Offered by FL Vacation Connection, this perfect island getaway is located on the southern tip of Longboat Key with a beautiful beach and pool area.
This deluxe unit features almost 1700 sq ft with a 52’ long, beachfront lanai. The oversized living and dining area and both bedrooms open to the lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with dressing area and bath. The guest bedroom has two twin/single beds and a dressing area and bath.
Our guests have access to the beautiful private beach, pool and hot tub area only. Resort amenities (golf, dining, tennis, room and maid service or fitness) are private and not included. No money is exchanged on the property.

When I started the search for this property I plugged in 2 bedrooms, kitchen, pool, Tiki bar, restaurant and spa. Your listing came up with an asterisk annotated as "Notice". I didn't think to click on the notice, as that has usually referred to rules of the property. Imagine my surprise when I get there and find the things that mattered most were not available. Legally you covered your bases, ethically you were dishonest.

Great to work with FVC who manage this property that sits within building two of LBK Resort. The apartment needs a little updating but it works very well and had everything you need. The. beach and access to it is great. We had a lovely trip and love LBK in general.

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment in the Longboat Key Club resort but without Club amenities. It has great ocean views and is right on the pristine beach. We’ve stayed several times and it has always been an excellent experience.

large condo, great view. Did not like not being able to order even a drink from the resort. Kitchen was old and decrepit. Needs new coffeemaker and toaster and dishwasher. would not rent this unit again.

We conducted several meetings in the condo as well as enjoyed personal time. Location of the bedrooms gave lots of privacy and the large areas, with multiple tables, provided different options for business meetings. The only issue we had was the availability of plugs for phones/computers due to the age of the property. Also, TV in main room operated differently from bedrooms and were unable to operate it. Location perfect and view magnificent. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at this property on Longboat Key. The condo was exactly as pictured. The location this property is excellent, close to entrance to the beach and the pool! Highly recommend. We will be back. The only comments are: It would have been nice to be left a little more of the essentials - dishwasher and laundry for a couple of loads vs just one, one more roll of paper towel & a little larger dish soap. We knew going in that we could not use the restaurant, etc. I do think it would be nice if we could order on a credit card. I couldn't even make a purchase from the gift shop.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! However, please know that the bellhops will not allow access to the luggage carts (locked up) unless you pay them. He was quite rude, and we decided to take care of ourselves. Aside from the bellhop, we truly enjoyed the property & beach.

For the price the rental was super dated and came with a bunch of rules that I would have thought should be included, take the trash with you, nonflexible check in/check out times, climate control restrictions, general housekeeping. Had friends staying via LBK direct and the rooms were all updated with other valuable services, will probably rent direct next time.

The condo was exactly what we wanted. Big rooms that gave us plenty of space to spread out. View of beach was great. The only drawback was the condo below us was being remodeled so quite a bit of noise from the work being done. Bad timing for us but shouldn’t be an issue for future guests! Would definitely rent this unit again .

Absolutely lovely home with terrific views, well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. Very spacious, especially for a condo. And a regular size washer/dryer. The shower was strong - the best we have experienced on our trip. We hope to return.

We had a wonderful week at 2-207. The location couldn't have been better and it was a perfect set up for my husband and me and our two good friends who were there with us. The whole thing couldn't have worked better! Even the people who worked at the resort were super friendly to us when they saw us sitting in the teal chairs on the beach (which separated us from the regular resort guests). I highly recommend this place!

Secluded beach paradise

Secluded beach paradise

My cousin and I were looking to get out of our quarantines yet still stay quarantined (cook our own food, stay away from crowds, and RELAX). This property on the Resort at Longboat Key offered just that. The kitchen had just about every tool that you would need and the dining area was large with a huge dining table (perfect for jigsaw puzzles). The living area was spacious with a large sectional sofa, carpet, a smart tv, and gorgeous views of the beach (looks directly out to palm trees and the beach). Both bedrooms were spacious and each has its own bathroom (both have shower/tub combos).The rooms tend to stay a bit warm, so ceiling fans would be a great addition in the future. You won’t be able to use the beach chairs and umbrellas through the resort since this rental is not through them, but they have separate chairs specifically for this unit. If you want to use your own umbrella, you’ll have to bring the chairs and your own umbrella past the property line (we actually liked this because it was even more secluded). The resort is very family oriented and stays pretty quiet, although we did hear the tenants above us quite a bit (heavy feet, cabinet doors). I would recommend the owners ask the upstairs owners to add rugs with cushion to muffle the noise in the common area and bedrooms. Lastly, the property managers were very. Very responsive and helpful. Will definitely return to the resort!

The resort is a quiet and beautiful place. The condo was lovely. Felt very "homey" and was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with any and every utensil, appliance, etc needed. Florida Connection even left us "welcome items" to get us started before we were able to hit the grocery store. The views from every room were amazing. The resort staff was welcoming and accomodating, even though we were not able to take advantage of certain amenities (restaurant, etc). We were able to rent a beach cabana and chairs for the week. The beach staff was terrific. Parking was convenient, and being on the 2nd floor allowed us to use the stairs easily to and from the beach. We loved our week at Longboat Key Club 2-207. We hope to return next Spring.

Great location and generous size but Red Tide overpowering

This was a great location and large unit in the Longboat beach club. You however, could not use the club's beach umbrellas nor any of the bar or food facilities, or water sport rentals. Could use your own umbrella down the beach from the club. We were only able to walk the beach and sit on the beach a couple of days. After that the red tide was too strong to go out and the last three days was so bad no one could even sit out at the pool. Check the Florida State red tide advisory before your booking.

The property is simply breathtaking. The photos could not possibly convey the space, quality, facilities and view. Having visited LBK for over 25 years and stayed in a number of properties this was by far the best. The mangers, Florida Vacation Rentals ,respond to any problems effectively and efficiently. The view was AMAZING! The condo and decor was dated but the view made everything great! The only confusing part was the membership vs people that rent through an outside source. You have no access to the restaurants or pool bar. Overall the view made the trip!
