You can't beat the location of this beautiful unit, literally steps from the Castle. It made for easy early morning and end-of-evening walks through the Castle grounds when it's most peaceful and lovely. The unit itself is a nice sized modern, 2nd floor apartment (the few steps up were completely manageable). It was immaculate. We didn't use the kitchen, but it had everything we would have needed if we did. We did make use of the very handy in-unit washer-dryer, which made the post-Prague part of our trip easier. Check in was seamless. The hosts go out of their way to communicate and assist. They have obviously been at this for a while and know how to please. It's easy to see why they've gotten the rating that they have. We'll be back.

My husband and I completely enjoyed our time in Prague. This apartment made the stay extra special. There was great communication with the owners and they even setup a driver for us to the airport. When their driver couldn't pick us up from the airport, they recommended a great company we could order a transfer from. The location was amazing since it was away from the busy parts of the city so we could rest at the end of a long day of exploring. It was clean and great proximity to some great restaurants and the castle complex. Thank you so much for providing a home away from home for our anniversary trip (and first trip without our kids in 20 years)!

What a wonderful trip, due in large part to this excellent property. Pick-up at the airport was hassle-free despite our flight being delayed. Petr went over the details of the apartment with us on arrival. The space is nicely decorated and very comfortable. We didn't expect a washer/dryer in the apartment - that was a nice surprise that came in very handy. Lots of caring touches; the apartment is well supplied, laundry soap and dishwasher soap in stock along with pantry staples, coffee and teas.
Location can't be beat, it's literally 2 blocks from Prague Castle, and the neighborhood is quiet at night. We found the provided "cheat sheet" with local info very useful. Really I can't think of anything this apartment lacks - it's a superb base for touring Prague.

Spacious, clean, and conveniently located apartment. Really appreciated Petr who picked us up from the train station and drove us to the airport. Would highly recommend this space for anyone vacationing in Prague.

Monika, we had a wonderful time at your lovely Prague apartment near the Castle. It was wonderful being picked up by Petr at the airport. He explained how to use the washer/dryer (which worked great), the kitchen, and the WIFI. The apartment is just like the pictures. Very comfortable with a great location a few steps from the Castle. Nice quiet neighborhood, away from the craziness of Old Town but close enough to get to it by walking or a short tram ride. Finally, Petr gave us a ride back to the airport. Stress free and just what we needed after all the travel we have been doing.

We are 2 mobile seniors and rented for 2 weeks. Everything was 100% perfect, immaculately clean, safe and secure. Location was within 3 minute stroll to the castle or 10 minutes to tram to travel longer distance. Many, many places to eat and visit within 15 minute walk. We did not find any we would not go back to. The apartment has everything anyone needs. We would have happily stayed longer and will again in the future. Thank you a wonderful visit. If you plan to book my only caution is the streets locally are cobblestone and the stairs down to town are moderately steep if you have walking issues. Enjoy, we absolutely did!

We were extremely pleased with this property. The location in the Prague Castle neighborhood was a romantic cobblestone and lamplight area for a November stay. Safe, clean, and convenient with one of the best views of the city at the bottom of the block. We loved being able to use the kitchenette and clean our clothes in-house for our month-long stay. We also enjoyed the recommended cafe just up the street for atmosphere and good czech food. Additionally, the studio was perfect for our needs: remarkably quiet for being on a street, thermostat that worked perfectly, and effective black-out curtains. The location near Petrin Park also meant walks on maintained and lighted walkways everyday. The tram stop is also super convenient, but we found ourselves walking to everything...a straight shot down the charming Nerudova street to the Charles Bridge, for example. Our communication with the property owner/caretaker was perfect. We had questions answered in advance of our stay, were given a list of cultural links and suggestions (and were thus able to book some theater and concerts in advance), and had a payment issue (a request on our side) resolved quickly and kindly. Our transportation to/from the airport was kindly arranged on request, and Radek met us (though our flight had been delayed) at the apartment and walked us through all the amenities. It was also a very good workspace with reliable wi-fi internet. We suggest that art lovers take advantage of the National Gallery exhibitions in the neighborhood, as well as the Lobkowicz in the Castle grounds. It is our sincere hope that we have the opportunity to stay at this property in the future. We feel lucky to have found such a gem.

This apartment is very clean and modern. We found it to be very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. The area is very safe, and the location near Prague Castle was very scenic. One evening we walked the short distance to the Castle and enjoyed the night views of the city. The tram was about 15 minutes away and was an easy ride to the main part of the old city. And it is free for people over 70! Dana was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. He provided an extensive set of helpful details to make our stay better, even warning about which restaurants to avoid. Unfortunately, I didn't read it until after I paid way too much for so-so food! The only negative was the lack of hot water on a few occasions. We were told it was because of the start of heating season, and the system apparently couldn't support hot water for the rediators and hot water use. If we turned the thermostat down slightly it seemed to be ok. We used his driver to pick us up at the airport and take us to the train station, which was very convenient, and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the driver spoke little English. We recommend staying here!

No problems at all. You need to be good at steps visiting Prague as of course it’s in a big valley but it’s OK, just take it steady. Apartment ideal and close to amenities.

Our host Radek was amazing! We arrived pretty late - around 9:40pm - and he was ready and waiting for us at the apartment. He took the time to walk us through all of the features of the apartment and the surrounding area, as well as giving us recommendations for sightseeing and eating. Check-in and check-out were very smooth and easy. The apartment itself was in a great location - steps from both Prague Castle and the monastery. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, and seemed to pretty much shut down kind of early - the streets and cafes were quite empty by 9pm. This was great for sleeping, but difficult for finding a bite to eat later in the evening. It was an easy walk down to Lesser Town, Charles Bridge and across the river to the Old City. The apartment itself was very well appointed - we had everything we needed and were very glad to have both a washing machine and clothes dryer - a convenience that is extremely rare in most European cities!! We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends, and would consider staying here again if we were to visit Prague in the future.

This apartment was a very impressive place to stay. It was very modern, though in an old building, and had everything (even a dryer!) that you could want in a rental. It was very well located for visiting the castle but was quite a hike back up to each night after going down to the bridge and the older part of town. Radek checked us in and was easily available when we needed to contact him. Wonderful place!

Great apartment in a great location
The property is in a great location close to the Prague Castle and a short walk to the main city center.
The apt. is a bit small for three guests (that we had during our stay) but since we did not spend much time there it wasn’t much of a problem for us.
The property has a washer/dryer as indicated that worked fairly well. The dryer did keep shutting off due to water condensation buildup (no water drain for this unit) so we had to keep emptying the water reservoir. But only a minor inconvenience since many properties do not offer an onsite w/d.
The apt. is located in a very nice community with private locked door access. All apts. face an indoor courtyard which makes it nice for privacy from all the roaming tourists on the main street.
Dana communicated extremely well and provided a lot of information regarding the apt. and surrounding restaurants and attractions.
Radek arranged to meet us when we arrived to handover the keys, walk us through the apt, show us parking and give us some suggestions on places to visit and eat. Many thanks to him for his time and assistance!
Overall we really enjoyed this property and hope to stay there again!

Prague family travels
The location was excellent to the proximity of key areas we wanted to visit. The apartment was large enough for the 3 of us. There were just 2 issues at 7:20 am each morning jack hammers and digging we initiated in front of the apartment for the entire day. However, our intention was to obviously explore. The street renovation was installing new city water pipes and has been going on prior to our arrival and will continue for an undisclosed period according to the workers. My younger son had broken a mirror by accident as he placed a large container on a shelf which lifted and cracked the mirror. I immediately contacted the owner whom has not responded. I found that to be unprofessional & sad. I left a deposit so I assume this deposit will not be returned of which I accept. However, besides three former issues we enjoyed the city and it’s incredible strictures and restaurants.

Beautiful apartment in peaceful location
My daughter and I loved our stay at this comfortable and peaceful apartment. We were met at the apartment after an easy drive from the airport (arranged for us) and all was very easy. Despite the heat we had 2 fans which kept us cool. The walk down to the main part of town is easy or you can catch the tram up the street. Everything worked very well and we look forward to coming back for another visit.
