Good place to stay. Would stay again

Very clean and updated rooms. Bed was great. WiFi was good.

Great value, friendly service.

Looks like it was recently updated. Compared to the other options in Mena, this is one of the best. Great sty for the price. Road noise was a little bad at times from the 18 wheelers, but it's not something that's the motels fault. So just bring a good sound machine and possibly ear plugs.

Overall, I would book with Ozark Inn again in the future should we be going back to Mena.

I liked the location relative to the things we wanted to do and access. It was relatively quiet and the price for the weekend was ideal.

Cosmetics: I didn’t like that there was a hole in the bathroom behind the door where a door stop would be (they had plugged it with tissue paper). I also didn’t like that the paint on the outside of the doors was peeling/needed to be updated.

Stay was OK but only if you want to pay double what you were quoted.

No breakfast provided. location was OK

Hotel double billed us and after 45 days, still has not responded to credit card company request. I even called the hotel personally.

Well kept and clean. The owner was so sweet and accommodating. She even let us check in almost 2 hours early.

Outstanding value, will definitely be back soon.

Excellent value. Nothing fancy. Just very clean rooms, exceptionally comfortable (newer) beds and great property management. The staff was outstanding.

Mena is a great city

It was super clean very nice the bed was excellent so were the pillows very comfortable

They don't have a pool anymore it is full of rocks now covered in and the first night I left my garbage and dirty towels outside so they didn't have to come in and clean and I had used my coffee cups but they didn't replace anything they emptied the garbage but did not give me no fresh towels or cups

It was a nice cheap place to spend a night or two.

The room was a nice clean cheap room. I was only there overnight for my job so the only interaction with staff was when I checked in. The desk person was nice and very business oriented.

It was what was available.

No hot water at 9 pm. Waited until 10:30 to shower after the water heater caught up.

Located on a busy highway so it was a little noisy but acceptable.

Generally very clean despite being dated. It was clear that someone cares for the place and about the customers.

The doors and windows don't block much sound. The coffee was weak.

The swimming pool has been filled in. We were not going swimming in February but it might be time to update the hotel information.

Two people and one key. No mention of the wifi password being on the room key sleeve.

Location was great and the beds were comfortable.

Found a pair of dirty underwear on the floor by one of the beds when we first checked in. The room had two queen beds in it but yet only had one bath towel and one hand towel to wash rags how are two people supposed to get clean with that? It had no shampoos but it did hand soap. They did come in to clean on the second day of our stay and move things around on my bed. I am a manager of a hotel and I've instructed my housekeepers if there are things on the bed you leave the beds alone don't touch - never ever touch guest belongings. So maybe I'm going by the standards I said at my hotel instead of what Ozark does. But that's no excuse for the dirty underwear or the lack of sufficient towels plus the hand gloss the washcloth were dirty stained so actually they were clean but they were stained. I didn't pay much for the room and I got what I paid for
