All the little personal touches and the amenities left on property. Toni was lovely and excellent in communicating with us. He also let us check in early. The location is excellent. So close to the centre and the property is big and stylish.

Property was in a very central location. When we first pulled up I was concerned as lots of graffiti on walls around parking and rubbish around. Inside was very clean. Kitchen very well stocked with utensils etc. lots of information given about Belfast. TV didn’t work well but that didn’t bother us as out a lot.
Front door was very hard to close and required
Lifting to close. Doors to rooms hard to close. Showers are very small and if a plus size would be hard to get in and out with door space.

Comfortable, well appointed property in good location. Good pre-arrival information from owner.
Entry to area overgrown with weeds, graffiti, overflowing garbage bin from adjoining unit off putting on arrival.
Having 3 flights of stairs to carry up luggage not ideal.

Lots of space. Enough room to work in with fast Wifi. Brilliant location to walk anywhere. Parking at the front door is so practical. It was extremelly quiet. Only improvement can be to maintain the backyard.

Property was comfortable, personally wouldn't have more than 4 here as the lounge wasn't quite big enough but house on the whole was great. Location is perfect and access was easy. Parking was also a bonus! Kitchen was well stocked with your standard kitchen needs.
Mould issue in the bathrooms but made the host aware.

We had a lovely stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 & a half bathroom apartment. Tony was very easy to reach and always responded promptly to any queries. The apartment was centrally located in a quiet neighbourhood and near to main Belfast city attractions. We felt very safe in this area.
The apartment was super clean and we enjoyed the personal touches in the decor. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, equipment etc for cooking and everyday living during our 5 day stay. Beds were super comfortable and had lovely flannel bedding for our stay over December.

The apartment was wonderful, Tony and Una take great pride in their home and were very easy to deal with. It was spotless clean and is exactly as the photos. It is also only a short walk from the city centre, so it is an ideal location and we will definitely be back again in future

The house is in a great location. Just a short walk from Lanyon Place Train Station. It is also a short walk into the city centre. It was clean and tidy with all kitchen facilities allowing us to cater for ourselves if we chose to. The bedrooms were clean and tidy and having 2 bathrooms was great. The central heating was excellent and was needed for December. Both arrival and departure were easy and the host was available for queries. Thank you Tony and Una.

The property is a great location, for us ideal as it was so close to the waterfront. The property also had everything we needed amenities wise. it was great not to have to include towels etc when packing.
We are a family of 5 and while the upstairs space was brilliant the downstairs sitting/kitchen area was tighter then we had expected but there was still plenty of seating and we weren’t home for very long each day.

You arrive to a location that has an accessible secure entrance, with a parking space directly outside the front door. This property is amazing in terms of location to the centre of Belfast. Once you have your bearings, from the property to city hall belfast (centre) is takes 7 mins walk....Wow! Very safe and secluded area and if your an EV driver like me a charger directly across the road. The property itself, awesome 3 storey with plenty of room for your holiday stay. It has all the conveniences you need, wifi, netflix, full kitchen, three bathrooms. Perfect. You will not be disappointed!

Great location close to city centre Also, free parking is available right outside the front door of the house.
The walls were very thin so you could hear every noise from next door. Also the bathrooms are a little on the small side.

Stayed for four weeks and had an excellent time. Very professional and well managed. Would highly recommend.

Only 5 mins walk to centre. Very clean and warm.
Three floors. Quiet street but right beside a derelict building which I didn’t like at night.
