The split floor plan is excellent for comfort & privacy. The property sits on a half acre with a spacious yard. The cabin contains wifi, cable, full laundry, front & back porch, self-heated fireplace, board games +. Close to Sunrise Ski Resort, casino, antiques, hiking, fishing, restaurants & movie theater. In walking distance to Woodland Lake Park where you can play at the park, BBQ, fish & enjoy a nice stroll on the 1 mile paved path around the lake.

Really good location. Dollar general is literally 100 yards away. I’m glad the owner had 2 portable A/C’s because it was warmer than we had hoped. Balcony was really cool and lots of backyard and front yard space. Garage full of games was a big hit with my son. Owner was super chill.

Size of home was perfect but, sadly the dishwasher was not working, we ran out of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The propane tank for the BBQ grill was empty and the back yard was not enclosed to keep our dog safe and secure. The showers did not provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash and we ran out of clean towels. We will not be using this rental again. We go up to PineTop 3-4 times a year but sadly we’ll be staying somewhere else. There are two large softball tournaments yearly with hundreds of players and families who look for someplace to stay. Word of mouth goes a long way.

The house was great. Two observations: the skylights in the family room were distracting and bright...actual lights would be better. Also, providing body wash, shampoo, and conditioner would be best.

We have stayed here before and it is a nice big home with a great garage game room. The house could stand to use new pots and pans. One of the pans handles is very close to falling off.

Absolutely gorgeous. We had a wonderful time. There were plenty of things to do. The weather was beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. I would recommend this cabin to everyone.

This is a great cabin and the location can’t be beat. You feel like you are in the remote woods but you are in the middle of town which was super convenient. The listing didn’t do the place justice. Whole game room in the garage was a huge hit with all of our guests. Jan Elle was also very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

My family and I stayed here for Christmas with our dogs. Everything was clean, the yard is big enough for our dogs and the home was decorated for Christmas which was a big bonus. Will be staying here again

We really enjoyed our stay at this location it served all of our needs, very well stocked with all the essentials needed for our stay. The location is very convenient with stores and lakes all within 10-15 min max. Very quiet neighborhood not very secluded as we wouldve liked but everyone kept to themselves and overall a great experience.

Check in was super easy & great communication with host. Cabin is a short walk away from Woodland Park and a bunch of trails. The board games/kid toys were a nice touch to keep us all entertained. Would definitely stay at this location again.

All was well but we're had requested an early check-in and host check and got back to me with the okay..but got there and had to wait 2hrs sitting out side while cleaning staff needed to complete the home.. contact host and she apologize for not getting ahold of the cleaning company so we waited outside in the rain but otherwise had a good time

We had a great time at this cabin. There was plenty of space for our party and the beds were very comfortable. Our dog joined us and she enjoyed the cool mountain air. The cabin is conveniently located, so that was great for us. We took a walk to Woodland Park Lake and it took us about 20 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.

48 Hours of Peace and Quiet

Just completed 2 days and 2 nights at this property and it was very enjoyable. This home was well stocked, clean and spacious. Walking distance to several restaurants was an added benefit. Neighborhood was very quiet. If our travel plans include another visit to Pinetop, we will strongly consider this property again.

This was an amazing property. The family really enjoyed the spacious living area plenty of bonding time with enough seating for all to be in the same area. Exactly what we wanted!!!! Also had a dollar general within walking distance so never went with out anything that was needed. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous house

This house is fabulous - it's in town, close to everything and surrounded by trees. The house has a big yard and a backyard fire pit which we enjoyed immensely. The inside fireplace is great for heat and ambiance and the house was tastefully decorated for the holidays and made it homey and relaxing!

A fantastic sty!!!

When we arrived, everything was ready for us. The property was better than we imagined and much better than the pictures show. We had one very minor issue, we were short one towel. I emailed Janelle and the problem was resolved almost immediately. My only recommendation would be that her phone number be listed in the information book on the kitchen counter. We enjoyed all the little extras that were with the property. These included ice in the freezer, condiments in the refrigerator, coffee and tea, etc. The games and DVD's were a great touch. The property is located just two blocks from White Mountain Blvd, but is extremely quiet and has the feeling of being in a remote area. Easy access to restaurants and activities. We had 8 people in our party, and did not feel like we were cramped. We would love to return here in the future.

We spent the weekend there with another couple. The cabin is perfect! Roomy, clean (so clean!), and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. The bedrooms all have king beds (we only used 2 bedrooms). Large DVD collection and board games were nice to have. The area is quiet - hard to believe you’re a couple blocks from the main road, it feels like you’re in the woods. We enjoyed sitting on the deck into the evening watching the pines sway in the breeze. It’s a lovely place and we will be back. A couple of small suggestions: upgrade the deck and backyard furniture and provide more towels (only 6 bath towels in the house). A special thanks to Jennel for being so responsive to my messages!

This home is wonderful. We came up as a family for a weekend event and needed a home to accommodate our family of five. We all had a spacious bedroom that are fully furnished, and had more than enough room in the house to relax. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and made it pleasant for those of us who love to cook. I absolutely love the separate living room that allows one to read or just hang out while enjoying the view out the picture window. We used just about everything the cabin had to offer such as the board games, dvds, ping pong, hammocks, and grilling out on the back patio. The front deck made an awesome place to sit and enjoy your coffee. We truly felt like we were at home. The only suggestion we have is to update or repair the BBQ grill as only half of the burners worked. We will definitely make this wonderful home our #1 home to rent while visiting Pinetop/lakeside. Two thumbs up.

We loved every minute of this trip! It felt like home. Our kids weren't stuck inside like they would have been in a hotel room. They loved running around in the big yard and laying in the hammocks. We even went down and fished in the lake and caught catfish! I would definitely stay here again and refer this cute cabin to my friends and family.

Wonderful stay! Very roomy with space for everyone. Well equipped. We used it for sleep and relaxing after a long day of ATV riding. The walk to the lake was beautiful but a little longer then expected at about 1 mile. Very accessible. Plenty of towels for large group. Only complaint is that you have to haul off your own trash. We would love to come and stay again!

First of all, Janelle was very helpful before the trip. Always answering my questions and even gave me some ideas do places to go etc The cabin is beautiful clean and spacious. We loved it!! The cabin has everything you need and if you forgot something there’s stores and restaurants less than 5 minutes away. The deck was a fun place to sit and enjoy the beautiful weather. The cabin has chairs and tables and even a hammock for the deck! I recommend it and thank Janelle for her friendly advise and help any time we needed it!
