There's room for the whole family - dogs included - when you book this set of three Lincoln City condos. You and your loved ones will enjoy having the beach within a few minutes' walk, lovely ocean views, and the privacy and convenience that comes with having three separate condos to call your own.
Located just off of the Oregon Coast Highway and right across from the cinema, this condo is less than a quarter mile from the beach. The Lincoln City outlets are just two miles north, and Devils Lake State Recreation Area is two-and-a-half miles north.
Each of these condos has been recently updated and features complimentary wireless internet throughout. Rented all together, this trio of condos can sleep up to 16 guests. They can also be rented separately, if you're traveling with a smaller group
The smallest of the condos is Seal: Upper, which has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living area, and an expanded kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge as well as a microwave and a range, making it more than adequate for dishing up quick meals or storing leftovers to reheat later. The living area features a futon and a cable TV. There is a queen-size bed in the bedroom. Between the bed and the futon, this condo can sleep four guests.
Seal: Lower is similarly appointed, albeit with three bedrooms. In the living area, a comfortable futon faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The kitchen features a full-size fridge, a range, and a microwave, perfect for putting together a tasty meal, which you can enjoy outside at one of the picnic tables. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third bedroom has a set of twin-size bunk beds. Altogether, this condo can accommodate up to six.
In Seal: Main, the largest of the condos, you'll find a small yet fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining room table. Relax on the futon in the living room while you browse the cable channels on the TV, or surf the internet using the WiFi. When it's time for bed, this three-bedroom condo has room for six guests - each bedroom includes one queen-size bed.
With shared outdoor common areas, it's easy to get the whole group together for meals while still enjoying the privacy of having separate spaces. And since all of these condos are dog-friendly, the family pets are welcome too!
Spend your afternoons strolling along Lincoln City's seven miles of coastline while you hunt for sea glass and sand dollars. Practice your kite-flying skills, or watch for whales in the distance. If you'd rather get on the water, rent kayaks and head to Devils Lake for a few hours.
Go for a hike at Cascade Head, which is about 10 miles north. Afterward, treat yourself to a meal of fresh-caught fish at J's Fish & Chips or Blackfish Cafe. And if you're in the mood for some retail therapy, you can't go wrong with a few hours of shopping at Lincoln City's outlet mall!
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We had a small hiccup upon arriving, literally Vacasa had a human onsite to help within a half hour (on a Friday). Ironed out the key situation and even did a quick sweep of the house it was very professionally taken care of and we are thankful! We had a great visit and with the 3 floors it made it so the kids didn’t keep the adults up so late 😂

Lots of room

Arrived at the property, and it does not appear that the photos really conveyed the accommodations. Then the codes that were sent were not correct (this took about 15 minutes to get resolved via text message). The building (SEAL) is 3-stories high, no elevator and no protection on windows for children falling from 2nd or 3rd story windows. The top floor unit has a small undercounted hotel fridge, no separate freezer, no access to ice on the property.
The floors are not level, all the burners were not operational on the stovetop in the 2nd floor unit, nor did it have any to in it…
The building itself is right behind the dumpsters and the farthest from any beach or ocean front view; you are more likely to listen to highway 101 than the ocean at night.

We couldn’t get in the house for the first 4 hours. The lock box wouldn’t open with the codes they provided. No manager show up to open it. After calling several times I was given a code the worked.

I loved that my whole family was in one house.

We were looking for something for a big group of friends. The space worked for that. No real gathering spot though. The floors are not level and there are tripping hazards in the uneven flooring. But overall a good place to stay.

Enough space
The seal building was enough for our group of 14 I'd say if anything please upgrade the squicky mattresses lol overall satisfied. Thanks for allowing us to make family memories.

Stay
Not bad for the price and it fit us all. We had a great time just not a lot of room for everyone to get together.

A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
It was much below our expectations. We expected, looking at the pictures, to find a clean and modern facility. Instead, the facility was not level, the floors sloped from front to back; there were electrical plugins without covers; the windows on the first and second floors did not have screens; there was one bed advertised as a full size bed, however it's box spring was for a twin size bed. I could go on... just understand, in retrospect I paid way too much for 4 nights in a dive, for my family of 16, and in the process, discovered it was a terrible mistake!

Fun Fun seal Three
What a fun place to be. So it’s a little rainy and house leans a little bit. Just had so much fun. Bother no one as loud as we were. We adjusted the parking so that we could park behind each other and not bother anyone and Managment let us. The management was great. The owner came in to look at the cleaning of the house three-story house seven bedrooms everyone had such a wonderful time. Will we do it again I’m sure we all will. We karaoke in half the night and bothered no one we hope. What a great staff.

Great Family Vacation
We rented 3 condos together in a building for a family reunion. It was wonderful to have out own space but also be able to hang out with everyone when we chose to. The condos are a bit DIY and the craftsmanship leaves something to be desired. Very haphazardly put together and jimmy rigged. Vacasa staff did a great job of cleaning and having the items we needed, but these are far from luxurious condos. We got a really good deal and read the prior reviews, so we had our expectations set properly when we arrived. We had a great time and the onsite staff were helpful when things failed like wall heaters etc. As long as you know what you are getting into, book this place! The proximity to the beach was perfect for our 4 legged furry friends that were also welcome there.

I stayed here with 17 family members. Wer were able to spread out and also get together for meals. The location was great, right off highway 101. The only downside was that the floors are slanted.

With all the iffy reviews I will be honest the place was not bad at all you do have to go up stairs for access to the upper units but it’s no big deal the path to the beach is a hike there are stairs gravel road paved road then a few steps down over some large rocks(not hard but not easy) my family enjoyed this as it was a nice workout some even Walked down as a morning workout ! The beach access is in a nice part of the beach most others are very rocky and this one was not the sand was nice and the area was very open

Not worth the price
I paid 950.00 for 2 nights. This place is not worth 100 a night. The entire building is falling of the cliff edge. The house is not level at all! It's so bad we spent an hour in the rain trying to get the doors open. I have minear syndrome and staying here made the symptoms 10 times worse. I called Vacasa 3 or 4 times and they did nothing to help. The blood flows to your head while you sleep it is horrible. The stair case in between the 3 units smells so bad of mold and mildew it is nauseating. it is a very very long walk to the beach, and the ocean view is a joke. Also, even if you get it for 2 nights they only provide enough soaps and paper towels and toilet paper for one night. I rent at least 2 house's a year from vacasa and this is definetly the worst experience I
I've ever had.
I've ever had.
