First of all, I have to say we did get a good deal. But...
There was no communication from the property manager prior to our stay. We waited for someone to contact us (maybe that was our mistake) but when we called to check-in the property manager had no clue who we were or why we were calling. We had to wait with our visitors for a call-back to find out if we had the house at all.
Disappointed with the quality of livingroom furniture. And the thin mattresses on beds. Our visitors never could locate the TV cliker in one of the bedrooms. The side porch was why we chose the house but the pictures made it look way better than it actually was.The privacy bush was overwhelming and I don't think the ad made that clear. It is dense, close, and completely surrounds the entire house. (Again, might be our mistake.) Most of all we were disturbed by, not one but two, huge cockroaches that showed up on the hall walls. I almost didn't write this review, but I would have liked a heads up from someone when I was looking for a place. The appliances looked fairly new. I never did look in the bathrooms. The fixes that I think are needed seem pretty doable to me.

The house was as described, very nicely furbished and decorated. Lots of privacy and a calm neighborhood. The location is very convenient, just minutes to the beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, gym, etc.
The owner’s responsiveness was swift and helpful.
When returning to Naples, we would choose this rental again.

Very happy with the house.

The property was decorated nicely but best of all it was very clean. We appreciated having a garage and we used the beach equipment every day (umbrellas and beach chairs), Also, the kitchen was better equipped than most rentals. And, the property manager was responsive when we had questions. We genuinely enjoyed our stay in North Naples which was close to both Vanderbilt beach and Delnor-Wiggins.

Our family owns a home in this neighborhood so we have been coming down for over 10 years.
With having 3 kids now we decided 7 years ago to rent instead of staying with family.
We never rent the same place twice because we were never satisfied with the home. This year we already booked this home for the following year.
I loved the privacy of the home with high trees surrounding the home, and the covered porch is great for family dinners.
The open layout was welcoming when you walk in the door that gave space for the kids to run around.
Kitchen had everything we needed and they also had the basics to cook.
I hate when rentals throw away everything between rentals. It’s ok to leave some cooking oil , salt , pepper , spices that we all leave and need.
Also had trash bags, some paper towel, toilet paper , and some soap for dishes and laundry left behind that really helps.
Also ben was easy to deal with and close by for anything we asked.
One of the better stays for the area.

We stayed here over the holiday. Plenty of room for my husband and I, plus my mom (we have her the en-suite). Really has everything you need! I loved getting up and walking to the beach-just about a mile. The area has sidewalks also. Really close to grocery, Mercado, 41 (Vanderbilt), Waterside. Go grab a drink or outdoor food at Gumbo Limbo. Walking distance to Mercado if you cross at the light over 41. The lanai was great. I thought the beds were comfortable as well!

This property was perfect for us! We especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness and comfort. The back yard was completely secure for our two small dogs. We would definitely return to this house on a future visit to Naples!

This was a wonderful house just a short distance from Vanderbilt beach. We really enjoyed the floor plan and the space.
Do we wish it was a little bit closer to the beach and had a pool, yes, but still, for the location, quality and price, this was a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time with my family staying at this property. It is conveniently located 15 min walk from the beach with all the amenities and extra perks like bicycles. Out host could not be more accommodating. We loved every moment we stayed there. Thank you, Ben!!

House very clean , IKEA , lots of space in main area . Looks exactly like the photos. Kitchen is well stocked although we are out quite a bit. All the beds were comfortable and everything works . Two bikes in garage, as well as beach chairs , skim boards, boogie boards. Nice neighborhood with many walkers and dogs. Laundry room is big with extra refrigerator , nice laundry sink. Lots of space to fold clothing . The only thing we would have liked is to be able to work outside in the great screened porch. The WiFi does not reach that far. Could use a WiFi extender.
Location is perfect for beach lovers. . There is a parking garage at Vanderbilt Beach - beach is crowded this time of year. We enjoyed going to the state parks that were close by. Be aware that there is a lot of traffic in Naples in March. Many upscale stores and cars. Loved that Whole Foods was just a mile away. Multiple Publix in the area. For a treat , visit the Ritz Carlton for drinks. The inside is gorgeous . And back courtyard is stunning. On weekends, the beach bar is open. The Vanderbilt Beach resort is also very close- enjoyed a great meal at the. Turtle Club.
The owner was very responsive and we would surely go again. The March weather was hot in the eighties and humid.

Ben's property was very nice, modern, and well equipped. My only "complaint"... if you want to call it that is - Communication regarding check in/check out was last minute. And/or I had to take the initiative. That said, any issues we had with the place were immediately resolved by Ben.

There is not much more to say than BEAUTIFUL! I confirm all what you see in the pics is exactly the same in real!
We asked for bikes and got them complimentary. Each day we used them riding to the beautiful Naples beach. Beds are great! Often you find small queens but here the beds are very good also mattrass are very good. Access easy, bath nice and clean. Ben responded within 1 hour - thanks for your support! We definetly recommend your house to friends and will come back to you for our next trip to Naples.

We had notified the owner of the microwave not working a day or two after we arrived (via VRBO site) and never heard a word from his until the day before we were to leave...asking us what time we would be leaving. The cleaning lady arrived an hour before we were to leave. Other than that, we had a nice stay.
