About this house rental
Envision a brand new, stylish, three-bedroom, three bath, and three-story townhome - with THREE DECKS hanging over Trail Creek as it babbles through central Ketchum. Add trees, Baldy views, and a private hot tub on the lowest deck beneath a canopy of cottonwoods next to the stream... Then consider the EXTREMELY FAIR NIGHTLY RATE - this very classy new residence is probably the best lodging deal in town! And now... after all the five-star reviews, new owners have upgraded the furnishings to an even higher quality - but kept the price as before!
Summer or winter, you'll want to be an easy stroll from the center of Ketchum, Sun Valley's actual community, where you'll find renowned restaurants, galleries, theaters and shops for which rustic-sophisticated Ketchum/Sun Valley is so well known. In winter, the River Run Shuttle stops nearby on its way to the lifts, arriving at the River Run base in minutes. Or you can drive the half-mile to the lifts and park.
The split-level architecture offers the very latest in design excellence, maximizing views, privacy and exposure to the delightful creek. The great room looks over Trail Creek canopied with cottonwood foliage in the summer and offering bold views of Baldy in the winter. The bedrooms--each with its own bath and its own flat-screen TV and DVD player--are all on separate levels; two face the creek and the mountain and have access to the decks flanking the stream. The other bedroom makes claim to the kitchen, great room and uppermost treetop and Baldy-view deck. All of the furnishings finishes and equipment are state-of-the-art, reflecting the owners' good taste and genuine sense of hospitality.
There's a large heated double garage right in the unit--no twisty, tight underground parking and elevators to deal with. The stairs are tiled in slate leading to living areas with smooth hardwood floors coordinated with the alder kitchen accents, big solid-wood doors and window casings. Accent area rugs add color and style to the living areas. Bedrooms feature wall-to-wall carpeting.
The kitchen is a joy with granite, stainless steel, alder, pendant lighting over the casual-dining bar, and everything you need, from blender to teapot to wall-mounted bottle opener. And, with the open floor plan, the cooks are part of the great room, arranged around the gas-igniting, wood-burning fireplace and wall-mounted 42-inch TV/DVD etc. The solid-oak dining ensemble is set up for six.
The spacious master bedroom suite with king bed has a large adjacent sitting room with ultra-suede sofa sleeper which can be partitioned for privacy by closing double pocket doors. An antiqued armoire closets a flat panel TV and DVD player. Access to the lower deck offers an easy evening hot tub. The bathroom suite features granite counter tops accented with travertine, shoulder depth tub, glass encased shower and walk-in closet/dressing room.
The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV and DVD and its own bath with a roomy glass-enclosed shower lined with slate.
Bedroom Number Three, on top, has twin beds that can be converted to king; its adjacent full bath with roomy glass-enclosed shower also tiled in slate, functions as the powder room.

This home worked perfectly for our family of 5 - super cute, very clean, great location near the village, easy check in/check out, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Great location and beautiful home. We are looking forward to more vacation time in Sun Valley and would stay at this home again without hesitation.

This property was great! Very clean and good location. There were things missing when we got there. No toilet paper in the house and we checked everywhere. Texted the owner and he had the housekeepers bring some over within 10 min. I was asked two weeks prior if I wanted the twin beds apart or together, I needed them apart but they were made into one bed. So we had to move furniture and find sheets for the twins. No hand towels or dish clothes in the kitchen and when I went to bed in the queen bed it was made very nicely but there were no sheets or pillow cases on the bed just the mattress pad. I had to hunt down sheets and make it myself. Seems like the main issue is linens, because there was no bath mat when you got out of the shower either. But overall I would stay here again, it was a beautiful place.

The property is very nice- good location as it is close to town and the river run lifts. But in my opinion it is not walkable - especially in ski gear. We had a fourteen day ski pass and are in very good condition, but very unpleasant walk in ski boots and carrying skis. That being said, it is a quick 5 min drive with easy parking so all was good. Beautiful condo

Quiet townhouse on the creek, tri-level , well appointed , clean and very comfortable. Nice kitchen space, garage big enough for one car and our mountain bikes. The upstairs living room and bedroom does have A/C but was not working. There was a heat wave along with regional fires that created poor air quality so we could not open the windows. It was therefore hot in the upstairs bedroom with the 2 twin beds. Brian the rental manager got a repairman out the next day and got it working. Brian was very responsive. Parking is limited at this property but can accommodate a mid sized car in the garage. Overall I would recommend this place and definitely stay again.

This lovely centrally located condo overlooks a little creek and lovely trees. It's nicely appointed with three large bedrooms, a nice kitchen and a couple living spaces. It was very easy getting in and leaving. This is a great Sun Valley spot!

Holiday weekend!
Had a great time celebrating the holiday weekend and a friends wedding in town. The homes location right on the river was amazing and super easy to walk into town! For anyone with mobility challenges, this is not the best home as there are lots of stairs. Be sure to bring shampoo/body wash/conditioner as those items were not in the home. Not the most comfortable beds either.

Great Location
It was a beautiful place. We were within easy walking distance to Ketchum. The bus stop for River Run was just a few steps from the end of the driveway for Ski View. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of privacy because each bedroom was on a separate floor and each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were a lot of stairs but really no big deal. Be sure you bring your own shampoo and body wash.. We never figured out the heating system in the very downstairs. We never saw directions for the TV. The hot tub is small but nice with a view of the creek. We had some communication problems with Brian, the property manager, so just be persistent in your inquiries. We would recommend this place especially for a large group. It is so convenient to everything!

Incredible home!
We all enjoyed this property! Beautifully furnished!
Suggest that clearer instructions regarding the heating system would be helpful. Also suggestions on how to use mass transportation to get to the slopes would also be helpful.

Awesome trip
Loved the spot! Great accomodations with full of amenities. Would live to come back and stay again. Only negative is thw property managers- awful- called and lwftcmessages for three days that outdoor trash can full when we go there and dishwasher broken. NEVER got a response. Owners should consider new property manager!

Beautiful Great Location
Property is great--spacious bedrooms with bath for each with great furnishings. Kitchen was well stocked and ready for cooking. Only comments--can't park a large SUV in the garage and the main king bed is lumpy. Otherwise very nice.

Good location with nice features
The townhouse was nice with upgraded furniture and features and close to everything in town. The decks overlooked the stream, but with all the trees the decks and furniture were not clean.

CONDO IN KETCHUM
Great condo located within biking distance to town, trails, etc. Lots of stairs but there is a/c for hot days. Very very close to river run for hiking, riding bikes, feeding horses . Two min drive to center of Ketchum for groceries etc. Communication with property manager was ok but we did have a couple of issues with internet being awful and a smell of gas in unit which was never answered.

Great location. Didn't really have to move my car.
Excellent communication by property manager. Additionally home is close to everything. I could walk to restaurants/bars. The mountain itself is a 10 minute walk if you don't have a car.

Spacious, Clean, Great Location
We cannot save enough good things about this property. The location is one minute outside of town, and one minute from the free public parking lot for River Run lifts.
This 3-story condo had more than enough space on each of the well designed levels. Each level has a bedroom and bathroom. The bottom floor, which was the master, has a huge bathroom with a shower and soaker tub. This level also has a sitting room with a sofa and flat screen TV. This level also has a hot tub on the balcony - perfect to warm up after a day on the slopes. The middle level has a separate desk area outside the bedroom that was perfect for my laptop to do some work while on vacation. The top level also has the living, dining, and kitchen area. All the furniture throughout was not only attractive, but well maintained.
The wood & gas fireplace in the living room area on the top level was the gathering place for us to gather and share our stories of that day's adventures.
This property not only met, but exceeded our expectations for our stay in Sun Valley / Ketchum. We would gladly stay at this property again!

Amazing location, and a beautiful home
What a nice place to stay for the weekend. The amenities are fantastic. The split level floor plan is great for couples, and each of us having our own bathrooms, is a very nice addition. Kitchen and common area upstairs is really nice. We will try to stay here, every time we come to Sun Valley.

This is a beautiful townhouse. It was in perfect condition. And Convenient to everything!
This townhouse was perfect for us. Each bedroom was on its own floor giving everyone lots of privacy. The MB had a beautiful sitting room and a luxurious bathroom. The house was in perfect condition. The Kitchen had everything you would need to cook and the living room was just below so others could relax. It is walking distance to town and a short hop to the mountain. This allowed some of the guest to shop and some to ski. We absolutely loved it.

Needs some attention and more accuracy in description
Overall it was a well constructed condo. But, it had some issues during our stay. Lots of snow made it impossible to find the condominium sign and walk into town. There were multiple light bulbs out, extra towels were not in the unit, only 4 coffee mugs available (we were a family of 6) and no cutting boards to prepare our meals. Garage door was unhinged at one point as we tried to leave and almost injured someone. Dishwasher needs to be replaced immediately. It was inconvenient to be hand washing the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher, so we could use them for the next meal. Hot tub is meant only for 2 -3 people. Would have given it 1 star, but the management staff was accessible by phone and did reconcile issues. You need to drive to the ski resort because the green bus line does not exist. Management company printed information seems outdated and inaccurate. Overall there was some misrepresentation, but we had an enjoyable family ski vacation. The snow and Sun Valley restaurants were great!

Landing spot
The condo was very well managed, good location. Parking was a challenge, but was workable. We loved the town, shops, restaurants. Sun Valley was a perfect place for the wedding.

Wonderful Spring Break Location
The lodging could not have been better suited for our family of five. Three well equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and a kitchen that was fit for a true chef. The unit is very close proximity to River Run and the hot tub, on the bottom deck, was the perfect place to close out the day. Our boys loved throwing their fly rods in the creek behind the property too. Mountain Lifestyles does an excellent job of managing the property. This unit has a decorators touch and was the perfect place to call home for our break. We look forward to visiting again in the summer!

Great escape
The condo is in a great location--easy walk to restaurants, art galleries, etc. It is well stocked with a kitchen that is welcoming to a cook--particularly since the kitchen is in the center of the living space. We were there during a heat spell so we missed having air conditioning (particularly in the upper bedroom) but the heat we experienced is extremely rare in the mountains. We would definitely book this condo again.
