About this house rental

Convenience, space and great amenities come together in this three level, three bedroom charming townhome! Located just a two minute walk to the Mountain House base area, Ironwood is a small group of Townhomes that gives you privacy as well as great amenities like a one car garage and a small backyard with a private hot tub! There's ample space in the home, with over 1,800 square feet on three levels. Each floor has it's own bedroom and bathroom and there are two living spaces; perfect for bringing the whole family!The second floor main entryway is a split level. There's a lower level mud room to unpack and store gear and clothing and stairs to access the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining room. The living area is open and inviting with vaulted ceilings, a huge gas fireplace, a full bathroom in the hallway and a nice second story deck with a BBQ that faces the slopes! The kitchen is fully equipped featuring a beautiful stone countertop that opens into the dining area. The dining area has a table with seating for 8 with an additional 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Downstairs off of the mudroom is another living room with a TV and access to the lower level backyard and patio. The back yard is fenced and features a private hot tub! There's also a stacked washer and dryer for added convenience. The primary suite is upstairs featuring towering ceilings, gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains, a flat screen TV, and king sized bed! The en suite bathroom is huge with a nearly wall to wall vanity and duel sinks, a glass stall shower and separate soaking tub! The first guest bedroom is on the main level and features a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom is on the first floor and features a king size bed and flat screen TV. There are also two queen sleeper sofas, one in the downstairs living room, and one in the main living room. There is a private garage that fits one car with additional space in the driveway for a second car. This townhome is great proximity to the ski slopes, with a short 2 minute walk to Mountain House base area, or an 8 minute walk to the River Run base area. If you don't feel like walking, the free Keystone Shuttle bus picks up at the next door property every 20 minutes.

Was very easy to access, very nice place. Full 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with sleeper in living room and downstairs, easily sleep 10 adults. Was actually a 2 min walk to Peru lift, maybe 5 min shuttle ride to River Run Village. An amazing o lace to stay and would recommend to anyone!

Great place, very convenient to slopes. Second floor heat was not functional but space heaters were provided. Hot tub was over chlorinated. Couple light bulbs out but nothing major. Great time was had by all. Cheers

This property was wonderful for our son’s first ski trip. Easily walkable to the beginner ski area, and easy access to River Run Village. The home’s layout was perfect for parents, grandparents, and children.

House was well positioned by the Mountain House lift. It does require a short walk to reach the lift. Only complaint was that the hot tub was hot but the jets were malfunctioning.

Wonderful, private condo with a nice and clean hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked with every thing you would need and then some. A nice wine fridge in the kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to have their own area. Our only complaint was the beds and pillows. I really think the quality of your bed on a trip can really make a huge difference. A nice sleep goes a long way and we had some uncomfortable nights. Everything else was amazing!

This place was amazing. It had incredible views of the mountains. The hot tub was a hit. Plenty of room! All in all it was fantastic! The kitchen even had everything that we could possibly need. Super clean & very comfortable. Will definitely book again! :)

This property was great! Had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. There were five of us and we had plenty of room and enough bathrooms. Was just a short distance to ski at Arapaho Basin. Welcomed the hot tub after a day of skiing. Enjoyed our stay completely. Thanks!

Property was wonderful. Super clean and comfortable, with all the amenities promised. We did have a couple of issues and the manager was incredibly responsive, once coming to the house within 10 minutes to help us with the TV. When you get there double check that the hot tub is ready to go--ours was not so we couldn't use it the first day, but it was ready quickly. Great location--you can carry your ski stuff across the street for the lift. This allowed us to come home for lunch. We skied both Keystone and A-Basin while we were there. A-Basin is a 10 minute drive away so you have access to both mountains. Enjoy!

Stayed at this condo several times now. It never disappoints. Plenty of room to spread out and the 3 bath rooms means no waiting for your turn. Kitchen is well appointed with gas cook top and gridle and electric oven. Gas Grill on the deck. Hot tub to ease aches from skiing. Beds are comfy and quiet. No squeaks ... wink wink. ?
