Devoir partir !

Perfect. We feel same as home with Wilson & his family. Confortable bed also & good breakfast. The 2 days trek was amazing.

You get what you pay for. Very basic room, 1st night was spotless but on returning from the trek the floor had dead flies all over it 🤷.
Outdoor is nice and you get great views of the rice terraces, maybe even better if you get to go upstairs but there was no invite to do this.
Your can leave your big backpack when trekking.
Hot water but limescale build up significantly reduced the flow of the shower
Toilet roll and soap not provided, this comes at an extra cost.
The bathroom had what looked like water coming from the toilet and for some reason hasn't been noticed by the proprietors.
Like all the other reviews mention you have to charge your phone outside.
The food is mediocre, I would have ventured out but the downpour put me off.
Bottled water was pricey compared to local shops.
There was no offer of a key for the small security cupboard.

Amazing hostel with a stunning view. Great location, in the center of Banaue and not far from the bus station. The people working there are amazingly sweet and so kind-hearted. I spent such a great time with them, and extended my stay day by day. It was very hard to leave… The 6-bed dormitory was great with a bathroom and hot water, there is a nice hanging out area, some free water and coffee. Thank you guys for making my stay so special 💖
You have to climb a lot of steps haha (but it make the place unique)

Lovely hostel. Super friendly and helpful staff very comfortable room. Helped to organise tours and plan onwards transport. Free tea and coffee. Short walk from town/tourist office (for onward buses)
Its minor, but it would have been nice to have had electric supply in the room (but charging devices in common area was fine)

Above all, it is located near the center of Banaue, which is very convenient for traveling, and kindly guides you to various tours. You can also take a cheaper tour here if you wish. You can also cook in the kitchen if you prefer, or order your own meals there. Cute dogs and cats will watch you eat. They just stare and don't take your food. Even though I arrived at dawn, they came to the bus stop and picked me up. The staff were friendly and made me feel like family. I liked this place and stayed 10 days longer than planned. I just want to say thank you for all the service and kindness. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

Really nice hostel. The beds are good. The facilities are simple, but then the price is also very good. The owner and staff are amazing. They are very friendly and will do anything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even brought local drinks which we enjoyed together and they didn't want anything for it. The location is amazing as well. From the rooftop you've got an excellent view over Banaue and the valley. Definitely would stay again.

I like the room and facilities. They had a safe in the room for your valuables.
I didn't like that the hosts were rude to me after I declined paying for a tour through them. They also placed a man in the room even though I booked a female only room and he walked in while I was changing.

The staff was amazing - they didn‘t even pick me up when I arrived with the night bus :)
I wished the bathroom was a little bit cleaner :)

I think for the price the hostel was very good. it’s very basic, there aren’t any plug sockets in the rooms so you have to charge your phone outside but it has hot showers and unlimited coffee. The staff are also so lovely and friendly
More vegetarian options on the menu would be nice but I know being vegetarian is tricky in the Philippines!
