Welcome to Phoenix West! Phoenix West is located on the white, sandy beaches of Orange Beach, AL and is one of the premier condo complexes on the Gulf Coast. Phoenix West offers large and luxurious condos, and the complex is loaded with amenities. There is a Gulf Front lazy river with a water slide, a large outdoor pool, a kiddie pool that is perfect for the little ones, a large heated indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a sauna, a top-of-the-line exercise facility, lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, covered parking, and more!
Phoenix West 2501 is a large 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condo located on the western corner on the 25th floor. Phoenix West 2501 is Gulf front and offer amazing views from the over-sized corner balcony. The huge Master Bedroom has a King bed, a double closet, a private balcony, and a large flat screen TV. The Master bedroom also has a private bathroom that has a sit-down Jacuzzi tub and also a separate shower. Guest Bedroom 1 has 2 sets of Full over Full bunk beds, which is great for kids. There is also a large closet, a private balcony, and a flat screen TV in this bedroom. This bedroom has a private bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. Guest bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, a large closet, a private balcony and also a flat screen TV. This room has a private bathroom that has a shower/tub combination. The huge, open common area offers breathtaking views from every angle because the entire area is covered in floor to ceiling windows. The full kitchen has all of the appliances you will need including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. The kitchen will be fully stocked with kitchen utensils, cookware, drinkware, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen area overlooks the living room and dining area and offers extra seating for 6 at the kitchen bar. The wet bar on the north side of the common area has an ice maker, a sink, and a blender and is a great place to make a refreshing cocktail. The dining area has a large high-top table that comfortably accommodates 8 people. The living room offers plenty of seating, as the condo has a large sectional sofa and 4 chairs. The large flat screen TV is perfect for watching the game or a good movie. Through the back of the living room is a glass sliding door that takes you to the private and oversized balcony. There is a 6 top table and 2 lounge chairs. Again, this is a western corner condo, so the balcony is Gulf front and overlooks the ocean, but it also has an unobstructed view towards the west, almost as far as you can see, so prepare to have your breath taken away!

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean, quiet and wow, what a great view. The Phoenix West was so fun with easy beach access and we enjoyed the pools too. Our only complaint is the state of the cookware in the unit: a new set of pans is needed and there were no rugs anywhere except maybe the master bedroom. It is nice to have a rug to brush off your feet before you get into bed, bc inevitably the floors are sandy. Otherwise it was great! Thank you for having us.

The condo was clean but appeared to have sat empty for some time. The floors were and counter and table tops were dusty. It didn’t hamper our vacation though!

All good things to say about our stay at Pheonix West 2501. The balcony is wonderful and we spent the majority of our time in the condo on the balcony. It was off season so there was no wait for elevators and the beach wasn't too busy. Overall a great vacation!

We were in a 4 bedroom unit this time because we had more grands with us. Had a completely wonderful time! The unit was beautiful, huge, laid out perfectly and had a glorious view of the ocean, sunrise, sunset and all the way to Gulf Shores! Can’t wait to come back!’

The condo had plenty of room for our family of 9. Plenty of dishes. Needs to update cooking utensils. There was always a good breeze on the balcony. We would stay in this condo again. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river with slide offered lots of fun for the teenagers. The work out room was great.

The condo was very nice, but needs updating and deep cleaning. The floors in the codo and patio were dirty when we arrived. Throw pillows on couch were nasty. The night stand in one of the bedrooms was broken. There was a musty smell in the codo. The biggest problem was the air conditioner stopped working during the day on 6/7/23. It still was not working when we checked out Saturday morning 6/10/2023. I realize the rental agreement under maintenance doesn't guarentee anything working and no refund or adjustement can be made. I could understand this if the air conditioning was out for a few hours, or even a day. I feel a cost adjustment would just the right thing to do in this case. I know it's not your fault that the air conditioner failed, but it's not our fault either and we paid in good faith that it would be working. The HOA or someone should be held responsible and it not just be tough luck for us. We will never return to a property managed by Pritckett Properties.

I stayed at this Phoenix West property with my husband and 5 children (including 1 infant), my brother-in-law and his wife and baby, and my mother- and father-in-law. The whole first day i just kept saying that i expected the room to be nice from the pictures, but it was SO MUCH BETTER than we expected. The corner balcony is just incredible, and the unit was so spacious. Checking in was as simple as entering our access code to get into the room, and going to the front desk to pay for parking passes and pick up arm bands for amenities. The pools were great. The younger kids were able to play safely in the zero entry pool while the parents were able to relax just a few feet away. The bigger kids and adults loved the lazy river and water slide. The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and never crowded at all. The beach was beautiful, and we had a rental service available right there, with a couple of teenage boys who were always happy to pull wagons or carry beach supplies for us. We were even able to get my mother-in-law a beach-accessible wheelchair, so she didnt have to miss out on any of the fun. We were so pleased with our stay. We will be back!

This was our favorite condo to date! It was spacious enough for all my kids & their friends. Teens enjoyed the privacy and the littles loved the pool. We will be staying in this unit again!

We had a great vacation! We were a little nervous about the 25th floor with 12 children, but everything turned out absolutely fine! Thank you for sharing your place with us! (One suggestion….it would be helpful to have at least one towel per person)

Had a wonderful time in this condo with plenty of room for cooking and serving everyone & plenty of seating space. I was worried about the elevators being on the 25th floor, but was pleasantly surprised that we had very little waiting and all elevators were functioning & quick- even with busy spring breaker crowds. We utilized the grilling area which were charcoal grills (had to get charcoal) and brought our food up to eat, and it all worked out just fine. The beach and the lazy river with patio area were very nice. Our young adults used the hot tubs in the evenings. Every room has its own bathroom, plus the additional one in the hallway. It was a very nice place, would highly recommend it.

We had a group of moms and young boys and the property was fabulous. There was plenty of space and the condo was clean and perfect for our needs. We forgot to bring things like toilet paper and garbage bags and had to go out to pick some up for our three night stay as there was only a starter in each location, but I think that's pretty standard now. Fortunately there is a Walmart nearby! We were disappointed to find out that we had to pay a hefty sum to park in the garage, and that amount was not disclosed prior to our reservation but all in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We are a family who for the first time had a family vacation. It was 4 generations. Only 13 could make it, but we had an awesome time together. The condo that we rented was spacious and right on the beach. 4 of my children had never seen the ocean. What a treat! The condo was clean. We had to wait a day for some extra blankets, as the temperature had dropped and when we all got ready to settle in; we discovered the blankets shortage. They were delivered the next day. The only other problem was the dryer didn't work. It took hours to dry a load. We did report it on the day we left so the next occupants would be good to go.
All and all we all had a great time and we would highly recommend Phoenix West Condominiums.

Everything about this stay was easy. The condo view is unbelievable. Highly recommend. There was a couple hickups with the internet while we were there but the folks worked hard to get it fixed. Stuff happens. Highly recommend.

This was a perfect condo! With a large family, the bedrooms we just right! From the grandparents to the teenage children- everyone was happy! The beds were comfortable!
The condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, silverware, and more. The open concept allowed everyone to be together even when prepping and cleaning meals.
The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all. The was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy there beach times the beach was clean, absolutely no garbage! The best part- the hoses available on the walkway to wash off sand so you don’t track it in!
The location of the condo was great. It was quiet and easily assessable. No traffic! Close to shopping and restaurants or the state parks!
Great experience! Definitely would return!
