Served it purpose for a place to stay one night.

Breakfast was good. Pool and hot tub next door was great. Beds were ok.

No elevator. Had to to carry everything up stairs. Our hotel door was pretty beat up like it had been kicked in and door lock wasn’t secure. Not sure it was even working. No tub. Just a standup shower and lots of water came into floor from the holes. Very small Tv. Room was small.

We were disappointed in our stay.

The location was close to the Clarksburg Amphitheater, where we were attending a concert. The staff was friendly and tried to solve problems. The breakfast had plenty to offer. It was nice to be able to take my granddaughter to the facility next door to swim a bit.

The staff was friendly, but not entirely efficient or competent. I feel like they tried, but the checkout process was quite cumbersome. I had to call the hotel once I got home to discuss the five charges posted on my bank account in one day. Several of the items on the breakfast bar were not hot (biscuit, egg). The biggest drawback, however, was the lack of lighting in the parking lot. We got back to the hotel late, and there was virtually no lighting all around the exterior of the building. It was very disconcerting and potentially dangerous. We were definitely creeped out, and my granddaughter was fearful.

Disappointed and not worth it.

The pool was nice but it’s not even in the building.

I booked a non-smoking king room and it said it had a sleeper sofa. The room was TINY. No sleeper sofa. The first room we were given the door didn’t lock so they gave us a new room. it smelled like cigarettes and again was extremely small. Also do not suggest if it’s more than one person. The bathroom is extremely tiny and awkward.

The whole place Was dirty the gym and pool isn't even in the actual motel they give you a pass for the gym two parking lots over it looked like they just stopped in the middle of a remodel and said good enough vending machines didn't work room smelled like smoke the whole place was just disparaging the bathroom was terrible and the shower looked like it hadn't been clean everything was stained .we were supposed to stay for two nights and checked out after one night .

Served its purpose, no frills. Basic room

Room itself was clean and comfortable and front desk staff was very pleasant. Overall property was was older and needed a lot of attention.

No elevators and the hallway carpeting looked dirty and worn.

The people working there was very apologetic with booking.com as they were not happy about the FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

All it would have had to be to make it exceptionally well is have what was advertised online in the room. I requested a jacuzzi tub and it DID NOT HAVE IT

the room was nice and parking was great

it was stated that in the room there was a bath tub and spa tub, but there was neither. also during the middle of my visit my fiancé and i located a couple bed bug shells which is absolutely disgusting. we didn't find any live ones but that doesn't mean there aren't any!! i told a worker and nothing was done about it. also vending machine took $4 from me. i told a worker and she said there was nothing she could do because she didn't know how to open or work the vendor machine. so that was upsetting also.

Great location, breakfast, and access to 24-hour gym with sauna and jacuzzi next door

Location of the hotel, and the access to a 24 hour Fitness facility that I love in this area which was right next door! Breakfast was great! The staff were all kind, and helpful. The access to a king size bed was great! Free and accessible parking were also a huge plus! Lots of food and shopping nearby and easy access to route 50 and interstate 79!

There were pretty typically at least a couple of people right outside of the hotel door smoking cigarettes, as I'm not a smoker and I have asthma this was a big minus for me. The lack of an elevator made it a little tougher if you have a lot of luggage, but they do have first floor options. The rooms are also somewhat small, but they make up for this with the size of the bed!

Good but cramped wonderful staff and breakfast

The outside grounds are littered with garbage and beer bottles and in the parking lot. The room it self was very cramped they should have a queen or twin bed instead of a king. Bathroom is ridiculously cramped. You can tell they are making changes but they have to consider room size. You only have two entries on the ends of a long building. So if you get stuck in the middle and upstairs, no dlevator. Plan to get your workout. The great staff and breakfast free with the room kind of compensated. They have everything you could think of or want for breakfast. The pool is in another building neighboring the building same where the workout facilities. Kind of put the halt on that because it's a neighborhood gym. All in all I survived and did sleep good and in the end isn't that what we really want. Again terrific staff and breakfast.
