INSIDE: The home is a very comfortable with a practical split/open floor plan. Living area in front having den and kitchen with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The kitchen area is great for entertaining with overall seating for 10 (6 at kitchen table & 4 at long kitchen counter). In back, 3 bedrooms (all queens), 2 full baths and laundry room (washer/dryer/shelving/coat hanger). A separate GAME/TV room to enhance the vacation experience!!! Throughout the home it's nicely decorated with beach colors/shabby chic, comfortable/pleasant furnishings, LVP/hardwood (NO carpet). Wall Mounted HD TVs and Paddle Fans in every room, WIFI, Roku with YouTube TV with every TV. Guests provide own linens unless ask for the linen service (see below for details).

I don't have much to add to all the other reviews. It was completely consistent w/ how it is described and reviewed. Place was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with utensils and cookware. Was within easy walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and shopping. Owner was very responsive and helpful.
I do recommend getting the golf cart, it made it much easier for accessing and carting stuff to the beach.

Very clean , host was very responsive and did accommodate us , allowed us to bring our 3 large dogs , allowed us to check in early , didn't like that in description said that there was a wood lot across street and there was two new houses being built and was loud and noisy all day couldn't enjoy sounds of ocean. Beds were not comfortable and master bedroom bathroom was very small especially the shower.But house was fully stocked and golf cart was nice. Would stay there again.

It was comfortable and clean. Liked the decor. Liked the game room on the ground level. Appreciated the explanation of the entertainment system and how it worked. It was a great home base for visiting, as local relatives could come over to visit. Beach was a block away. we avoided the linen service fee by bringing our own linen and towels.

My family and my sister’s family (4 adults, 2 teens, 1 toddler) stayed in this house. We loved it! We especially loved all the cute and fun beach decor and the screened in porch. The bathrooms were a bit smaller than I expected, however, it worked out fine. Everything you needed was there and everyone stayed comfortably. The neighborhood was excellent, quiet, clean and so close to everything. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart if you’re staying there. We also would recommend the linen service especially if you are coming from a ways away. Thank you for a great week, we will definitely be back!

Just Pinch Me was a perfect spot for a quick getaway. The house is in a great location/neighborhood and is a wonderful layout for families. We had a lovely time at Just Pinch Me! The house is perfectly located close to the beach and is equipped with everything you’ll need for a great vacation. We did a long weekend with children, pets, parents and grandparents and we never felt cramped. There is a great screened in porch and sunny deck to get away to read a good book and a separate game room to keep the kids occupied and away from the main floor. Ours were so proud they had their own room! A golf cart is available for an additional cost and pets are allowed for a few. This was as close to perfect that we could imagine.

Loved the house and the neighborhood. Fully equipped kitchen was great. Having the golf cart to access the beach was definitely a bonus. Only downfall is that the mattress in the master needs to be replaced. The one in the other larger room isn't as bad but not great. The mattress was fine in the smaller room. Aside from that, the stay and the property is fantastic. We all loved the enclosed porch very much as well.
