Stoneview Summit offers the best amenities and views on Lake Martin!!! This condo is a ground level walk out great area for BBQ, games, soccer, etc. right on the water. Great sunsets from living room, dining table, patio and master. Features BEST POOL on the lake with water slide, granite, hardwood floors, indoor/outdoor fireplaces, stainless appliances and built in microwave. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer. Master bath features double sink, garden tub, walk in shower and large closet.

NEW KING size bed in master, queen in bedroom two with a futon and queen size bed and futon bedroom three. Other amenities include dedicated boat slip and fully stocked kitchen.

MAIN ATTRACTIONS: Boating, Fishing, Swimming, Dining at one of four restaurants on the lake, Golf, Tennis, Park for kids with playground, etc.

Our family loved staying at this conveniently located condo! It was true to the listing. The ability to use the elevator to unload groceries and luggage from the vehicle in the parking lot and also being able to walk out ground level to the lake or yard or pool was great! We even walked to the nearby church. The boat slip was close, too. We loved using the beautiful pool so close to this condo. We enjoyed the size of the bedrooms and the added futons in the additional bedrooms were great for sitting or would have been useful if our family were even larger and needed additional sleeping spaces besides those Queen-sized beds. The views of the sunset over the lake were a perfect ending to each day. The hosts were quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. Great trip!

The condo was a very spacious unit. We love being able to walk right out to the lawn. We did however have issues getting into the unit as the locks were changed the night before. We were able to get in touch with the property owner to get in. We also had issues with wrist bands for the pool. We were left with 2022 wrist bands and only 4 of those. We were stopped several times questioning the wrist bands and had to tell them each time this was all that was left. Some of the dishes were dirty as well. The condo was close to several eating places as well as a golf course.

We have stayed in this complex for the last five or six years of our annual family vacations. This was our first year in this unit. We LOVED the ability to walk out our door and be on the beautifully landscaped walkway to our boat. The unit is so well equipped and was very clean. Just wish it had one more bathroom. Our grands love the pool but our favorite place to be is on the lake!

Fabulous Location in Still Waters

This was our first time renting in Still Waters. The condo was clean, spacious, and stocked. The owner gave great instructions of what to bring and what is provided. The distance to the dock was nice. We were able to store our jet ski nicely on an outer dock which made it easy to get in and out of. We didn't use the kitchen much but it seemed to have everything you would need. Unit was very close to the pool. Great views from the master suit of the lake. We will certainly come again.

This condo walks right out to the lake and has a boat dock and swimming pool access. It’s ground floor but you need to take stairs or elevator down from parking and elevator was broken. Also grocery store is a about 10 min drive and if you leave or come in after hours there is not access thru the gate. However we learned there was another entrance after hours if needed thru the main gate. It is a gated community but very large. Just plan ahead with plenty of food to bring, restaurants are packed and grocery is not that close. The condo is perfect with a great layout. Would highly recommend.

Location and view were amazing. Loved being able to just walk out the back door and walk down to the docks. Did have an issue with the WiFi and cable not working but the owners did get that taken care of by the second day. Only other negative was the water pressure in the showers are really low. Besides that great place to stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room for 3 generations. There are winderful amenities but honestly, we just enjoyed the scenary, fishing, playing on the grass right off the patio and eating on the patio. The sunsets were gorgeous. We even enjoyed a little swimming despite it being a little cold. Great time and hope to return!

This condo certainly exceeded expectations. Sparkly clean, real well stocked kitchen, plenty of extra linens, comfortable beds and great location on the first floor. The patio is just a few steps from the water and the view is beautiful. The lawn right off the patio is a plus. Great for throwing the football, our corn hole, or for children to play. Owners real easy to work with and were accessible throughout our stay. We hope to return!

This condo is very nice and spacious. We rented a boat from the Ridge Marina and spent the day on the lake. The condo has a grill so when we got back we cooked out and enjoyed the setting sun. I would.highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We have always loved vacationing on Lake Martin but have always rented a house are brought our camper to Wind Creek but since this was a spur of the moment trip for my kids & their friends before starting back to school we thought that we would try StillWaters & I am so happy that we did. The condo was extremely nice & much bigger than what I thought it would be. I loved the master bedroom being separated from the other two bedrooms so that the kids were in another part of the condo. Thanks so much for allowing us to visit your home. Hopefully , we will be able to return & stay with y’all again.

The condo is as advertised. It is very clean and very comfortable . The location is perfect . I wish it hadn’t rained so we could have enjoyed the outside amenities a bit . Auburn university is close enough and an easy drive in .

This condo is perfect! Great location, just steps to the dock, the pool is right out front, and a couple minutes drive to Copper’s. Also, three good size bedrooms so no one gets stuck in a bunk bed! This was our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back!
