About this apartment rental

Modern ground floor apartment with pool, ideal for families with children and couples. The apartment is fully equipped and is located in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea and beach, restaurants and bars, shops and activities.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. The kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave. There is a master bedroom with King size bed and a second bedroom furnished with 1 double bed and a single bed that is integrated in the closet and can therefore be easily stored if unnecessary. The sitting area has a spacious armchair with a sofa bed. There is a washing machine, wifi and satellite TV and all rooms have air conditioning. The apartment opens directly onto the enclosed garden with communal swimming pool via the terrace and there is also a large terrace at the front to enjoy the last sun in the evening. Parking is available for free in front of the door. Shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance and there is a large shopping center nearby.

The apartment is located in Lo Pagan (San Pedro del Pinatar) on the Costa Calida, where the sun shines 330 days a year and so it is pleasant to stay in winter and summer. It is easily accessible from the airports of Murcia (San Javier, 10 min) or Alicante (50 min). Lo Pagan is a typical Spanish coastal village, with many restaurants and bars, a beautiful promenade and a small marina. It is very child-friendly, with many playgrounds throughout the village. In the summer months there is a lot to experience, such as a big fair, outside it is quiet and calm. The sandy beaches of Lo Pagan, a 10-minute walk from the apartment, are located on the Mar Menor, an inland sea along the Mediterranean. The sea is typically a few degrees warmer, and also a bit calmer and less deep, making it safe for small children. There are also ample opportunities for water sports.

In the area it is also pleasant cycling, for a quiet ride along the coast or a more challenging trip in the hills of the interior. There are also several golf resorts in the area and you can enjoy beautiful nature. It is also known for its wellness facilities, both indoor and outdoor in the natural, freely accessible mud and salt baths. From Lo Pagan you can also visit some beautiful cities, such as Murcia, Alicante, Carthagena, Torrevieja and Elche.

Great, modern apartment in an area we are familiar with. Modern open plan kitchen, living and dining area. Dual aspect patio doors, we could step out directly to the pool area through the back doors and front doors led to a lovely private terrace, ideal for afternoon and evening sun. Two en-suite double bedrooms, there were just two of us, so used the second bedroom to store our suitcases. Communication with the owner and housekeeper was very prompt Would recommend

Just returned from 10 nights in this great apartment. Upon arrival we were met by Diana who showed us around then left us to enjoy our stay, but was on hand if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with everything you could need if you want to self cater during your stay. The apartment is about a 8 minute drive to the beach where you will find lots of good restaurants. The area itself around the apartment block is still being developed, so please bare this in mind when booking.

Lovely well equipped property with enclosed shared outside swimming pool. The Host's agent set up a cot for the baby in the bedroom so it was very easy to get set up in the apartment. We had quite a late flight do this was most welcome. The apartment and the pool and outside area was very clean. The pool was a joy with it being well looked after. The artificial grass around the pool and outside was very good. The owner communicated very well and quickly. We had a really nice family holiday in this lovely area of Spain.

Jochen, the owner, found out that we were interested in cycling. He sent a fantastic collection of ideas and rides. He also supplies excellent information on what to do and where to go. We were out a lot and the apartment was great to come back to. It had everything.

Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento a Jochen el propietario del apartamento. La estancia fue fantástica, el apartamento cuidado hasta el último detalle, tanto en el aspecto de limpieza como en el de que no faltaba de nada, no eché en falta nada. Fui con mis dos hijos y estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa. Muy muy agradable y recomendable 100%!! La ubicación del apartamento, eso sí, requiere coche pero eso no desmerece en absoluto la grata experiencia vacacional. Muchas gracias Jochem!!

Firstly I have to say my first experience of renting an apartment through home away has exceeded my expectations! Absolutely fantastic. Jocen the property owner is a kind and accommodating Individual. I can't thank him enough for my overall experience staying at his property he did all he could do and more to accommodate myself and my family. The apartment is newly built, a 12 min walk to the beach. It has a lovely comunial garden and a clean good sized swimming pool. When we arrived at the were met by the lovely management company, they showed us around and answered our questions. The apartment is well equipped for family with most mod cons. I will definitely be staying here again no hesitation. How you enjoy this place as much as we did.

This appartment was in a great location 15 minute walk to the beach and amenities. The appartment is a new build , very modern with everything you need. The hosts were easy to contact if necessary. Lo pagan is a lovely Spanish village with lots of lovely restaurants . I would definitely return . Thank you Jochen for letting us stay in your wonderful appartment

Mooi modern appartement aan de rand van Lo Pagan. Strand en voorzieningen op 10 minuten loopafstand. Appartement is supermodern en zeer volledig ingericht. Lekker zwembad voor de deur. Aanrader zijn de zoutmeren en modderbaden. Wij hebben gegolfd in de omgeving op prachtige banen. Fantastische vakantie gehad.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht (außer vielleicht einem Toaster). Strände sind fussläufig zu erreichen (ca 15 Minuten), schönere Strände sind per Auto zu erreichen.

We have spent 2 weeks in this apartment which is just amazing , very modern, clean and well equipped. There is everything you actually need during the holiday. The owner is very nice person who will answer all the questions in a timely manner. Couldn’t find better place for holiday in this location for sure. I definitely recommend this property as it is huge value for money.

We spent a nice 10 days in Lo Pagan , it was a lovely apartment with all mod cons. We made use of the shopping trolley , but a toaster & hair dryer would have been nice. Shame a lot of the restaurants weren’t open in the evenings this time of year .

Op het eerste zicht lijkt het een klein appartement. Pas als je de 2 ruime slaapkamer en 2 badkamers ontdekt besef jou dat het meer als voldoende is. Zeker door het aangename klimaat waardoor je toch bijna altijd buiten zit. Het appartement is voorzien van alle wat je nodig hebt, van kookplaat, potten en pannen tot een wasmachine. Verschillende uitstappen gedaan naar marktjes, stadjes, winkelcentrum en natuurlijk dagelijks naar het strand. Daarnaast is het gemeenschappelijke zwembad een leuke troef. Wij hebben hier in ieder geval een zeer leuke vakantie gehad.

Echt een top appartement! Heel mooi ingericht, ruime slaapkamers, praktische badkamers met voldoende opbergruimte en alles is mooi afgewerkt! Ook in de keuken is werkelijk alles aanwezig, waardoor je echt een 'thuisgevoel' krijgt. Wij verbleven er met ons kindje van 2 jaar en ik vond dit de perfecte vakantie. We konden heerlijk relaxen aan het zwembad, terwijl ons kindje enkele meters verder in zijn koele kamer kon slapen. Wanneer we een wandeling maakte naar het strand kwamen we verschillende speeltuintjes tegen. Wij gaan zeker terug!
