Relax and let beautiful Lake Tahoe reveal itself to you. A wonderful getaway that inspires you to explore your best self. Breathtaking sunsets and moon rises reflect on the Lake. The panoramic view deck is the largest in the entire condo, located in Tahoma the the Water's Edge Condos , with access to both the pool, private beach and pier.
Experience the remarkable beauty and peace of the 'jewel of the Sierra'.
Also within walking distance, there is a small market, a pizza pub, a cafe and a post office.
Drive up parking space can accommodate up to 3 cars. Short stairs up bring you to a one-level condo. Entire space is just under 2000 sq.feet. The great room is bright and sunny. It opens up to a large, private balcony overlooking the lake. Both bathrooms have separate vanities with twin sinks.
The beach and pier are just steps away from the door. In the summertime, there is also a pool available for your use. A wonderful market is just up the street (walking distance) for any supplies you need and they have the best sandwiches on the Lake. Perfect for beach picnics!

Spring and summer enjoy endless hiking, biking and rock climbing. Sailing and swimming are close. The sandy beach and grounds are beautifully maintained and secure. Spring and Fall are particularly delightful, as the weather is crisp, comfortable and very quiet.
The winter brings skiing, sledding, snowshoeing and cozy relaxation by the fire. The driveway is plowed all winter long. (Although we sometimes sled along the steep areas). The amount of recreation you pursue is limited only by how much sleep you need.
This is 'the Tahoe of granite and centuries-old cedars,cobalt-blue bays, wilderness areas, wildflower-covered meadows and snow capped peaks...where the great outdoors and wildlife are right outside the door'--Magical West Shore.
Let the Lake touch you and you will always return....

We loved it! Everything about it was delightful. Our only regret, we couldn't stay longer!

Million dollar view
Cozy and comfortable but very dated! Well equipped kitchen, very large living/dining area. We ate all of our meals outside on the veranda admiring the spectacular views of the lake. Excellent wi-fi, tv channels, game tables, and nice pool nearby. One disappointment was the sharp rocky bottom of the small private beach and the coarse sand, but we found sandy beaches nearby. Bring your water shoes and rafts for the kiddos if you wish to enjoy the local beach!

Loved It!
Beautiful and cozy cabin that was very spacious. The fully stocked kitchen was a pleasant surprise. Also, we loved going down to the dock at night to watch the sunset. We will definitely come back!

Always a great stay at Touch the Lake
One of the best units at Waters Edge-beautiful views from the deck just steps from the pool and beach. The condo itself is quaint but feels like home. Nicely appointed with towels, bed linens, beach chairs, etc. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful
The location of this property can’t be beat. You are steps from the lake, and there’s a pier where our kids had fun catching crawdads. The house is homey and quaint in decor (vs updated), yet very comfortable with everything you need to cook, a bunch of puzzzles and games, rafts and an extra air mattress. The pizza place across the street was good and convenient, and the market just down the street has essentials and huge sandwiches. Anastasia made the whole transaction easy!

Great location and place
Place has everything you need to relax and pass the time on the lake. Family nostalgia gives it authentic lake house feel.

Truly a Gem!
Serene setting with a wraparound deck, comfortable furniture inside the house and out, and beautiful views of the sunrise as it comes up over the lake. We sat on the deck and watched the boats go out, the kayakers and paddle boarders go by, and enjoyed the feeling of connection to the lake and all the action on the beach. Inside, the owners have thought of every detail for both comfort and convenience. Great beds, well-equipped kitchen, lots of games, lots of little thoughtful touches. There is subtle, romantic solar lighting along the deck railing to bring the deck alive at night. The condo community is quiet, yet alive during the day with families having fun. We felt completely at home!

This is my All Time favorite Vacation Condo on Lake Tahoe's West Side
My daughter, adult grandchildren and myself totally loved our Lake Tahoe stay at this beautiful West Side Condo #36 at Water's Edge in Tahoma. It is a gorgeous decorated home with wonderful lake views, an exceptionally large private Master Bedroom suite and full decks and out door furniture on two sides of the home. The large living room and kitchen combination was delightful. Also the easy pool access out the sliding glass door in the 2nd bedroom and along that deck made life easy on swim afternoons. I've stayed at Water's Edge Condos many times in the past, but this 3 bedroom 2 bath unit with laundry washer/dryer is my all-time favorite.

Great views, lots of room & clean!
Our family has been enjoying Water's Edge for over twenty years. We've rented several of the condos, and this was by far the nicest! The condo is spacious and offers spectacular lake views. It's conveniently located to the beach and pool. Bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are large and well appointed. We hope to stay again next year!

WONDERFUL LOCATION AND VIEW!!
Spent a wonderful vacation in this roomy condo at Water's Edge!! The deck overlooking the lake/pier/beach is awesome and we spent most of our "down" time relaxing on the comfy outdoor furniture!! We love staying here due to everything being in one location; pool, beach, pier, store, etc. My kids and grandkids captured precious memories they will hold dear forever!! My dad passed on to us his love of the lake and now, generations later, we are doing the same!

Superb spot on beautiful Lake Tahoe
The place is truly superb, with amazing surroundings. Our kids loved it as well as adults. The crow fishing from the private pier was the pick of our experience for the kids. Pizza place next door was awesome. This place has a beautiful personality entailed in it from owners. Strongly recommend it. We've been all over Lake Tahoe and this one superseded our expectations. Thank you.

What a wonderful home.
This is a beautiful, well maintained home that is very spacious and comfortable. If you like to cook, you will love the kitchen. We've stayed in several of the WE units and this by far is the nicest.

Stunning homely perfect
My wife and 3 kids and I had the most beautiful stay in this condo. The owners have thought of everything. Proximity and access to the lake is perfect and the private beach and uncontested position are a pleasure during busy periods. I could not recommend a place more highly.

Perfect Getaway!
This cabin felt just like home to my boyfriend and I. The kitchen has all amenities for cooking and baking and the views are spectacular! I felt at peace and relaxed as we awoke to the beautiful view of lake Tahoe as the water was perfect glass. The West shore is a quiet place in the Winter. Perfect for complete relaxation and reflection. Only 15 minutes from Tahoe City, it felt nice to be away from town life and experience nature and all it has to offer. The backcountry is endless - Jakes, Maggies, and Rubicon peaks are all 5 minutes away from this place! Emerald Bay, angora lakes, and eagle lake are also just around the corner. We hiked Jake's Peak (highly recommended) and had the ride of our life on our snowboards. Great for snow-shoeing and cross country skiing as well as the West shore usually gets quite a bit of snow regardless of what snow reports usually say - it's the best! DL Bliss State park is also a must see and is right around the corner! This is a perfect place for you and a loved one for a romantic getaway and its also perfect for the whole family! I can't wait to stay there again! This place has everything you need; heated beds, fireplace, tv's in all bedrooms, games, full poker table, books, deck, BBQ, hot steam showers, bath tub, and the BEST location right on water's edge!

Perfect West Shore Experience
This condo exceeded our expectations. It is spacious, open, light, fully equipped and has tremendous views of the lake. The decorations really make you feel like you are in a mountain cabin -- very nice and subtle touches that really make the experience. The owner descriptions are absolutely accurate. The game table is a really fun touch.

Perfectly perfect
Wow, what a perfect weekend getaway! Wish I could have stayed longer... clean, friendly, even sweet surroundings with all the right touches. Cabiney feel, but not Campey. Super comfortable, from the lush blankets on the couch to electric blankets, high speed wiifii to be efficient and done with extraneous tasks, and an extra deep bathtub. Views from every angle in the house, of the pine seeds spinning their heli-ways down to the ground in the breeze, chipmunks spying in the window, and of course, the endless textures of light play on water in wonderful Lake Tahoe. Truly, a prize destination... from super pizza just a walk up the drive, to espresso nearby, to quiet, peaceful nights, skylights, and an empty beach or dock to contemplate stars or sunrise from. It's all here, on the West Shore, casual but gourmet Tahoma. I would so recommend this special location!
