About this apartment rental

Our condo is located on the 5th floor directly on the sugar-white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Inside this 1770 sq/ft condo is 3 bedrooms and 3 baths (plus sofa sleeper) that have been tastefully decorated in a rustic coastal flavor. The open floor plan includes a spacious kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter tops, a breakfast nook with seating for 6 and amazing views of the entire peninsula.

The kitchen looks into the dining room and living room and onward to the 360 sq/ft terrace that overlooks the pool and then the white sandy beaches and turquoise green ocean that awaits your visit. The dining room has seating for 6 and there is also 3 stools for additional seating at the bar. The living room can easily accommodate seating for 6 to sit back and relax in the evening after those long sunny days to watch a movie, a game or a little tv on the 55 inch LCD. The couch can be converted into a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate those extra guest needing a place to lie down for the night.

The spacious terrace has lounge seating for 4 and table seating for an additional 4. The terrace/balcony provides astonishing views of the entire peninsula, which includes the sound, the bridge, the gulf's longest pier, the largest pool in Navarre and of course the ocean. The views are just breathtaking and a great place for that morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Come and check it out for yourself.

This condo also provides:
* free beach set up March - October with 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella
* in unit laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your use
* assigned covered parking in the garage and one additional unreserved spot
* flat screen TV's in every bedroom plus the living room
* Use of the buildings tennis courts, small fitness center, and pool

Navarre Beach is located between Pensacola and Destin with restaurants, shops, nearby entertainment and outlet malls as well as plenty of kid friendly activities for your enjoyment. There are three great restaurants and bars within walking distance from the condo. So if you want to keep it simple, relaxed, and beautiful, this is the beach and place for you. I have been on a lot of beach vacations , but this condo was definitely my favorite. The pool was big so no overcrowding, beach chair set up was included which was a definite plus, the owners offer a great condo with many amenities.

We loved Navarre and this condo was exactly as advertised. It had a lot of space for us and nice furnishings. Being close to a couple of restaurants, our teenage girls were able to walk to get coffee and breakfast. It had a huge pool and a short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing trip and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo is accurately described and exceeded our expectations. We had one small issue with the AC system and it was resolved so quickly. The owners were incredible responsive and available so know that if you book this location, they care about your family and your time on vacation. We would happily stay there again but I imagine this location will be fully booked for the foreseeable future!

Our family of 7 just loved this condo for our week at the beach! It was perfect for us and made the time spent inside really pleasant. Everything was clean and comfortable - nice but not “fussy”, which is perfect when traveling with kids! We would definitely come back and recommend to friends.

We loved this condo. We have family in Navarre and was very comfortable having them over to visit while we were there. I didnt have any reason to contact the owners as we had what we needed and expected. I loved that it was kid friendly

We had a beautiful stay at the property. We had some unexpectedly cold days and the owner was quick to provide some indoor activity ideas. The beds were comfortable, and the condo provided entities we needed to prepare our own meals. The view of the ocean was unbeatable.

Nice facility, rules clearly laid out and easy to follow. A negative… there wasn’t enough toilet paper for 5 days, there were only 2 soaps in a condo with 3 bathrooms and a kitchen sink. At the very least, I expected a soap at each sink, especially on the heels of COVID. very inconvenient to have to run to the store the evening of arrival to get soap for bathroom sinks.

We enjoyed the condo Very much! It’s so much more convenient to have our own bedroom and bathroom! Overall the condo was clean however I dropped a pill and when I looked under the couch it was a little dirty🤓 just needed sweeping in the master bathroom my friend said one of the sinks drained slow. She thought u would want to know. We throughly enjoyed the condo and beach. Thanks for allowing us to stay there! Ann and girls! 😊✌️

Navarre is a bit quieter than some of the tourist hot spots like Destin, but still lots to do and less than an hour from Destin and Pensacola. The condo was great, nice little patio overlooking the beach, extremely comfortable beds, with an awesome pool. The whole things was perfect!

The location and condo were amazing! Cleanliness was great, management communicated well. Only complaint was the couch, it needs to be replaced for lack of comfort and accessibility if trouble with getting up and down. Refrigerator/freezer does take about a day or two to finally come up to temperature as well. Overall would highly recommend to anyone looking within the area.

When our daughters were younger we normally opted for Destin. As years have passed and we have grown older Navarre is our beach of choice. Quiet, peaceful and relaxing with beautiful crystal clear blue waters. This unit is in the perfect location and met all of our needs. Great views from every bedroom! Clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. The “large” pool is a bonus. During our stay I noticed how many people were working daily to keep Beach Colony property well maintained. You could tell they took pride in their work. Highly recommend!

The condo is great and so is the location on Navarre beach. The beach itself is pretty chill- even on spring break. Nice sand, beautiful surf. The only downside was the weather wasn’t the best during our week.

This place was perfect for me and my family. Condo was very spacious, clean, and comfortable beds. Huge plus to have 2 chairs and umbrella included with condo! Chris was a great help with any of our questions.

This condo is large and airy. It has the WOW factor as soon as you walk in the door. The bathroom has fluffy towels and washcloths, the sheets fit the beds and feel wonderful and the kitchen is well stocked. Navarre Beach is a low key beach which we love. We can't wait to visit in 2024. Thank you Chris for opening your condo to strangers. I hope all your renters treat your place with the respect is deserves.

Our first time staying in Navarre and at this complex. We absolutely loved this complex. Our condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer are extremely large which was great for beach towels. All around a great condo! Check in/out was easy. Communication was great! We would definitely stay here again. My family & I just got back home from staying at this beautiful condo! Everything you see in the photos & description is exactly what you get. We stayed with friends of ours as well & we all had plenty of room (9 in all). The owners were easy to get ahold of & are super quick with responses, which is always appreciated. From the day we arrived to the day we left, we had a blast & this is just the perfect spot for families. From ease of parking, no long waits at the elevators & the pool - it was just what we were wanting. Thank you!

This was a beautiful and clean condo with up to date furnishings located on such a beautiful beach! Our only thing we would wish for is that the pool was heated. It was pretty chilly in April. Everything else was great so it would not keep us from renting here again!
