We are and a adult only property and you won't find a better location than this! Walk a few blocks and you are in heart of downtown Palm Springs!
This quaint property has three individual cottages, all newly renovated and decorated by a local well-known designer. Each casita comes with their own private yard, hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture, along with a private entrance. The shared 8-foot, full-sized pool is always heated, however, each cottage has their own pool entrance and there is ample patio furniture, for your enjoyment. The vintage exterior neon signs set the perfect vacation mood, come be taken away from it all. No need to bring pool floats or an outdoor speaker as we have piped in music by the pool and pool floats for your enjoyment. Inside your spacious 750 square foot one bedroom cottage, you will find all the amenities one could expect. We have provided you with ALEXA in your living room, kitchen and bedroom so there is no need to bring your own speaker for music. Your Spanish Adobe cottage was built in the 1930’s and is newly renovated, both inside and out. There are beautiful hand-crafted vaulted open-beam, paneled ceilings, for that spacious feeling. All of your kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line and your kitchen is well-stocked with the “gourmet chef” in mind. You will not find mix-matched silverware and plates in this cottage, but instead you will find all the kitchen amenities imaginable, inclusive of the basic garlic press to a Kitchen Aid, stand-alone mixer. As you relax in your cozy living room, you will find a 50" TV, complete with an Roku. With Roku you can rent movies, play music, sign into your own Netflix account and many other entertainment selections. In the bedroom, you will find a 30" TV and a very comfortable bed, complimented by fine linens. The re-modeled bathroom includes a full-sized marbled shower. No need to wait for someone else to finish their laundry, as you have a full sized steam- washer and steam-dryer, right in your cottage. You will not be disappointed, as it is our mission to bring you the “Comforts of Home” in beautiful Palm Springs! It will be our pleasure to serve you and make your experience one to remember. Everything as advertised. This would also be a cool experience to have friends rent out the other casitas too so you all get to enjoy a nice time together while not being crowded in one place and having the pool to yourselves.

Such an adorable place to stay. Large front room with dinning area, large bedroom, great shower with bench, and large kitchen with everything you need. Loved the private patio and spa. The pool is right out the door with lots of vinyl floats and lounge chair. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in this generously-appointed cottage. It was just far enough from downtown to not be noisy, yet so easy to get out and enjoy the restaurants and shops nearby. Our favorite feature was the pool and the kitschy neon signs placed around the pool area. We even had some close encounters with a hummingbird couple who had a nest in the beautiful plants. This cottage is also just two blocks from The South Lykken Trailhead, so going for a morning walk with an amazing view of the city was just steps away. A day trip to Joshua Tree (less than an hour away) topped it all off. The property manager was communicative and responsive.

We stayed for a week and had a grand old time. The cottage was exactly as the pictures showed. It was perfectly well appointed with very nice kitchen and bath tools. We ate in more than once bc it was such a nice setting. We ate by the pool one night and the other we were in our private patio with the hot tub which was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. We walked into downtown Palm Springs without 20 minutes. The hiking is a 10 minute walk (saw a rattle snake!—low point of the trip, YUCK!). Indian Canyon golf course is a 5 minute drive and they were super nice and accommodating. All in all we had a fantastic trip. I would highly recommend this little oasis.

This rental checked all our boxes for our visit in Palm Springs. The unit was very clean, functional, organized, private, and quite charming. We just loved the setting as it made us feel like we were back in mid-century times with the decor and chill environment around the pool. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was expertly organized. We also appreciated the security doors and gates. Highly recommend this rental property.

Great location, great amenities, clean. The only minor complaint is to turn off the pool music earlier. It's a little loud for us early to bed, early risers. Otherwise, we loved our stay and visit in Palm Springs!

With lots to do nearby, the location was great. The unit was very comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed and more. The patio with hot tub was private and fantastic and the shared courtyard with heated pool was even more fun. My wife and I loved it. Would like to stay longer next time!

My husband and I spent 9 nights in this charming VRBO. It had everything you need for a great stay in Palm Springs. If staying in, making a meal and watching TV is your ideal evening - then this is the place for you. If getting dressed up and going out on the town is your idea of a good time, you are ideally situated with a 10 minute walk to the downtown. If a day of golfing followed by a soak in the hot tub is how you like to spend your time - you can do that too! We did all of these things and had a great stay....the bed is super comfy too! The owner checked in on us when we arrived and responded immediately when we had a question - thank you Rick. The place and experience was awesome. I highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Palm Springs.

we left the property, we were very comfortable truly looking forward to rebooking again just because we enjoyed our stay and felt so comfortable everything so very accommodating. The only small comment we have is there was an insect issue with ants and nats throughout the house. Coffee maker had coffee filter with coffee still in it from the previous visitor. Aside from that we thought the bed was super comfortable the couch as well everything so accommodating and clean. Truly looking forward to rebooking soon we would want to revisit Palm Springs again just because how much we loved our stay thank you again for providing such a warm and comforting place…

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The dedicated parking and private entrance were perfect. My wife and I fell in love with the cottage. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed and the unique decor was very interesting to explore. As stated, everything we needed was provided and high end, including shampoo, conditioner and plenty of towels. Rick was responsive to our text messages and very nice. We met the people staying in the other cottages and they loved their places as well. The location was great and close to all the action. The pool was clean and there are plenty of chairs and floats. Most importantly, the air conditioner kept our room at a chilly 70 degrees. We will definitely stay at this location again. We talked about renting out all three cottages for a getaway with friends.

Loved this place. Would absolutely stay again. Parking is easy. The private hot tub was the highlight. The interior was super cute and fully stocked kitchen. Pool was pretty and patio was decorated retro. My only issue was the bathroom doors being shutter doors so there was no privacy there. Other than that, loved it!!!!

This property is unlike any other. It is an oasis in the desert. Full of charm, lots of privacy and located just far enough from downtown but still close enough if you want the nightlife of Palm Springs. I really like that the Tahquitz Canyon hiking trail is right down the street and I would highly recommend it. It's an easy hike and the waterfall is still going full blast. Rick and his partner are excellent hosts and respond quickly if anything arises. My only concern, and it has nothing to do with the hosts or the property, is the mild sounds of construction going on near the property. But this is Palm Springs and construction seems to be going on everywhere. Can't wait to for the opportunity to come back.

We loved our stay at this incredible cottage. It provided us with every amenity we could have wished for. Spotless and luxurious inside and out! Perfect location to downtown Palm Springs and very close to the Indian Canyon hiking trails. Host was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. We look forward to booking this place again in October!

The location is great! Convenient to all Palm Springs has to offer. Private courtyard with your own spa and only share the pool with 2 other units. The unit was comfortable and spacious with laundry, well stocked kitchen and a beautiful marble walk-in shower. Rick and Gary were friendly and responsive. I would absolutely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property - the owners thought of everything and the decor is beautiful! It was perfect for just two of us. The location was a super close drive or Uber ride to downtown. The other quests in the other units were really respectful of the space as well. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

We felt safe. Fun decorations. 40's music in pool area we enjoyed. Shared pool and private hot tub. We expected it to be closer to town, but enjoy walking, so location was fine. Quiet area.
