About this apartment rental

Known as Florida's Most Relaxing Place, Navarre Beach is that quaint, family-friendly spot you've been searching for, minus the congestion of some of the more commercial vacation sites.

Our unit is just steps off of the east elevators on the very top floor, assuring you of the most incredible views of both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound. With nine ft. ceilings and over 1500 sq. ft., condos in Navarre Beach Regency are spacious and comfortable with floor to ceiling/wall to wall double sliding glass doors in both the master bedroom and the great room. The private 30' x 8' balcony has comfortable seating for 8 with a bistro table for 4, 2 side chairs, and 2 lounges.

The fully functional, well-equipped kitchen opens into the great room. A breakfast bar for four connects the kitchen to the large dining area. The living area has two sofas (one a queen sleeper sofa) and two comfy chairs, as well as a flat screen TV. Free wireless is always available. A full laundry/storage room is off the kitchen.

In the master suite, enjoy a king size bed, or take a cozy nap in the chaise over looking the Gulf. The over-sized second bedroom sleeps four comfortably in 2 queen beds. Both bedrooms have full dressers, double closets, and flat-screen tvs. The master bath has a large tub, and the 2nd bedroom has an attached full bath as well.

The Regency boasts the longest beach front per unit, so there is plenty of room for all! The over-sized pool is heated March - October, and a full fitness center is located near the office on the 1st floor. Under the office near the pool area is a handy storage space where you can place your beach toys and chairs for the week.

Enjoy food and drinks at Juana's Pagodas/Sailor's Grill, Broussard's, or Windjammers where you can enjoy the longest pier on the Florida Gulf Coast. You'll also find Navarre Beach Marine Science Station with summer camps for kids, three man-made diving/snorkeling reefs, and the sea turtle conservation center. In addition, Santa Rosa Park is located just across the sound.

A paved bike/walking path runs the length of the island and continues through the National Seashore to Pensacola Beach.

This condo was so beautiful and well maintained. Loved having two queen beds in the second bedroom. Beds were very comfortable. Recliner was nice to have as well. View from balcony to the beach was the best. We say dolphins and schools of stingrays. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This condo was perfect from the time I opened the door. We saw the beautiful gulf staring right back at us. The furnishing were perfect for the condo. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Plenty of bathroom towels. The balcony provided any kind of seating you wanted. 2 Lounge chairs, a high top table with 4 chairs and 2 regular outdoor chairs. We utilized them all. We watched the dolphin every day! The view is incredible. Thank you for a beautiful long weekend. Highly recommended.

This condo was absolutely breathtaking. We had views from the living room and bedroom. We seen dolphins playing every morning Everything was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. They had appliances that we haven't had in a condo, like a waffle maker and air fryer. Beds were comfy, pillows were comfy, decor was beyond beautiful! Contact with the owners was always super-fast and very helpful! Navarre is perfect in every way. The beach is clean and not so packed like Destin or Pensacola. The restaurants nearby are delicious and reasonably priced. I can't wait to start planning next year's trip!

Wow! We have been going to the beach for several years and this was easily the best one yet. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, great furniture and beds. Directly on the beach near the pier. Makes for a beautiful firework show on July 4th! Very large well taken care of pool. Mitch was amazing and responded quickly even on a holiday when I needed to ask a question. Really only downside is didnt come with free beach chair service like some condos provide. Saying that id stay here again with no hesitation. We love navarre beach!

Very roomy and clean!! Balcony is wonderful with space and great view. We found an adequate amount of pots and pans for cooking in. There are beach toys on the balcony for use, including boogie boards. A/C worked well and temp was comfortable.

Navarre is definitely perfect for those of us who like the slower side of life and want to enjoy the beach. We don’t like running around and crazy traffic that comes with places like Destin. When we are at the beach we are there for the beach. However Navarre is close enough to do all the “entertainment” things if you want. Perfect location! Great condo and great host.

This property was super clean...really perfection. The furnishings were not like the usual beach condo rattan fare, but very nice furniture. The kitchen was well stocked as if they expected a good cook to actually cook in it, again, not usual for a beach condo. The 9th floor views were incredible and not by the pool so we didnt have to hear screaming kids. The location is perfect, secluded but 5 minutes from Publix across the bridge. Please note: when they say check out is 10am, they mean it. The door locks you out immediately and if you are still coming in and out loading the car you may get stuck in a very bad situation. Otherwise, this is the best beach condo I have ever stayed in. Triple check if any construction projects are scheduled for the time of your stay. Owners have integrity, will be back.

We loved our stay in this unit! Mitch was absolutely amazing! He went the extra mile for us and even let us in early since we arrived super early and the weather was bad. We enjoyed the location as we could easily walk to the other side of the pier. We have stayed in Navarre many times and this is definitely one of the best units we have stayed in.

This was our first time to stay in a beach front condo. I must say this condo and Navarre beach set the bar high for any future trips! The condo is spacious, comfortable and very quiet with gorgeous views. Mitch was quick to respond to all text messages. The website didn't have the correct check out time but it was posted in the condo (which I didn't see). We had a wonderful time and Navarre is an absolutely beautiful beach. We'll definitely be back! We LOVED our stay here (and wish we could have stayed longer). The views were wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and just as described (even better in person than what pictures showed)! We were very appreciative of the beach toys & chairs for us to borrow while we stayed. Our only complaint was the check-in process. We had never received any communication with our code to get into our room (this was after 4 p.m.). I messaged Mitch who did some checking for us and found out they were behind in cleaning. He stated he would notify us as soon as he found out the room was clean. We had to wait ~2 hours for our room to be ready. We realize this was not the owner's fault, but it would have been nice for the company that cleans and provides the code to get in to at least send a message saying they were behind so we weren't sitting around with 3 cranky kids, waiting to hear from them. Our door code also quit working prior to 10 am on the morning we were scheduled to leave. Other than that, we truly LOVED our stay and hope to visit again!

This was a beautiful condo. Lots of room and my 17 year old wanted to own area and slept on the pull out couch and said it slept comfortable. The beach was never very crowded. We did go to destin and Pensacola for the day and couldn’t wait to get back to our more quiter beach! Those places were nice but traffic was crazy. We did need to pick up supplies and found a dollar store right by the win Dixie. FYI groceries are a lot more expensive than back in texas so get your non food things at the dollar store. And our last day we found Jonny Houston’s grill it was great! Go early as the wait gets crazy after 6.

The condo itself is tastefully decorated, homey, and has all the amenities one would want or need. We had a great time thanks in large part to our stay here. The owner kindly checked in on us via text shortly after we arrived which we appreciated. It's off the beaten path just enough, but still close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. This place (and its owners) are gems and we are grateful to have found it. Thanks so much!
