In the last few years, this property completed a very thorough renovation, remodel, and refurnishing. This Ground floor, spacious end unit condo boasts High Definition TVs throughout, a gas fireplace, loads of natural light and a Master Suite on the main level. With 6 Queen size beds and a King bed too, this home sleeps up to 10 very comfortably! Please note, the fourth "bedroom" offers great flexibility in sleeping arrangements, but does not have a window or closet.
Conveniently located only 200 yards from the “Stampede” Ski Trail, you will have an easy walk to and from the ski slopes, or for summer guests, to and from hiking & biking trails, the Burgess Creek beach and more! This property is close enough that you'll be able to ski home for lunch, send grumpy tired kids home without an escort, or you might swing by just to swap out clothing. goggles, dry your gloves, or have some hot cocoa.

For any guests booking this property, the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Groups with adults younger than 25 must inquire with us and receive approval before booking. We do have other properties which might be a better fit for athletic groups, teams, or young adult groups. Please contact us to discuss options. Please also note - groups larger than 8 people will have to pay a surcharge of $20 per person per night on top of posted rates.

Property was very well appropriated! Great supplies for cooking, wonderful quality linens, and lots of additional bath towels, and pool towels. Property management company was very helpful to us in getting much needed additional fans due to the unexpected heat! We really appreciated their responsiveness because it was quite warm… 10 and 15° above normal temperatures. Should make sure to Notes most mountain properties do not have air-conditioning, so the fans were! The pool is smaller than the pictures do justice but very well taken care of as was the hot tub. There were 10 of us and plenty of sleeping space for all!

Condo was in walking distance to slopes. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Condo was spacious with plenty of room for our party of 10.

We are a family of 5 with three children plus grandma and grandpa. The condo was perfect for sleeping and daytime hours. The family stayed in lower bedrooms. The bunk rooms were great. Upstairs sleeping was perfect for grandparents. The living area was just great for family gatherings. The condo was well stocked, and we had everything we needed for our nightly family dinners. Each night we enjoyed the hot top and heated pool. We highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Had a great stay with extended family in the property and will plan on staying again. Have only a couple of minor issues/quirks that could've happened to any property but would not detract from wanting to stay again. Once we figured out where the shortcut to Gondola Square was through the adjacent condos parking lot, we decided to walk to the slopes each day vs try to get on the bus. Love the heated floors!

Promontory 19 fit our needs perfectly for a 2 family trip including 4 college aged boys. Plenty of space for our party of 8. The kitchen was well appointed and should be highlighted. We wish we had known how complete it was prior to travel. For those who follow up, we found EVERYTHING we needed. We found enough paper products to get us started and made sure to leave enough for the next family. Just plan for the same. Only thing missing was night lights. Downstairs is dark at night. We purchased a few and left them behind to help prevent a few stubbed toes.

Property was as advertised. Totally comfortable for a group of six adults. For example, there was adequate seating in the living room and around the table. Beds in all four bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were nice and there was good cookware for making most of our meals at the condo. The pool/hot tub towels were greatly appreciated. While not ski in/ski out, it was a reasonable walk to the hill. We received useful information regarding check-in and the condo a week ahead of time, such as ski storage, etc. which was very helpful.

Overall the condo was fine. A bit more cramped than the pictures led us to believe, but there were enough rooms and beds for our group. The kitchen was great. Bathrooms all updated and nice. The only thing that could be upgraded was the old carpeting in the downstairs. We sneezed frequently due to the dust. It was a hike to the base which we were not expecting. It is also a hike to the nearest bus stop. Property management was responsive, even when we had a late night emergency-kudos! Overall a nice condo that worked fine for 5 adults and one toddler.

This property is very tight in space to a point do not feel comfortable. The mattress and beddings are the worst part. Has no support at all. 4 night straight cannot have good sleep and feel everything claps. The bed also making squeaky noise when you turn. The bedding has not fresh smell. No Kleenex and showing stuff in the unit. We called the management company and told us this is not a necessity and you have to go buy it yourself. This is one of the worst vocation rental we had within the state.

Great location!
Loves everything about this place except there is no AC!! We didn’t think it would be an issue but, in the summer months it gets very hot in this place. Even with the windows opened and constantly using fans, it would reach the mid 80’s inside.

Great Place!
This property is a wonderful rental. All the beds are king or queen sizes which allow for a much more comfortable sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was clean and comfortable. It is great for grouper friends or for a large family!

Great house
This condo was perfect for our family reunion. We loved the huge kitchen and dining area. There were plenty of seats in the living room and lots of beds. This property is close to the base of the mountain. The bus line goes right by it also. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Spring Skiing at its best
My family had a wonderful time at the property that was convenient to the slopes. The unit was comfortable and well stocked for the group, We relaxed in the pool and hot tub each evening and cooked most our meals after a great day of skiing and boarding.

Steamboat ski vacation
This is a fantastic property that was absolutely worth the money we paid! Great accomodations, great location, easy access to everything including downtown via the public bus system. One comment to the management company...our internet went out during a big snowstorm midweek and the management company wasn't able to restore it. No one's fault, but might be a good idea for management company to have access to the router in case it happens again. Other than that small small issue, the property was great. Highly recommended!!

Spacious, convenient, and great amenities
This place was spacious and conveniently located near the gondola and ski run. The hot tub and pool are also conveniently located a few steps away from the door. The kitchen was also well stocked with pots, pans, and other assorted gadgets.

We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Lots of room for everyone in our party to have their own bed. Liked that we were close to bus stop to get around town. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!!!

Great place to for a family.
Was a wonderful place for our family to stay and enjoy the area. The property manager was so great to work with us when we had car problems and had to stay a couple more days unplanned.. The only knocks I had was having to step down a few steps to the eating area, which is really not that big of a deal. Also, since the pool is somewhat small, you need to sign up for a time to go, but that was also not that big of a deal.

Great location
This condo worked very well for our group of 6. Lots of room, good location and very quiet. We would stay there again, the only thing that we did not realize when we rented it was that it did not have air conditioning. We had a few days in the upper 80's so A/C would have been nice. Although it does cool down a lot at night.

Wonderful place
We LOVED your condo. We were all so excited to find such a great place for our getaway. Wonderful set up for our group. The kids especially loved the “secret room” which they claimed immediately as theirs! We were able to celebrate Halloween (we all got dressed up) and Thanksgiving. The property is nicely laid out and the well stocked kitchen is great for cooking there. We will definitely be back!

This is a nice condo in a nice location, very clean. Fit two families with children easily. We appreciate the homeowner's policy of keeping a day between guest reservations for more time for ventilation.

Great place for a large group.
Our family (8 adults) stayed at the property. It was clean and nicely decorated. It is not air conditioned and was pretty warm during the hot summer days we were there but I think this is pretty common for Steamboat. The owner responded right away when we had an issue with a breaker. We would stay there again!
