Beach Sweet Beach! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is delightfully located within Seascape Resort's best kept secret: The Triangle. This home away from home easily sleeps eight guests and includes a fully stocked kitchen (utensils, coffee maker, blender, microwave, cookware and place settings) - you simply provide the food. In addition, guests have access to linens, and a nicely stocked storage shed with beach chairs, toys, and necessities for a fun day in the sun! Adjacent to the Seascape Resort Golf Course, it's a short walk to the beach or use Seascape's private parking lot located within the resort and across the street from beach access. Seascape also has free WiFi, resort wide.

For those days when a trip to the beach just isn't your thing, hang out on our comfortable patio and enjoy the peaceful porch swing or rocking chair. Better yet, take a stroll throughout the resort and visit the tennis court for a few backhands. There’s a swimming pool and Pickle ball Court practically at our back door (no kidding!)

Wind down for the evening with a walk on the beach, several swim laps in the pool or by enjoying one of the many fun filled in-house activities we have provided just for you. This is a great location at an affordable price point with great amenities. The pickle ball court and pool were right out the back door. The parking lot to access the beach is a 3 min drive or 10 min walk. Very easy street to cross to get to the beach. I gave a 4 star rating because our pool was closed 1/2 the trip. We could have accessed other pools but less convenient.

Everything was great ! Amenities right at our fingertips even the beach parking. They were even kind enough to let us check in over 4 hrs early. Will definitely be on my save list to stay again .

Staying here was perfect for our family of various ages and interests! The pool and pickleball courts were steps away! Short walks brought us to a playground, warmed pools, basketball courts, golf, and good surf fishing at the ocean. We had beautiful beach days. We were able to easily resupply snacks or any other types of shopping from thrifting to outlets with just a short drive. The unit was clean and as pictured. The area felt safe and family friendly.

Nice 3 bedroom property that allowed for easy access to beach and shopping. Complex has private beach parking but we rented and just rode bikes to the beach and locked them near the private parking area. The pool was very convenient and is just outside the back door. House is as described and is great for families.

The weather wasn’t the best but we alll had a great time ! The pool is just steps away from the sliding door so that was wonderful for the kids since it was raining on and off ! There is also a great space for the kids to play in the grass. We had enough room to set up a badminton set and play and have adult fun as well! Plenty of space inside for meals and relaxing watching tv or playing games . We have 2 younger grandchildren so we did put away all the breakables because of course that’s what they wanted to reach for! If was a great week! Thank you!

Property was in a great location, everything was clearly marked and easy to find. Beach parking was a great addition for beach visits. Only thing I would recommend is more comfortable mattresses or maybe some toppers and it’s time to upgrade the ceiling fans, also the main living area needs a larger TV, 50-60 inch tvs are $300-$400 bucks for a decent TV no reason to not have a larger tv. Other than those small things the property was great for what we needed and we plan on renting it again for our next trip!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property was perfectly located next to pool, pickle ball court. Short walk to beach. Upon entering the property we all said “this is nice!”we had everything we needed to cook and stay comfortably. The owners replied fast to questions! We met the cleaner Anthony who was very accommodating and did professional cleaning job. Thank you so much! Would definitely book again!

This is a great condo. The owners have really thought of all the small details that made our stay outstanding. First off, we arrived a little early and they were done cleaning the condo and we were allowed to check in before 4 pm which was really nice after a very long drive. This condo was extremely clean. My sister stayed in a very upscale home in a gated community down the road and our condo was a lot cleaner than hers was. I do the “barefoot test.” My feet were clean after walking around this condo. There is a shed where there is beach gear, chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and a bike if you wanted to use. The most beautiful beach in Destin is across the street from Seascape. The parking lot on premises across from the beach was very convenient, as finding parking can be difficult at any beach in Destin. The pool is literally 10 yards from the patio of this condo. I did not get a chance to use the pool, but it was clean and well kept from what I observed. Patricia and Rolland were very responsive to my texts. I have no issues or complaints about my stay here. I would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself and would recommend to others who were staying in Destin.

Condo was clean and I loved the location in Seascape. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool and patio. The master bed was comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is a full length mirror. We attended a Beach wedding and really could have used that.

This is a great place for a family gathering, with a large living room, dining table for 8, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and two baths. And the pool just outside the door. Seascape is a huge property with several kinds of housing. This a in a 4-unit condo that abuts a golf course—but no errant golf balls while I was there. Many good walks, beach access, pleasant neighbors. I hope to return!

We were happy with rooms, towels, added blow dryer etc and pool nearby. Soundproofing noise above us and next door would help. We used sound machines so all was great. Kitchen had everything. Fridge was perfect. Closeness of outdoor laundry was better than going to laundrymat. We usually always have a washer dryer as a must but the weekly price was in our budget. Thank you.

We loved this place! Beautiful and clean! It had everything we needed. It is in a wonderful location. Everyone in our family enjoyed the stay and everyone found things that they loved! It was accommodating to our teens, as well as the parents and the grandparents! Our golfers loved the location & being right on the golf course! Thank you for letting us rent from you!

The property is very well taken care of. Very clean and nice location to the beach. The beach is in walking distance across the street. Restaurants are a mile away and there are outlet stores and a grocery store are nearby too. Look forward to going back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this awesome condo! My husband & I brought our two teenage sons & two of their friends down to do a scuba diving class. This condo had more than enough room for the 6 of us! The spacious living room was perfect for hanging out, the large kitchen table allowed us to all sit together, & the bedrooms were perfectly set up for our group as well! We will be coming back for more scuba diving & will definitely try to stay at this condo again! The pool was right outside our door, though it was too cold to swim this time, in the summer months that will be ideal! The location was perfect as well - Grocery store, ice cream, restaurants & shopping are all just around the corner! Easy to get into, quiet area & nice short walk to the beach. Weird bonus - their were towel hooks on EVERY door!! This is my biggest pet peeve when we visit places, esp places near the beach. Usually there is 1 towel rod in the bathroom & everyone has at least 2 towels - one for the shower & one for the beach.... & never a place to hang them! This fabulous condo literally had hooks on every door, some had multiple hooks! With 6 people & 12 towels this was a dream come true!! It's the little things!!

We had a very good stay at this property. At first, the owners were very helpful and responded to all of my messages immediately. Here comes the negative part… When we booked the property, we were charged a cleaning fee, which is very normal. I read the rental agreement very carefully to make sure I understood what was expected of the renters. It was a pretty normal agreement: Where trash receptacles are located outside, load dirty dishes in dishwasher before leaving, put dirty towels in bathtub, leave beds unmade. Not outrageous requests. We’ve stayed in several VRBO properties over the years and have never left a unit without doing our part. This is no different, as we did everything that was requested. At the end of the day of checkout, I received an email stating we are going to be charged an extra fee for damages plus an added fee for the extra time the housekeeping service had to stay. I was almost in tears!!! I immediately responded asking for pictures with proof of said damages. They sent me a walkthrough video the housekeeper took. She found two small trash cans not emptied, three pieces of paper two empty coke bottles and sand, from our feet on the floor. I could hear this cleaning person in the video saying there was trash and stains all through the unit and how dirty the people were that stayed there. I was so confused because I wasn’t seeing in the video what this person was seeing. I tried communicating to the owners but they were not changing their minds about the extra charge. So I’m just going to help you all by letting you know not to leave trash ANYWHERE!! Not even an old receipt! You also might want to sweep, mop and vacuum the unit before leaving! Don’t assume the cleaning fee you are paying is going to cover the typical job of a housekeeper unless you are willing to do most of the job for them.
