Just walk out the front door and catch the free Deer Valley shuttle to and from Deer Valley Mountain Resort Base and Snow Park Lodge or take the free Park City bus to Main Street for shopping, dining and entertainment which is less than 2 miles away. This property was designed as a private get-away and exclusive vacation rental.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and the dining table for 8 with a view of Deer Valley make hosting a treat. A spacious great room with cozy fireplace and entertainment center offers the perfect area to relax or socialize. If guests prefer to enjoy the view and mountain air from outside, they are all set with the private deck with private Hot Tub, outdoor seating and a BBQ.
The main living level boasts two king bed suites, both with a flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom with custom heated flooring. There is also a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.
The entry-level has a large bunk room with one Queen and three Twin beds, flat screen TV with Sony Wii game system and a private ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combination. The entry way from garage and front door is spacious and doubles as a mudroom with ample hooks, area for storage and bench for seating.
To top it all off, there’s a private heated garage spacious enough to fit a full-sized SUV and equipped with ski and snow board racks for easy storage. The private driveway offers parking for an additional vehicle.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.
No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.
Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.
No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.
No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.
Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.
COVID-19 POLICY
***Covid-19 Policy***: At Luxury Park City Rentals, we want to make sure your stay with us is safe and healthy, so we have implemented the following protocols:
1. Guest Friendly Cancellation Policy: We have made our cancellation policy more guest friendly to allow you more time to make changes and still receive refunds. You can cancel 60 days or more from arrival and receive a 100% refund or if you cancel between 31 and 60 days you will receive 50% refund of the 50% reservation deposit, so you will forfeit only 25% of the reservation if you cancel 31 days or more from arrival.
2. Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew has been trained and is providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas for all homes prior to and after each stay.

5. Hand Sanitizers and Disinfecting/Cleaning Supplies: Hand sanitizers and/or additional disinfectant/cleaning supplies will be in the home when you arrive.
6. Lots of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Tissues: We have pre-purchased and will stock all our homes with enough toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. so you shouldn’t need to try to buy them on your vacation.
7. New Linens and Bedding: We have upgraded our bedding and linens to a 5-star hotel hospitality line utilizing two sets of sheets, towels, bathmats, and special top sheets that are all professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.
Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

Bo was very responsive. The location was great, as was the shuttle—if you’re wondering about that, don’t worry—it’s great! Super easy and fast to get on the mountain.
The garage is small. Our suburban would only just fit.
If there are people next to you, it’s loud. You hear doors slamming and garage doors opening from next door. Before they arrived, it was very quiet.
The fireplace and hot tub were great. Only complaint was that the guy that came to service the hot tub just walked in and through the condo without ever knocking. I knew he was coming sometime that day but this was not cool. People also came to take out trash cans and put them back in and came in and out of the garage without any notice, knock, etc. the condo has no dead bolts, so no way to secure the house without people who have access entering at will. This made us a little uncomfortable.
The kitchen was well stocked. This was the cleanest rectal I’ve ever been in—ever.
There were only 4 of us and if we didn’t space our showers out, we ran out of hot water. Bo came over and said everything checked out but this isn’t normal. We weren’t taking abnormally long showers. I can’t imagine having 8-9 people in there! Yikes!
The listing said the bedding was upgraded to premium bedding, but it left a lot to be desired. The beds were ok but not super comfortable and the fitted bottom sheet kept coming off.
Overall our stay was good and this was a great home base for us for the week of our DV ski trip.

Property owner was great with communication and included a lot of area information in the arrival instructions. The property was very clean and had everything needed for cooking a meal at home (really appreciated that the Barbecue was clean… such a rarity at rental properties). Overall a great experience!

Renting for a month, we were provided with ample basics (TP, detergent, paper towels etc.) and wonderful upgrades (appliances, cutlery, utensils etc.). Bo, the property manager, was responsive, helpful, respectful and made our stay even better! Fantastic Home
Bo’s home was perfect for our family of 7. He was very responsive and helpful with all questions. It was an easy shuttle ride from the base of deer valley. Download the app “deer valley direct” and it takes about 2-10 minutes to get a shuttle at the door which is a free ride to the mountain. Same for returning from the mountain home after a day of skiing. Wonderful neighborhood. Got tons of snow but both mornings roads and sidewalks were plowed before we left the house. Everything was in great condition and the hot tub was a nice touch.

The house is large and very comfortable for our family of four. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and the house was spotless. The hot tub is large and clean, and we appreciated the little touches, like the basket of towels by the door. We had no complaints and would stay here again in a minute!
