Quaint lakefront Cottage On Lake Erie, in the private resort community of Sand Beach. The perfect place for relaxing family vacations, summer fun and Lake Erie fishing trips. This Cottage has a large great room with a beautiful stone fireplace and windows viewing the lake. A flat screen TV with digital television and live streaming, DVD, Playstation II with games, karaoke, and a stereo/CD for your enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen, with a beautiful lake view, is ready for home cooked meals with seating for the whole family. A sitting area overlooks Lake Erie. There is a view of the Lake from every room in the house. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds, 1 bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with full beds and twin bunk beds in both rooms, 1/2 bath. A 'pack 'n' play' bassinet is provided. The upstairs bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku's with Hulu and Hulu Live. All linens and towels are provided.
Outside, a Beautiful deck overlooks Lake Erie, with stairs to the shore of the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful Lake Erie sunsets, while cooking out on the BBQ. The house is well kept and plenty of sleeping space for a group of 11, only downer is there is only one shower in the house. Nice to have a park right across the street-even better if it’s not mayfly season! The place was well-stocked with towels, soap, etc. and the owner was easy to access and prompt with one issue we had.

Arrived for our stay and everything was better than expected! Property was very clean and prepared perfectly for our stay. The property owner call first thing in the morning to check to see if everything was ok and it was. The only bad thing about our stay was the weather. And no one can control that!

Sunny Disposition is a cozy and comfortable home, I definitely would stay there again. The location is great for a couple or family with children. There is a well maintained enclosed playground, a nice walking area without a lot of traffic. Not to mention, if you're into fishing you can drop a line right off your back deck. It also offers the fun part of camping. A fire pit to cook hot dogs on a stick or roasting marshmallows and making s'mores. My family had a great time visiting and hanging out!

Although Lake Erie weather did not allow us to fish, we had a great time at the Sunny Disposition! The kitchen was well stocked and more than enough towels etc . Comfortable beds.Right on the water! Great time had by all! Would definitely return!

Weekend with friends and family at Sunny Disposition was a huge success. Weather was nice even though the wind made the lake too dangerous to enter. We played games made a fire in the outside pit and even got some bikes out of the shed. Will definitely consider for another getaway in the future.

It was our first trip to Lake. We stayed for 5 days. The first 3 it rained so we couldn’t do much but the last 2 we were able to get out. Everyone enjoyed Put in Bay (we were told to go through the week, because it wasn’t as busy) The house had a great location to the lake (right off the deck!) The street to get to it was small and the houses close together but it’s vacation and was fine. The kids loved the playground across the street. We had an issue with the toilets and the owners jumped right on it and was fixed that day. The only complaint, would be is you can hear everything that is going on in the house. The doors to the bedrooms (which are cute and fits the cottage style) are louvered and only go 3/4 way up to the top of door frame, so even when shut you can hear everything being said or the tv. I recommend a noise machine or fan when going to bed to help with that. That’s the only negative thing. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at Sunny Disposition. The Property Manager Stacy was simply incredible and very attentive. We wanted to stay on Lake Erie close to Cedar Point and Sunny Disposition checked all the boxes. The Cottage was quaint and comfortable. I would love to book another stay. I really can’t say enough nice things about this property so please check it out for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

The cottage was neat, clean and we'll supplied. It was a little tight for our 8 adult guys, since we don't do upper bunks very well any longer. But overall, we were quite comfortable. The deck overlooking the lake was especially sweet!

This is ou second time renting here. The house is large and open and great for our group. Bath and 1/2 was perfect 1/2 bath upstairs. Views are beautiful right on the lake. Owner was fast to answer any questions already looking forward to another visit.

We rented both Sunny Disposition and Liberty Breeze for family and friends. We were all there to celebrate a wedding, and everyone was very happy with the accommodations. The houses were clean, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and what we expected from the photos. It was a great long weekend!

This home was perfect for 8 girls being together for a 60 th birthday celebration! Everyone was comfortable! The weather did not cooperate to enjoy the deck overlooking the water…but we were able to enjoy looking out the windows at the lake! We had a fire in the pit on Saturday morning! The

The condo was accurately represented in the pictures. Stacy was a wonderful host. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I did however, despite a warning in the binder to check everywhere for all you stuff (even check under the bed) , leave my flip flops there. LOL Thanks for a wonderful time.

Enjoyed hanging out on the deck relaxing with the beautiful views - including sunrises and sunsets. Kids enjoyed the beach area, playground, biking and just hanging out together. This definitely ranks as one of our top vacations. From the neighborhood to the stunning views of lake Erie sunset and sunrises. We had 13 people in our party and the cottage was perfect. Another added bonus was the park right across the street which was perfect for the kids. One thing that would be nice would be a golf cart but the bikes worked just fine. Thanks again for everything

Everything it was marketed to be. 11 family members stayed comfortably there for a week. Plenty to see and do, with quality downtime in between.

We got the property for a place we could all get some mental downtime while our kids were competing at Camp Perry. It was perfect for what the kids needed. From the lake to the fireflies and frogs, everyone had a great time. Only thing that would have made it better would have been a 2nd shower. :)

We had a great weekend. The house’s location was perfect for grilling out on the deck and watching the sunset over Lake Erie. We were 2 minutes from the boat launch and the public space across the street was perfect for basketball / Spikeball etc.
