Listen to Songbirds in flight or catch a live concert. This is life in The Woodlands. This property is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families with kids.

This Executive fully furnished apartment features a 800 sq/ft 1bedroom/1 bath condo with a spacious living room. It sleeps 4 people comfortably. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and everything that anybody would need to cook up a delicious meal. You will have access to a private balcony over looking a garden. The condo also features dramatic nine-foot ceilings, custom trim & crown moldings, ceiling fans, built-in computer desks, oversized garden tubs, expansive walk-in closets and full size washer and dryer.

The furnishings include a King size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. It also includes a dinning room and a full size kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and everything you would need to cook up a meal.

Great apartment. I was usually exhausted at the end of helping my son move in so it was nice to have a kitchen and not have to go out. Very enjoyable.

Not using Executive Furnished Properties again!

The initial quote we received from Executive Furnished Property did not match what we were charged. When I noticed the 100 plus charge I contacted the company and was directed to speak to someone in their financing department. I tried to contact this individual several times during our stay and he never responded; it wasn't until after our trip was I able to get ahold of the individual and even after forwarding the initial quotes he wasn't receptive. He told me that the initial quotes are just estimates and prices can fluctuate...while I understand certain taxes or cleaning fees can be added the nightly cost should be locked in and not increase over a hundred dollars. I would recommend that VRBO not allow Executive Furnished Properties to advertise through your website; they made the entire experience poor and I would rather pay a little more for a hotel and alleviate the hassle with having to work with unprofessional rental property managers. Also, upon check-in the lady told me that she needed to take a photo of my credit card front and back. All funding should be paid through the website and additional photographs of peoples credit cards should not be taken given the risk of cyber theft and fraudulent charges. I cancelled my card because I do not feel comfortable with someone I don't know walking around with a front and back picture of my credit card and ID on her phone. I would appreciate VRBO to contact me and inform me to what actions you intend to take with Executive Furnished Properties.

Lovely apartment conveniently located in the Woodlands

This apartment was Spacious and clean with all amenities. The condo is in a gated complex and has a small pool. The location is close to downtown Woodlands. Our host was available to answer questions. We had to check in late at night and it was a bit confusing but all worked out.

My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary and I couldn't have picked a better place! The condo was very neat, clean and spacious. It is an extremely quiet and peaceful area that is close to restaurants which is a plus for foodies like us! Ike, the owner, was a phone call or text away to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this condo for a romantic or family getaway. The bed and sofa bed were both quite comfy! Thanks Ike and Sarah!
