in before me, he checked out what was there and walked away with a disappointed look. I followed and did the same, the breakfast was not something I wanted to partake in. The dining hall was clean and spacious. In the room I was staying in, there was a lamp in the bathroom that belonged on a desk in the room. It was very random…

We find roaches in the room and shower area i reported immediately and the front desk person was really helpful he gave me other room on the next floor up and another problem tv doesn’t work I reported they fixed the next day

Not the best but it was cheap

The beds were comfortable.

There was a major leak in our bathroom above the tub. We noticed it very late in the night and called them to let them know there was a major leak and they said they would come look at it and never did. They did give us another room to shower in the morning but it was not properly cleaned. The breakfast area was also very poorly stocked, they were out of everything in the last hour of breakfast. Which is when most people are trying to rush down to get food. The waffle machine and juice machine were not working because of the breaker. The staff couldn't figure out how to flip the breaker. Causing us to not be able to use them for the last hour of breakfast.

Roach infestation

Thre front desk lady in the a.m. was very professional, polite helpful and just made my day upon check in .

The whole place has a severe roach problem . I first noticed the little ones in the bathroom . Next morning I woke up gathered all dirty towels to put in hallway , when placing them out side my door two big roaches fell out and dis appeared . My boyfriend woke up to one craving 9n the wall by the head board , him trying to kill it actually is what woke me up . I took all of clothes to laundry mat when we checked out and two that we could see had came out of our over night bag . Huge problem and I haven't quit itching since then !

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

NOTHING!

The property is old the room smelled EXTREMELY musty, toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet -TOO SMALL, light bulbs burnt out, broken lamps, pillows were 1/2 size pillows- NEVER saw anything like that! overall the place is a DUMP!

Ok stay

The staff was kind. Setup was nice.

There was bugs(cockroach and lots of ants) on second floor room. Food was not the best. Last day took longer to get the food out towards to end of breakfast time it came out. No pool or Mello Yello. The pool was under maintenance and it was very disappointing kids was looking forward to the pool. My nephew was bit by bugs. Bath tub was peeling really bad so no one could take a bath.

Location

They didn't have the room I booked with 2 queen beds and had to give us a room with 1 king. The breakfast was cold even right after it was brought out. The pool was closed for maintenance.
