The house is lovely with beautiful beach decor. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. It was a good location, a short ride to ogunquit. We enjoyed some evening swims in the pool. Overall we had a fantastic time.

We enjoyed our stay! The community was friendly and well maintained. The cabin was right on the tennis courts which did get used after dusk a few times and was located at the very very back of the property. The hosts were responsive and great at communicating.

Beach dreams cottage was a great launching spot for our trip to Wells/Ogunquit area. Very quick drive to the area beaches (Moody closest - 2 miles ) and having the pool available was key for our kids to use after spending time at the beach. The cottage had all the basic amenities needed. It was cozy and comfortable, overall clean. I may be particular, but I would have preferred a bit more detail to cleaning since it's not a huge space (I noticed dust/dirt on porch baseboards, dusty window blinds, the AC unit dusty). The hosts were very attentive and communicative and offered a lot of helpful tips. We would definitely consider booking again for a future trip!

Had a wonderful stay at Beach Dreams with my 3 daughters. The property was very charming, and more than equipped for all our needs. Everything was as described and shown in the listing, and even better in person! Julie and Derek were excellent hosts, not only reaching out to wish us a great stay, but were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions I had. We enjoyed some pool/hot tub time, and took advantage of the proximity to the Wells, Ogunquit and York areas while we were there. I highly recommend this particular property, we had a blast and will absolutely stay here again someday.

Our stop at Beach Dreams was the perfect location to break up our trip home between Acadia and Connecticut. We enjoyed all the amenities of condo living and the surrounding area. So much to do and see! We loved Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and most enjoyable!

Our stay at this cottage was perfect. Well appointed, plenty of room inside and out for our group of 4, easy to find and great communication with our host! The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars on location/neighborhood is that we were a bit surprised by its proximity to its neighbors. But it was very quiet and the proximity turned out to be nothing! Super great rental overall!

This had everything we needed in a place! Having a washer and drier was awesome when traveling with a toddler!! The kitchen was fully equipped and plenty of towels for shower, pool and the beach! It was also great to have the chairs and toys for the beach and not having to worry about packing that kind of stuff. The drive to the beach wasn't that bad, sometimes there would be a lot of traffic built up but either direction you take out you can find a road leading to it. Everyone we ran into was super friendly, the people in the cottage next to us suggested we go to Perkins Cove to walk Marginal Way. We loved it so much we did it twice! All of us had such a great time, our daughter (just turning 2), had so much fun going to the ocean for the first time. Definitely A vacation to remember, highly suggest for people of all ages!! My family of five stayed comfortably in this VRBO. My girls loved having their own room and we were able to fit a smaller sized pack n play in our room for our baby. The kitchen and living room were sufficient for what we needed. The host communication was great- and I appreciated we could use the washer and dryer easily. The place was located less than a 10 minute drive to beaches. It was also nice it was right next to the tennis court as we play tennis. Having access to a swimming pool was a bonus as well. They also provided everything we needed for the beach. The only knock is that I expected a bit more privacy and yard space. The units are right on top of each other so eating outside we had two other units less than five feet away from us. Not the owner fault, it’s how the place was built- but worth noting as I hadn’t looked up the community to know that ahead of time.

This rental is exactly what we expected from the photos and description. Once there, the beach decor and Julie’s thoughtful touches made us feel immediately comfortable. We had two 13 year old boys with us who loved their bunk beds. The community is safe and they enjoyed their freedom to venture from our unit to go hang out biking, swimming, and playing basketball. They even met girls their age in the pool. The location is an easy bike ride to the Footbridge Beach and into Ogunquit (it’s almost faster bc of the traffic back up on route 1). We will definitely come back next summer!

This place was great! As soon as we walked in, it was soooooo homey! I have the same style in my home so I felt so at home! This place was immaculate and has so many amenities! My favorite is the porch, great room to relax and read. Was there 10 days and wished we could have stayed longer! Julie and Derek are great hosts and we can’t wait to go back! A+!!

What a wonderful cottage! Derek and Julie could not have been better hosts. The place was clean and convenient to the beach and other shore attractions. This cottage was perfect for our getaway to Maine. It was me and my two teen daughters and they each brought a friend. Perfect amount of space. The cottage was conveniently located between Wells and Ogunquit; the pool was easy to walk to, and the kids even played tennis right behind the house. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Julie and Derek were wonderful to work with and I plan to book for next year as soon as I can!

This cottage was very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect retreat after spending the day at the beach. We really appreciated that they supplied things like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, salt and pepper, etc. The owners were very nice and easy to contact. The second we walked in we were amazed at house clean the house was! We thought it was a bit bigger than it actually is, but the size was still ideal for us! They had games, beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis rackets and balls. You name it, they had it. This really helped us pack lighter and bring less bags! Julie was incredibly helpful, and promptly responded when I contacted her! The location was perfect, only a 5 minute drive from the beach and other popular restaurants! I would a million percent go back again.
