My husband and I enjoyed our stay! This is the perfect condo for 2 - the pool is right outside and Turtle Bay resort is a short walk away. The condo is clean and updated. The property manager communicated well letting us know when we could check in. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommend!

This rental was perfect for our family of 3. The house is equipped with everything you need during your stay - kitchen supplies, bedding, beach chairs etc. It is very clean and comfortable. The beach and a cute cafe are only a short walk away which was very convenient. Didn’t have any trouble or questions during our stay but the owner was easy to reach and helpful during check in and check out. A new pullout couch was delivered before we checked in and my teenage son said it was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Check in was super easy, this place has all the amenities you need. Very relaxing stay, amazing view. The sofa bed was broken but was able to find the blow-up mattress. We didn’t go to the community pool but turtle bay beach is just right outside. Easy short drive to town like Haleiwa and Kahuku. We even went to the PCC which was only a 10/15 min drive for a full day of events. Highly recommend if you have small families coming to North Shore.

We had a great time at the property and the host (Host) and his housekeeper (Michelle) were fantastic and helped us find great places to go to and things to do. Also, Joel was very gracious with our schedule. The property is a no-brainer for people wishing to stay in the Turtle Bay area. You can visit the resort or not and the value for this condo far exceeds what you would get at the resort. We had no complaints and everything was as stated, perfect and spotless. We would stay there again in a heartbeat if we wanted to stay near the resort. 10 stars.

Nice condo for two people at a relaxed resort. Close to all the North Shore attractions. View of the golf course but several beautiful beaches are a 5 min walk away. Nice walking trails to some secluded beaches as well!

Overall this place is fantastic, the area is beautiful and the house is clean, well taken care of and a great choice. The view out over the golf course is fantastic and there are a ton of amenities that you can take advantage of. The only negatives are the stairs, very steep and with a downstairs bathroom they can be scary to navigate while half asleep. The tv had been broken by the previous renter and the owner and the cleaner were extremely quick to work with us and get a time to replace it. Huge shout out to Michell and her husband who were beyond friendly and honestly a highlight of staying was their hospitality and helpfulness. The only reason for not having a 5 star across the board was between us not being at the house and the owner being busy we weren’t ever able to get the sign in process for the tv fully complete. Check in and out was a breeze and one of the easiest I have done through VRBO. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great North Shore stay.

Very satisfied with location and amenities. Enjoyed North Shores but Covid has closed several of the area restaurants. The golf coarse is open and you can walk to the clubhouse and restaurant. Everything was easy to get to and enjoy.

Easy walk to beach and to Turtle Bay Resort. Liked that the villa had a washer & dryer and full kitchen. Biggest concern was sleeping up in loft- steep stairs a little tricky getting bathroom (on bottom floor) in middle of the night. Overall, great place to stay!

Stayed here together with my wife and our daughter, and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is perfect, calm and relaxing and 10 minutes’ walk to the closest beach. Nice view of the golf course and you can even spot the ocean in the distance. Would definitely consider to stay here again.

Everything was absolutely FABULOUS!!! Veryyyyy easy check-in, just follow the directions. I only stayed 3 days and what a teaser. Next time I'll definitely book at least a week or more!!! Communication with Joel was quick and easy!!! I consider myself veryyyyy lucky to have found this property!!!

The location is in a perfect location right next to Turtle Bay. The pool in the community was nice and clean. The only two negatives was that the carpets were stained in several areas and the sliding glass shower door was hard to close. We didn't spend a ton of time at the condo, but it served it's purpose very well.

This property was clean and had all necessary amenities. The bed was comfy and TV app selection was great. Located perfectly between the resort and a very quiet beach, all walking distance. We are avid golfers and the clubhouse was just a short walk down the cart path. Host was very responsive with the one question we had. We would definitely stay again.

Very disappointed in this property. Just completed a 6 night stay. Had 3 units total. The other 2 units were very nice. This one did not measure up. The carpet is filthy!! The shower doors were off track so my elderly parents had to climb in the shower over the toilet. They didn’t tell me this until we were about to leave. The garbage disposal doesn’t work and there were ants! When we arrived they were there. No food in the unit. We did all the cooking in the larger units. Contacted the host who claimed it was our fault for having food out but we didn’t! Do no recommend this unit! Look for something else!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay in Turtle Bay! Location is amazing…centrally located to all the amazing beaches of the North Shore…and shopping in Laie. Bed is comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. We appreciated the filtered water! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

My partner and I had a pleasant stay at this condo. The condo has a lovely view of the golf course and the sunset! Super close to Turtle Beach and just a short drive to all the food trucks.

Our stay at the condo was good. There are few things that were disappointing with our stay, but the overall location and amenities of the condo worked out well. The place needs some updates and cleaning - the carpet is pretty old and stained and it is starting to bubble up near the bottom stair that lead up to the loft bedroom. The air conditioning unit is on the bottom floor so the condo was super hot when we checked in the evening since no air was getting up to the loft. But the rest of the days it was ok, the loft still gets hot given the proximity of the air conditioning unit so the added tower fan helps a bit. Check-in went fine, but if you are getting there in the evening ask to heave the porch light on when you arrive. It was dark when we got there and it was really hard to find the unit number and make sure we didn't trip on the stairs as we carried our stuff up.

Myself, my wife, and teenage daughter loved our stay in this condo! The place is in a fantastic location, it’s very clean, and well stocked. The only thing remotely negative I’ll say is the “pull out” couch that acts as a 2nd bed is pretty uncomfortable and part of it randomly falls down. So that’s something to consider if you’re traveling with more than 2. Even with that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family. We came on a Sunday and the security guard David was so friendly while getting us our parking pass, explaining the property, and drove us directly to the unit. The pool is right outside the front door, and again, very clean with lots of lounge seating and a couple charcoal grills to use. There are great restaurants on the Turtle Bay property, but to save money on a few meals we visited Foodland up the road and used the kitchen which was well stocked and had everything we needed. Tip: sign up for a shoppers card at Foodland before you come, it’ll save you a lot of money! Book here, you won’t regret it! We can’t wait to come back :)

Really good property. Great location and environment. Peaceful and relaxing all on a private complex. Made for a great stay. What would be nice is an information pack about property. How to use appliances, things to do in the area and what to do on day of leaving etc. A small but helpful thing but apart from that, a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in Kuilima Estates West in April, 2023. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet, and the pool was amazing. From major things like parking included, the gorgeous pool, and a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean beyond, to small things like a pitcher of cold filtered water in the fridge when we arrived, this was an amazing choice for our North Shore stay. Lots of beaches, restaurants, and activities to enjoy nearby. We highly recommend Joel’s condo and would happily return if we’re ever back on that part of Oahu. Mahalo, Joel!

One of the condos in gated resort area. Upper level unit 88, nice view. Clean and well equipped. No lanai/outside sitting area. Small swimming pool across the parking place. Bed located in the loft, where it was uncomfortably warm (mobile air cooler provided but too noisy for us; ceiling fan in main room did not help either, also not in indicated direction for the purpose). Temp down in the room was much better, also without AC by opening the windows/door. Interior mostly as advertised (slightly different but equally nice, some other fridge/furniture, much bigger TV screen). Convenient location for North shore area, 10 min drive from the Kahuku food trucks. Quiet Kawela bay/beach 1 mile walk, great afternoon/evening stroll. More crowded Kuilima cove beach next to Turtle Bay resort, 15 min walk/ 2 min drive. Pearl harbor 1 hour drive either west or east wards (apart from possible heavy traffic).

This condo was perfect for my solo vacation, but could have easily hosted another person or two. The location is great--Turtle Bay, the coastal walk, and the hotel restaurants are right there. Kahuku is very close by, with delicious food, and beautiful beaches for swimming. Haleiwa is also a short drive in the other direction. The condo was quiet, clean, comfortable. The pool is right there, as is a parking spot. Checking in and out were super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean and well kept property. It had everything we needed. I especially liked having a big screen TV. It’s next to the pool, parking was just outside the unit and the beach is a few minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning. Mahalo! 🤙🏽
