We will not stay there again.

It was a big room and the beds slept okay.

Didn't know there was breakfast. It was hard to find my room was down this little dark Hall and the door had a giant step up to get in. The remote on the TV didn't work. The TV came on but we couldn't change the channel. We took the remote back to the desk and they gave us another remote and it didn't work either we took it back and they said well they would send someone to fix it they never did and then we didn't have a remote to turn the TV off and we had to unplug it.

Disappointing

The location. The big room with multiple beds

It was falling apart. Huge rip in the carpet, bathroom screen ripped out, shower head dangling from the wall, blinds in room broken and missing, no curtains, beds were hard, staff did nothing to remedy problems, kitchen very under stocked

Older, but good value

Location and value

The room was spacious, but the sink is in the bed area. The tub was slick...be careful, my husband fell while taking a shower. Not many TV stations, but we spent most of our time in the park. Parking is very limited.

Loved Yellowstone but not this motel good location

Just ok

Bathroom needs a complete overhaul, very dark room the 2 lights were above the beds only and very high hard to turn on and off. Beds were too high for shorter people overall it was cleaned everyday but not a nice feel at all. No coffeemaker, no fridge, no microwave. Could hear noises from upstairs and next door. Shower water would go from hot to cold while showering. No grab bars at all in shower.

Not happy, not wort for the money i paid. Enclosed the pothos of chairs inside room.

No breakfast, location is okey.

Room dirty, chair was very very dirty. No parking, full. Wifi did not work. I need refund.

Confort des lits, grandeur de la chambre, situation géographique par rapport au parc national de Yellowstone

Moquettes dans les chambres qui n’a probablement jamais été aspirée ni lavée, lunette des WC qui était poncée et tachée d’excréments, moisissures sur le plafond et les murs de la salle de bain, pas d’eau chaude à notre arrivée (il a fallu demander au responsable qui a fait le nécessaire rapidement mais n’a pas pu nous changer de chambre), serrure de la porte qui a été forcée et ne fermait pas à clé, wifi et télévision qui ne fonctionnaient pas

Nights were quiet and the park was very enjoyable.

Location was easy to find and it was very quiet

The room that I reserved was not as stated. Also it was on the second floor and the bathtub was so deep I couldn't use it. To get in and out was impossible as there was nothing to hold on to and I am handicaped

Just closer to west Yellowstone entrance.

The room had a smell they should have at least sprayed room freshener. The bathroom was tiny, didn’t have enough toiletries. The lights in the room were not working. we informed the receptionist and he mentioned we will send over someone in 15 mins. but no one showed up to fix it.

Comfortable beds, tv with access to several channels, you can park in front of rooms.

Restroom was not very clean yellow spots on ceiling and a few on the bath tub

the staff was super nice. the room was super gross

it was under 200$ per night

the carpet had dark dirty spots. the baseboards were ripped off . There were puncture’s in the walls.

it was nice to have the option of having 4 beds in one room. the bathroom had been updated and was nice.

Very good stay. Enjoyed our time there. Will visit again.

TV did not work. We think it was the remote control. The fan in the bathroom must have been broken, because it did not turn on. Everything else was good. Loved the free coffee in the room!
