THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST UNIT AT CANYON RACQUET CLUB, AND PERHAPS THE BEST SKI RENTAL IN COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS. Perfect for family gatherings and events. Table seating for 16, though we do not allow parties or events.

Our ski home is HUGE and SPACIOUS, and will make your vacation memorable. Four bedrooms and a loft with king, queen and twin beds.

The pictures and reviews say it all. 3,000 square feet, 20 minutes from the airport, 15 to 20 minutes to 4 world class ski resorts, 3 minutes from I-215, 35 minutes to Park City.

Our first trip to Utah was wonderful, and this home helped enhance our stay. The home is very quiet, and is well appointed with everything we needed. The hot tub is relaxing, and the location is very convenient. We’d recommend this home to anyone wishing a quiet, relaxing stay in Salt Lake City, and we hope to return and stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple nights to go to Super Cross at Rice Eccles stadium. This home has everything you need for a get away. It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and stores close by. We loved the decor and appreciated the attention to detail for guests to enjoy their stay. Kellie, the manager, was very quick, polite and friendly answering any questions we had. We will stay here again for sure.

This was a great place for our ski trip. We had several waves of friends and family come visit us as we made this our home-base for several weeks. Everything was clean and fresh, the kitchen was great, the common area was relaxing, and the hot-tub was clean and hot! A bonus is the fact that this home is within walking distance to several delicious and fun restaurants.

The property was really accessible to Alta and Snowbird, and it was also relatively close to Brighton and Solitude. The layout of the house was a bit of a maze (four or five flights of stairs with each bedroom and the main living space all on distinct levels). Some of the bedrooms are small, but the overall experience was awesome. The owner was also very responsive and easy to deal with.

This was our first time skiing at Alta and Brighton and the vacation home location was ideal! It was so convenient to 4 great ski resorts (Brighton, Solitude, Alta and Snowbird), as well as restaurants, a grocery store, and ski rental shops. Additionally, the home was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity our group of 6 could ask for. Being there over the Christmas holiday, a festive Christmas tree decorated the open living room where we gathered after dinner, which we appreciated. Both the owner and manager answered all our questions and provided helpful information prior to and during our stay in a timely manner- greatly appreciated! We had a lovely vacation, hope to return to this wonderful vacation home in the near future, and highly recommend this vacation home in Cottonwood Heights, UT.

We had a great stay at this property. All of the finishes are nice and the high ceilings creates more space in the common areas and in the master bedroom. There is some very nice photography as well that is a great touch. Overall the instructions were very clear for accessing and staying at the property.

Great property for a family ski trip with easy access to UT's best resorts. Very comfortable and works well for longer stays when some need to work remote. Easy access to grocery store and eateries. Love the Sonos sound system, hot tub and garages.

My family had a great ski vacation at this condo. Working with Stacey the property manager was a breeze. She was helpful and stayed in touch throughout our stay. The location is perfect for access to Brighton or Solitude, and Alta or Snowbird are easy too. The property was clean, well maintained, and layout was great for a family with kids and grandparents staying all together. Would happily stay here again.

A modern, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped townhome convenient to various Salt Lake City ski areas. The kitchen includes all essential cooking equipment and spices. A large hot tub, gas fireplace and gas grill were often used. The master suite and bathroom were luxurious.

This property was just as advertised: modern, clean, very comfortable & spacious — and the location was perfect for rock climbing. Everything we needed (and more) was included in this unit. The wi-fi was fantastic — 300M+ ! Re the AC, couldn’t get the condo cooler than about 75 degrees during this late July, but just two bedrooms felt a bit warmer. We appreciated the large fans that were provided in those rooms. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Jim, for a wonderful stay.

I’ve rented through VRBO many times. This property in Cottonwood Heights is one of the best we’ve stayed in. It jad tons of space and was equipped to the hilt. Cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee maker, everything imaginable that xou would need was there. The place was immaculate and well stock with towels soap, shampoo, etc. if you are going to rent in Salt Lake City, this is the place to stay. We stayed for 7 days snd enjoyed every minute. Thank you Jim and Stacy!

The house was so beautiful. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Incredible kitchen, laundry on site, hot tub. PLUS the location couldn't be beat... 20 min drive to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. Would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay for a multi-generational family ski trip! The home was large and comfortable with lovely touches throughout. Ski resorts are under 30 minutes away as well as downtown SLC and Park City. Everything else we needed, such as groceries and ski rentals were a few blocks away. The jacuzzi on the back deck was just what we needed after skiing all day.

We loved our stay and fully enjoyed the house. The kitchen was stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms very clean with soft towels, and the fireplace was heavenly. We skied Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Sundance and found all to be an easy commute. We would definitely rent here again.

The condominium was fabulous. Everything from the hot tub to the grill worked great. The owner is in tune with the ski scene, altering us to the need for parking passes for Alta. It had great amenities and was well stocked. They had plenty of towels and even left hand warmers for skiing. It is in a great location for skiers but near many of the restaurants and stores in the Cottonwood Heights area. The information provided about restaurants and the functions of the unit was easy to follow. I would definite rent the condominium again.

We stay in rental properties all over the US and this property would rate as one of our all time favorites. The house was immaculate and the interior was tasteful and comfortable. The kitchen was furnished with everything we could possibly need. The beds and bedding were high quality and very comfortable. The location was easily accessible and close to everything! We would return and highly recommend!

Jim's home was the perfect rental home - spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had every spice, utensil, pot/pan, etc that you could ask for. Lastly, the check-out process was so minimal and easy. 10/10 would recommend!
