This 3 bdr, 2 bath, exceptionally clean and spacious condo boasts a feeling of home as soon as you walk in! Great view and located on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, this MM 20.5 unit has a comfortable feeling of openness you won't find in other units. An added bonus is you won't hear others walking around above you! Plenty of room for parking, unlike some other buildings in the complex (i.e no struggling or hunting to find a parking stall nearby)! This unit has all the amenities of home, including waffle iron, coffee maker, griddle, crock pot, etc. A roomy deck with BBQ grill, table and lounge chairs offers views of the cove, pool and beach areas. Main channel can also be seen from the deck. Master bedroom hosts a king-sized bed, a lay down small futon-style couch (works great for "littles" who want to sleep in the room with you!), 50" TV, walk-in closet, walkout to the deck and attached master bath. A queen bed can be found in the second bedroom, with combo full and twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, and a comfortable sofa in living room that can sleep 1. Brand new queen size air-mattress is available for your use, which would allow for an additional guests. Mostly brand new furnishings are housed throughout. Sliding doors to the deck are found in both living room and master bedroom. Ambient string deck lighting adds a touch of charm to this unit and can be changed up via a remote control to include different colors to celebrate whatever the season may be (red/white/blue, warm white, rainbow, red/green, you name it!). Free WiFi. Full-sized Washer/Dryer included. This unit is located close enough to the pool and beach areas to where it is a convenient short walk, yet you won't be bothered by loud poolside noise (we are 2 buildings from pool). Our building is located on the second tier of the complex, so much more peaceful, much less traffic and much less noise to contend with. The Ledges are in the heart of Osage Beach, close to "hot spots" such as bars, restaurants, golf courses, Big Surf waterpark, Go-Karts, Mini-Golf and the Outlet Mall, to name a few. If you require a boat slip, please send an inquiry to see if one is available (additional fee). If you walk along the docks, you are sure to see many ducks, turtles and fish swimming about! This unit is pet-free and smoke-free and is our little piece of paradise in the Ozarks!

We stayed here for my son’s birthday with family and everyone loved it! We were sad it was cold so we didn’t get to enjoy the beach or deck but luckily there still were great views from inside in the warmth. My youngest asked to go back for his birthday in July the whole way home! Also the host was very responsive and helpful, all around a perfect weekend!

Where do I even begin! Cleanliness: The condo is absolutely spotless and has a coziness that is just indescribable. Not a single dust buggy to be found! Communication: The hostess Jennifer went above and beyond with our stay! Always quick to respond. We had brought our wave runners last minute and need to find a slip. She had found us one with in hours of asking at the dock in front of the house! Location: The condo is located so close to EVERYTHING! We were able to go to Wal-Mart, the outlets, restaurants, boat rental, big surf, and more while never driving more then 10-15 minutes!! With out a doubt we will be renting from her every year! Seriously, do not hesitate to book this condo you will be more then happy you did!

Six of us had a great time celebrating a birthday at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The view of the lake and sunset was gorgeous! (Note that being on the 3rd floor, however, meant a lot of steps to climb - which could be challenging when carrying luggage or a heavy cooler!) We only cooked one meal but the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was great to deal with and it's obvious that every effort has been made to provide guests with a wonderful visit. My only real complaint involved the fact that there are just two (small) pools for a complex that has well over 200 units. Almost every time we tried to swim they were both too crowded to enjoy and we ended up leaving. Disappointing, but certainly not the fault of this condo's owner. For the most part we had a lovely stay!

Condo was very clean, good location. Beds were comfortable, pool and beach was just a short walk away. Condo is on the 3rd floor, so if you have lots of luggage or coolers, you'll get a workout. Needs to be a big letter outside the building to let people know what building it is.

The property is perfectly located, close to nearly everything. It was quiet with a water view of a cove. The balcony was a favorite place to sit and relax. There was everything you could need there, even a few extras in case you forgot something. Check in and out were easy and the condo was immaculate. We will certainly back HERE again! Thanks!

We were in the area for a COVID bachelorette weekend getaway. We rented this condo for the parents and future family of the bride to-to-be. It was perfect! Let the girls have their space at their condo which was a short walk (a couple buildings away). And we could get away when our steam ran out and they ran on! Rented a pontoon for all day on Saturday and stayed safe and distanced within our group (a lot of healthcare providers). Was the perfect celebration during a pandemic! Great communication from Jen, the condo owner and had everything we needed (except the cutting board which we never did find, Jen lol!!) Really clean and comfortable!

It was a beautiful place in a great location! Off the busy highway in a quiet cove but close enough to main highways, bars, restaurants, and shops. It was very spacious for 10 people to move and sleep comfortably. Owner was quick to respond and was so helpful with the whole process of renting and leaving. Would def rent again in the future. 10/10 reccomend!

Jen was a joy to talk to when we had a couple questions before check in, she was so friendly and after a day of traveling with my young kiddos it was so nice to feel welcomed. The 3rd bedroom was perfect for our kids (2 year olds) as we just removed the ladder so they didn’t climb it, the master bed was super comfortable and the deck access off the master was a treat. We highly recommend staying at The Smith Lake house if you’re looking for a family friendly, relaxing spot on the lake!

We had a great time... our condo was a little further of a walk to the pool and beach area than we were expecting, but it was doable! The first day the water was clean and great, but the next day we went down to the sand, there was debris floating in the water. Driftwood, small mulchlike pieces of wood, etc. It stuck to the kids and got in bathing suits. It was kind of gross and were a little disappointed. It seemed like the groundskeeper could make sure its cleaned out. The pool was good though! We had a grouchy neighbor that yelled and cussed at our kids for being too noisy in the middle of the afternoon. We thought you were supposed to be quiet after 11 pm. Other than that, it was good! The condo felt and looked very clean, it was well stocked and the owners communicated well!!

Jennifer went out of her way to equip the condo with the little things to make you feel comfortable. From the essential oils diffusers to the board games we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. This is definitely one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed too. I typically find myself wiping everything down upon arrival, but not here. We were able to unwind and relax. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Jennifer and Brian have thought of everything, from a stocked kitchen with spices of every sort, to laundry detergent. Small travel size toiletries are available, but bring your own if you prefer. Beautiful views; the pictures don't do it justice. Outdoor stairs, two flights up to unit, but covered and well lit. End unit with tons of natural light. Easy to find with GPS. Overall very happy with our stay.

My family and I spent the weekend at this beautiful Condo over looking the lake. It was a perfect fit for 4 adults and two children ages 2 1/2 and 8 months. The Condo provides everything you need and more. You are close to shopping, restaurants, bars, Outlet Mall and many other activities. The Condo also provides Netflix in the main living room which is important if you have small children. The owners are very responsive to any request you have and I look forward to coming back to staying with them again. This Condo is highly recommended.
