We had an amazing stay in this house right near downtown Savannah. Great location, with about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to anything you could want. The house was very spacious. Great size bedrooms with bathrooms in each room. The one down side is the AC works great on the main floor but not well upstairs. Also, the main living room and kitchen had Very uncomfortable couches and not enough seating options for a large group.
Overall an awesome house for a large group of people. We would definitely visit again.
10.0 / 10.0
The home was large but warm and inviting. The guest rooms were beautifully decorated without being overly ornate or busy. Everyone had space to be alone while the kitchen and great room gave us space to gather as a group.
8.0 / 10.0
We loved having many bathrooms and bedrooms/size of bed in each room for this stay! The kitchen had basic items that you would need.
The only cons were check in (did not have the code set correctly), limited towels (1 small towel, face towel, hand towel per person) but no shower/bath mats so had to use the towels, spotty WiFi, air conditioning upstairs very limited and our weather was in the low 60s and low 70s (although they did have fans)
6.0 / 10.0
Overall, the house was sufficient. The bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect. Bedrooms are spacious, beds were comfortable, and nicely decorated. Each room has its own private bathroom which was ideal for us. Short walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking on street not an issue.
Kitchen and living room are small and not comfortable. The sitting area with couch and chairs is small and uncomfortable but it was fine for a long weekend where we didn’t spend much time in house. Bring extra paper products and garbage bags! Toilet paper is thin and rough.
Other notable CONS:
Not enough bath towels - bring extra from home!
Front door lock hard to operate
House has a musty cooped up smell (bring candles)
One of the toilets running
Management company was unresponsive on issues.

Website says 8 bedrooms but they would not unlock the 8th one so we only had 7 bedrooms. The reason we booked this place was so everyone could have their own bed so we paid extra for this.

We had a large group of family members stay at this property for a long wedding weekend and we’re all thoroughly impressed with the house. The pictures do not do the house justice for how perfect it is for a large group. Each room had its own bathroom which was an added bonus and all had plenty of space where each felt like a master. Convenient location to walk or pick up a brief Uber to all of Savannah’s highlights. Great stay!!

Check in was easy and the house is huge enough to keep a large family. The only thing I wish I would have known booking it is the fact that the house has no tubs, showers only. It was a little challenging giving the toddlers a shower but loved the house still.

Stayed here for a long girls weekend! Was so fun! We all had our own bedroom and bathroom! Highly recommend.

I loved the number of bedrooms available in the house. We were very comfortable.
6.0 / 10.0
The location was good, the place was roomy and parking was easy. On the downside, there was a mouse that ate our chips and bread, a dead mouse in the AC vent and we had to call repeatedly to get access to the laundry that was advertised with the property when we booked it. The AC also doesn’t cool the downstairs very well.
We did have a good time overall but these are issues that need to be resolved.
8.0 / 10.0
The property was beautiful and accurately reflected pictures shown online. It is perfect for a large group as each bedroom has its own bathroom. We enjoyed and would book again. Where there is room for improvement: include washer/dryer access, add more hangers to each closet, fix or replace mini blinds in the LR so they can be adjusted. Improve the wifi/tv signal so you don't lose access in the middle of movies and have to wait for it to cycle back on. In the backyard, add an awning to reduce sunburn and fix a section of privacy fence. Lastly, we did find 1 or 2 roaches in the kitchen towards the end of our stay, so ensure there are regular exterminations.

Great for a group of Girl Scouts!
This was as we expected, and advertised. It was roomy for our whole troop and the mom’s. Close enough to walk to many of the places we toured. When we had a slight issue at checkin, they sent someone to help us and he was a great guy to resolved it quickly. My only complaint is I tried to get a hold of someone ahead of time on the messenger to get some more details, and nobody ever got back to me.

SCAD Grad family weekend
Great property for large groups. Large bedrooms with private baths. Street parking right in front of the unit was available during our entire stay. We had an issue with the WiFi and management was very responsive.

Overall happy with the stay
The bedrooms are a good size and each have their own bathroom. The living and kitchen are rather small for a big group. They need to replace all their cookware, the pans are so scratched which is not safe to cook on. The House was surface clean but needs a deep cleaning the baseboards were dusty. The outdoor furniture was rusted. I had to move the mattress away from the wall on one of the bunk beds and it had a half used water and drink bottle that had been left behind. They should also touch up some of the paint in the rooms. It’s time for a refresh. The location is very convenient we walked to almost everything.

Old West Broad Neighborhood
Making reservations, checking in and out were easy and hassle free. Home and linens were clean and comfortable. Air conditioning and water heater worked great also. We never ran out of hot water with 9 of us in the house. Kitchen cookware needs to be updated as we had limited pieces. Outside grill was new and worked great! Overall neighborhood was good. Street parking at residence was easy and plentiful. Would reserve this property again!!!

Excellent place for a group
Had a great time. Place was clean, rooms with bathrooms was very convenient and most all, the disability room was the perfect place for me bec I broke my ankle before my flight.

The house is beautiful starting with the front staircase as you enter. Clean and spacious bedrooms all have individual bathrooms and areas for some individual time since the kitchen and living area are smaller than they look. We loved the artwork and location and would stay again without hesitating. And there is plentiful parking on the street.

2022 Girlz Trip
Our bookclub had the best time ever at the Savannah Lez Frederick!!
The house accommodated 7 women comfortably. We had our own rooms and bathrooms. The house was absolutely perfect and our concierge Ty was the best.
I am a travel agent and will definitely be using your service again for myself and clients.

Wouldn't take much to rate it higher
This house served our large group pretty well but it left a little to be desired. The property owners need to freshen up the paint and complete repairs to previous leaks or long standing standing issues. There was mold above one of the showers, a headboard on a bed had been ripped, but covered with a pillow, there had been a leak in an upstairs bedroom that had been repaired, but not primed and repainted. There were many issues of paint damage on the walls and a lifted nail on a stair tread that caused some foot punctures and ripped socks. Just a number of things that would be very simple to do that would make it much nicer for the next guests. This coupled with the over all stinginess of the soap and toilet paper made us feel a little cheated. Please Vacasa, maintain this home so others may enjoy it in the future - and give your guests a little extra toilet paper so they don't have to buy their own. We also had to purchase dishwasher soap since they only left enough for 3 washes in a 5 day stay with 12 people in the house.

Not great
House needs significant maintenance. Black mold growing in the ceiling. Hvac doesn’t work properly upstairs, bathrooms were dirty, wires hanging loose everywhere, toilets ran all night.

The house was great for our group of twelve women. Each bedroom had it’s own bathroom, which was nice for a group with so many ladies.

40th Birthday Weekend
We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for a big group of adults. It was so nice to be able to give everyone their own bedroom + bathroom. The house is near Forsyth Park so it’s a bit far from the River front. Our group enjoys walking and the weather was amazing so we didn’t mind. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Renter beware
The picture look great, but what you don’t see is the leaky roof and water dripping in buckets in the upstairs hallway. The fridge did not shelving on the door and the microwave sparked when we used it. Two of the 8 bedrooms felt damp and had musty smells, pretty sure that is where those guest got their sinus infection from.

Large house with very large bedrooms. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom as I stayed with a large group. The shared living space is slightly small in comparison but we made it work. The location is decent, not the best neighborhood but it wasn't unsafe. Short walk to Forsyth Park and then the rest of Savannah very walkable as well. This property is by every means handicap accessible, honestly the only property I could find in all of savannah that would accommodate a large group as well. The only part that wasn't accessible from the ground level was the smaller outdoor back patio (2-3 steps down.) I would stay here again.

Perfect for large group!
My group of ladies and I had a great time in Savannah staying at the Savannah Lez Frederick location. There were enough rooms for everyone to have their own (besides the room with twin beds - a few shared) but still there was plenty of room and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. You can’t beat that. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, plates, cups and things of the like which was very nice. Any concerns were met with resolutions fairly quickly. The host was easy to speak with and attentive. Would definitely recommend this to others and hope to stay again!!

Girl Scout travel house
This home is spacious and great for large groups of people. We had a group of 7 moms and 7 girls and the size was perfect. The local property manager was extremely nice and easy to work with. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the items you would need to to cook and enjoy a meal with large groups. There are full bathrooms in each room along with a laundry room. The back patio had a gas grill for your bbqing needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Gets you to Savannah
We were underwhelmed in different areas of the stay and noticed the property managers cut many corners - large, thorny weeds hanging about in the backyard; four of the toilets in the house would constantly run water; water leaking from the ceiling AC created a slipping hazard that had been ignored long before we arrived; there was no onsite trash disposal; the laundry machines on the property were coin-operated; and other relatively minor things.
This home gets you and your loved ones very close to the heart of Savannah and is very close to plenty the city has to offer. But, this is an ok property that gets you there - not much extra beyond the basics.

Amazing property
14 of us had a great time at this property. It was so great that everyone had their own room and bathroom and the common area was a great hang out area! My only issue through the weekend was lack of communication with the property manager. There was very little I formation on the home (where to put garbage, how to change the temperature, how to clean up before departing, etc) and I emailed the property but received no responses. Overall, the property was amazing! So clean and a perfect size for a large group!

Savannah trip
The bedroom situation was wonderful for a large group of 12. The entertaining areas were very small. We were not sure about the appliances working so never ran the dishwasher, washer and dryer do not work at all and the TVs don’t work. Not many linens one towel per person, for three days. The dining table was busted when we got there the location was OK but very close to town and we walked everywhere. Our trip to Savannah was very fun the house needs maintenance.

Four stars
Hello! Basics were all good, just wish the dishwasher worked (we had to run it at least twice sometimes 3 times before it worked...it just wouldn't turn on or would stop mid cycle. Wish there were some more linens, and some better shower heads, but overall very good place for good price. The location is borderline nice and borderline dangerous....just need to be careful.
But again, good solid stay
