Great house! We booked it for our entire bridal party to stay while in town for our wedding weekend and it was perfect for that! Every couple had their own room which was nice for privacy. The house is very spacious with everything you could need equipped. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our great. We would definitely recommend with large groups!!!

Easy check-in, and good communication with property manager. The house is large and has many separate areas, as well as a nice large front yard to gather together. The BBQ and tables on the front balcony off the dining area on the main floor was enjoyable (we had pleasant weather) The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed to make family dinners. Caution about the steps-- there are many and easy to get lost. LOL We had some older family that we kept on the lower floors and put the young adults "at the top" Overall, great experience, we would highly recommend.

Family members from various locations met together in Eugene. House could not have been better! We were all together under one roof yet, due to the size and layout of the house, we had our privacy. Everyone in our group mentioned how perfect the home was for us. Wendy was attentive and accommodating - easy to recommend this property to others.

Large property that is well stocked with kitchen appliances and dinnerware. Large bedrooms with plenty of space for everyone. Minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Six of us came for a cycling vacation in the Willamette Valley. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The house is very large; it really has ten bedrooms, several of which are quite large, and it has ample common space. The kitchen is very well stocked. There are multiple tables to sit at outside.

Our crew came to Eugene for the Olympic Trials. The location and the quiet were perfect for the athletes competing. We had 3 of our athletes make it to the Paris games, and we watched a 4th in the living room become an Olympian in Pennsylvania. Wendy was flexible and terrific! Highly recommend.

Brought our team all the way from NC to Nike Outdoor Nationals at Hayward Field... this house had everything we needed, including an easy walk to/from the track & all things University of Oregon- related! Would 100% stay here again

We enjoyed this house with our six adult children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We used every bedroom and bathroom. We hiked up the hill to Hendrick's Park and the Rhododendron Gardens. We also hiked Skinner's Butte and spent a day at the coast. The house is big and the outside spaces are also hospitable and welcoming. The weather was great for the NCAA Championships.

What a remarkable house! We were in Eugene with 2 other families for our son’s wedding weekend. We hosted a rehearsal dinner there for 35 attendees who were incredibly impressed with everything about the home.
Everything about the home was incredibly well stocked including linens, towels, kitchen items including the most specific of details, plates, silverware, appliances, coffee beans, toilet paper, spices, cleaning items, serving trays and table cloths, additional folding tables and chairs. It was fantastic.
The surrounding gardens are gorgeous, the outdoor areas have beautiful places to sit with cushions that are in great shape. There’s plenty of parking. The hosts have provided excellent information about the property inside that makes it easy to manage any possible concern.
The seating areas were well taken care of and well maintained.
There are 10 large bedrooms and ample bathrooms with plenty of shampoo and conditioner.
The only concern one might have are the stairs which are not suitable for disabled guests but our 3 year old grandson navigated them easily.
Highly recommend.

We had 6 of 8 siblings (and some kiddos) fly in from all over the country to do the 5K, Half, & Marathon. The home is within walking distance of the race start, Tom's Party Store, coffee shops, Pre's Rock, & the beautiful Hendrick's Park with rhododendrons in full bloom in April. This is a perfect house for family gatherings! Those who need quiet can take the rooms up on the 4th floor & others who don't like stairs can take the 2 bedrooms on the lower levels. The house is older, but we were all really pleased with how clean it was! It rained all weekend so we were unable to enjoy the outdoor spaces. I ordered groceries to be delivered from Albertsons as we had no car & who want to spend time grocery shopping on vacay! Highly recommend! Lastly, Wendy was fantastic helping us add a night and answering questions. Thank you for sharing your home!

By far the best stocked house I've rented. Plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans for a large crowd.

This beautiful well-cared for home easily accommodated our large family. We all agreed that it’s been our favorite vacation home so far. We especially appreciated that dishes and cookware were plentiful. Wendy added a special touch with all the thoughtful Christmas decor. She was very pleasant and easy to work with.

My multigenerational family stayed at the Villa over the Christmas holiday. We had an amazing stay! The house was well spread out with space for everyone to be comfortable in! The house was very clean and had everything you could think of that you might need. The kitchen was very well stocked, every detail thought of that you would need for cooking, from plenty of dishwater to instantpots and slow cookers.
The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. The house is very quiet, which is very nice with a large family staying in it! The host Wendy was easy to get a hold of if you needed anything and was very flexible with me, it was a pleasure to interact with her and rent her beautiful house! The only thing to be aware of before renting is that the house is on many levels with lots of stairs. It’s what really makes it nice and spread out but also something to think about for less mobile people.

House was decorated for Christmas, cozy, clean, comfortable beds, accommodated 17 of us, kitchen and dining area small but well appointed. Great communication with owner, good location. Special memories were made and lots of fun had by all.

My daughter is a UO cheerleader and couldn't come home for Thanksgiving due to the football game Friday. So we decided to bring Thanksgiving to her. The property was lovely! We were able to host Thanksgiving for the cheerleaders that couldn't go home and bring our family together. Was a wonderful weekend

Want to thank Wendy for provide her home to me and my friends for the USC - Ducks game weekend. The 10 bedroom, 5 bathroom home was perfect to house the 15 of us. Hope to stay there again when I come back to Eugene for the various University events.

Always love our stays here! Such a great house for large groups, and the neighborhood is phenomenal! A wonderful stroll to great restaurants and the UO campus. We’ll be back — again!

We were a group of 14 women visiting for wine weekend getaway. The home had more than enough space for all of us and we had a blast! This is the perfect house, close to campus for large groups. There are two fridges, two microwaves, plenty of bathrooms and communal space. We'd definitely come back if we stay in Eugene again.
*Note for those with large vehicles - they likely won't fit in the garage as it's plenty wide but not deep enough. We weren't able to fit a Tacoma, Suburban, or Highlander in the garage, but street parking was just fine and safe.

Very nice accommodation, quirky layout but lots of rooms and separate area. Easily accommodated 4 different groups with room to spread out.
Great outdoor area with tables and chairs for lots of people and lots of cutlery and crockery for us all.
Given we had a big group this was very good value and the location is also excellent with Hendricks Park just up the hill
No complaints, we had a great time, thank you

Such a great property to stay at for a Duck Football game. Allows for larger groups of friends to get together and stay in the same house while still giving each couple the privacy they need. Will be staying here again next year!

The landlords were excellent to work with during our stay. great spot to host a party, we hosted 45 people for a catered rehearsal diner with outside seating for all. Must like to climb stairs, built on many different levels.

We had a great stay with our cycle group. Very relaxing with tons of space. Sitting outdoors in the evening was a plus. Wendy was a great, responsive host and helped us dial in in a catered Italian dinner. I would highly recommend this home for large groups. Because of the large number of bedrooms, the home has a few levels and stairs. Fantastic kitchen, family room and upper and lower deck!

This was a perfect house for our large family, gathering from all parts of the country to celebrate my grandson's wedding. Our host Wendy was fantastic in every way and made several special accommodations for us that were SO appreciated. The wonderful house and wonderful hostess are absolutely THE BEST.

Our family loved The Villa while in Eugene for a wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the decor is elegant but homey. I believe the kitchen is the most well-equipped one I've ever seen. In addition to lots of the basic supplies, there is every small appliance imaginable. The yard is beautiful, and there are all sorts of tables, chairs, & umbrellas for relaxing outdoors. I like to walk, so I especially appreciated the lovely neighborhood of interesting houses and colorful gardens to look at on my strolls. I can't speak for the other beds, but the one I slept in, the king in the largest bedroom, was quite comfortable. There are many levels and stairs in The Villa, so this might be a concern for anyone with limited mobility, although they weren't a problem for us. We understood that we could ignore the 2-hour parking limit on the street, but my son-in-law got a ticket anyway. His pickup truck has a kayak rack on top and wouldn't fit in either garage. My daughter called Wendy, The Villa's owner, and she sent us a parking pass and told us she would take care of the ticket. The dishwasher, which is missing its wheels on the right side of the lower rack, is a bit annoying. There was some noise from a track meet at the university, kind of a distraction when outside. The water pressure seemed low, but that's par for the course, I think, in an old house. The overall ambiance is charming, the location is great, and I recommend The Villa.

This was house is amazing! We had a fabulous stay in this huge house. It fit 14 people and dog comfortable. Everyone was amazing when doing the tour of the house when we first got there finding all 10 bedrooms. The home was clean and welcoming and stocked with 2 of each appliances. Totally recommend for big families!!! We all loved this house!
Ps shout out to the neighbor on the right. For letting us use their drive way for my 84 year old grandma to cut through their yard to get too and from the house.

Not sure if this was originally built as a sorority or frat house with its 10 bedrooms and multiple stairs and levels. However it fit our group very well and we enjoyed the house ands it’s location.

Good area for walking and enjoying the park and neighborhood. Views from bedrooms fabulous. Dog owners appreciated the accommodation.
For two sit-down dinners, I rented 6-ft tables and folding chairs, so we could all be together in the garage. Needed more hand-towels and washcloths in first floor bathroom, used by everyone!!
