It's a very quiet neighborhood. The home is on the right side of the block as you enter the track. Only one side of the home has a neighbor. No homes behind the home or on the west side!

The whole home is usable including the garage. The washer and dryer are between the kitchen and garage inside the home.

We were drawn to this home due to the great reviews and the fenced in yard for our dog. Clean and comfortable stay. Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and shops if it’s not too hot. There is a kennel in the living room in case you don’t trust your dog while you’re away. And we appreciated the Instacart breakfast on our first morning. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is great - many walking trails and amenities close by. We had lots of room for our family of 5 and our small dog. Outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Arizona warmth! Bob is an attentive host who responded quickly to any issues we had. Jami was also an excellent resource and did a fantastic mid-stay cleaning for us.

My family (and dog!) stayed at this lovely home in Tempe, just a 15min drive from the Ironman Arizona course. Robert, the host, was a great communicator before, during, and after the stay. He was very hospitable--even went so far as dropping off breakfast supplies for us! Elvis, our dog, LOVED the size of the backyard. It was also so great that Robert provided treats, a comfy crate, and waste bags. Over all, we LOVED our stay! 10/10 would recommend. If my brother decides to do the Ironman in Arizona again, we will definitely be staying here again!

We rented this home for 2.5 months after our home sold and we were waiting for our new home to be ready for us to move into. This house location was perfect for us and we loved having a dog friendly yard. Bob was extremely flexible with us when our move in date for our new home kept getting pushed out. His communication was excellent and he was always pleasant and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this home and this property manager!

It was very nice to leave the hotel and check into a home for a weekend. Breakfast was delivered and the backyard was perfect for the dog. The only issue was that we couldn’t get the master shower to turn on which was bad timing as we were all getting ready for a wedding. Otherwise, I would recommend this Vrbo.

Wonderful home to stay in super close to nice restaurants grocery and close to the airport. Great neighborhood nice backyard! Comfy beds and tons of amenities.My host was amazing! Bob was such a wonderful host! He had breakfast foods waiting for us when we arrived! The house was perfect for our needs…plenty of room and very comfortable beds! Great location and nice neighborhood too! And when I accidentally left my prescription behind, Bob was super helpful to help me pick it up! Above and beyond!! Highly recommend Bob’s home!

I can’t say enough about this property!! The location is perfect and the property owner is extremely accommodating. The property itself has everything you could need and then some. I have nothing but GOOD things to say about this place & Host. My family including our fur babies spent the weekend there before our son gets deployed. Everything from the kitchen to cook meals ( completely stocked) patio with BBQ grill ( husband grilled a mean rack of ribs & corn on the cob) yard for our fur babies to run free after a 6hr drive and last but not least an amazing master bedroom where i for one feel asleep instantly. It felt like home. We will definetly be going back.

I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling and needs to stay in the Tempe area. The owners have a very nice home and even decorated for the holidays. Thank you for making our daughters college graduation a wonderful experience for the entire family !!!

We had a great stay in Tempe! We were there for a softball tournament and the field was just 2 minutes away. Bob was amazing! He made sure the place was set up with holiday decorations and even sent us breakfast for our first day! We’d definitely stay here again!

Everything was as pictured and described when booking, nice and quiet and peaceful, everything was close by, and it was dog friendly and our dogs loved it too! Robert was a nice and gracious host and was very accommodating!

First and foremost, Bob was out of this world helpful, attentive and surprised us upon arrival with a gift. wish I could give him 6 stars! The home was inviting and warm, quiet neighborhood! I will stay there again if available. Priced right and clean. And we had a little rabbit visitor both mornings that we stayed.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The house is just as depicted in the photos and located in a great neighborhood with convenient access to shopping, dining, bike trails, and other amenities. Nice fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs.

We recently stayed at Bob's home in Tempe for a week long visit while our daughters attended ASU commencement and convocations. The location was perfect for us, a quick drive to campus and close to shopping/restaurants. Bob was very gracious and sent us some breakfast items via Instacart so that we didn't need to run out to pick up groceries when we arrived. He also reached out immediately when he realized we left a few clothing items. We definitely would stay here again!

Great house! We were a family of three so each had their own bedroom. Loved the covered patio outside and grill (where we spent most of our time). Kitchen is FULLY stocked - way more than other rentals we've used in past locations. And finally, what more can you say about Robert? He actually had instacart deliver us food for our first morning there and he was very attentive and communicated thoroughly.

Home is very centrally located. We were able to visit Sedona (2hrs) and Grand Canyon (4hrs). ASU is a short distance and there are tons of restaurants and shopping near by. Con for my kids was there is only 1 TV in the home. Hard with 3 teens. Also no fans in the kids bedrooms so they complained a little about the heat. The host is great and very responsive. He was so kind and sent us breakfast. It lasted us the whole week. We would definitely stay here again!
