Family friendly, 1200 sq ft, 2 bedroom/2 bath Waters Edge Condominium 25 - 2A is located at the 13 mile marker, just 3 1/2 miles down Horseshoe Bend Parkway. Mike and Joy are Premier Hosts with over 175, 5 star reviews! We are a phone call away to answer any questions. VRBO also provides 24/7 customer service too! YES, we love our VIEWS of the main channel both day and night! It is also awesome being able to watch all the birds up close. Enjoy the great views while you relax and cook out on the deck overlooking the water. Night lights are magical on the water. Enhanced cleaning and safety measures with contactless & key less entry to property. Free Wi-Fi in condo and at pool/clubhouse. Condominium complex provides onsite security. Minimal stairs to your door. (16 down & 7 up)

Outdoor activities abound from championship golf, biking and hiking trails nearby or on the property (lakeside hiking trail on property ½ mile). You may fish from shore or our covered dock. We also provide fishing poles for the kiddos. Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Missouri’s largest is nearby including Ozark Caverns and Grand Glaize Beach. Missouri is known as the cave state and several other caves are nearby and open year round including Bridal Cave and Stark Caverns. Hike the scenic trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park! Numerous family activities including: mini-golf, go karts, Big Surf Waterpark and Jolly Mon Indoor Waterpark. Explore the historic exhibits at the Camden County Museum, Willmore Lodge and The Bagnell Dam Historical Museum. Enjoy shopping at Osage Beach Premium Outlets or many unique boutiques. Main Street Music Hall has live shows or check out a film at Marcus Eagles’ Landing Cinema. We are also close to Fort Leonard Wood, Lake Regional Hospital and Columbia College. Many restaurants 5 minutes away; Lil Rizzo, H Toad Bar & Grill, Shady Gators and Bobbers; just to name a few on Horseshoe Bend. Shawnee Bluff Winery is a must do for wine, food and 14 mile views! Many more restaurants are 10 - 15 minutes away, either on the Bagnell Dam Strip or in Osage Beach. Golfers take note, this unit is strategically located between two of the Lake's finest courses, Ridge and Cove, both are just a few minutes’ drive away!

The main bedroom features a king pillow-top bed, HDTV, private bath, and covered deck access. The second bedroom features a king mattress, covered deck access and hall bath. Living room and bedrooms have wall to wall sliders and expansive views of the lake! The living area features one queen sleeper sofa, two rocker/recliners, fireplace, HDTV, DVD player, stereo, games, movies, and covered deck access with gas BBQ grill. Our condo sleeps 6 MAX per local fire codes. Streaming online available with your passwords. Kitchen has all amenities reminding you of home. Full size washer and dryer.
Enjoy the large swimming pool with easy steps to the kiddo swim area along with enough room for some lap swimming. Sunken sitting area around the circumference of pool, 9 am – 10 pm weekdays /11 pm on weekends.

Walking trails along the shoreline (1/2 mile), tennis court, pickle ball and small playground. Please no smoking in unit, no pets. We accept rentals to guest over 25. Boat rentals nearby and slips available for rent $15 per night at complex. Boat ramp is very user friendly and trailer parking is OFFSITE for an additional fee during peak season CONTACT the Waters Edge Office at 573-365-2391 for availability, spaces are limited. The check in process was basically a personal interview over the phone, which is not preferred for a short term stay booking. The place was clean and nice but nothing was on and the owners made it our responsibility to do the homework with a few checklists in order to have running water, heat etc. through the use of valves and breakers in utility closets. Not typically the responsibility/liability a short term tenant should have to take on. The owners were less than receptive to there not having been hot water despite none of the ten checklists having listed anything about the hot water heater. I would not stay again, had I known I would have just getten a hotel. Bummed on the cost for what we got :(

The condo was very spacious and comfortably furnished. The large deck was an added living space that had a nice view. We were visiting family that own a unit in the same complex which was convenient. It was extremely hot but the wonderful pool, lake activities, and the shaded grounds, it was manageable.

Spacious condo with a lake view in every room. All we needed to bring was toothbrushes and swimsuits. Friendly staff and great location near restaurants, groceries, shopping and attractions. This was our first Verbo and Joyce helped us through the process. Thanks for a fun and relaxing time. It was way way way better than a hotel !!!

Very pleased with all aspects of this condo. It was clean and welcoming. Joy and Mike have provided everything you could need and more. The communication with them was great and the property has 24 hour security. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The best part is the deck that runs the length of the unit. Plenty of seating to enjoy the views of the lake and trees. Will definitely recommend this place to our family and friends.

This is a very clean comfortable unit with a nice location. The property owners were very kind and accomodating, and the property pool was very nice. We were here with some of our grandkids and made lots of fun memories. Its not the kind of place for a party, but if you are looking for a quiet family experience (wirh your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the water) this is the place. Overall, wonderful experience!

Wonderful stay at the Waters Edge Condo complex. The owners are great to work with. Checkin was quick and easy with a pleasant greeting at the front gate security hut to pick up a parking card, then a 4 digit lock code to enter the unit. From the moment you arrive you will be impressed with the incredibly clean unit and the amazing view of the lake from a wonderful wood deck spanning the full width of the unit with sliding patio doors from the LR, the 2nd BR AND the primary BR. The kitchen is clean, well-stocked with all the essentials from a new Mr. Coffee coffee-maker to an electric skillet plus cutting boards to slice the limes for your Margaritas. The incredibly clean fridge includes an ICE-MAKER which comes in handy for those Margaritas. The primary BR includes a walk-in closet with plenty of hangers and a recently remodeled en-suite bath with a beautiful shower unit that comes with great water-pressure. Both BR include comfortable king-size beds covered in high-quality linens. Plenty of towels in unit, but the laundry room with the full-size stacked W/D comes in very handy. Property includes 1-mile long water-front paved walkway that we enjoyed early each morning - an evening walk to enjoy the lake sunset from one of the benches along the path is a memorable experience. The 2 minute walk to the resort pool was easy but included a trip up some recently replaced wooden steps. THE POOL area is one of the best at the lake. Overall stay was amazing - will be back.

We are both boy moms, and we were ready for a getaway. The condo was perfect! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully loaded kitchen 😁. We enjoyed eating out on the deck with the great view of the lake. Also, we went into town for some shopping, dinner, and a lake day. 1 more thing we loved was the beautiful pool. So relaxing. This was just what we were looking for.

My sister and I needed a quick escape from life and we could not have picked a better spot to escape to. The condo is lovely, very spacious. Beautiful views of the lake. The balcony is awesome. The fireplace was adorable and super cool… fun touch. The host was very personable and friendly in getting our stay booked. 100% would come back here.

Its a decent distance from our race venue and it was a little inconvenient to take the toll bridge everyday, but this is not the fault of the property owner. Very nice location and well pleased with our stay. Will stat again.

The location is fantastic- right on the water with a perfect view of the lake. The hostess thought of everything - very helpful with many comfortable personal touches. My wife and I were looking for a peaceful restful weekend away, and this place achieved that. We especially enjoyed the fireplace which was just perfect for the spring weather. All in all a wonderful holiday, and we would love to go back.

Beautiful setting, nice and quiet, close but not to close to activities, didn’t eat out, it was a fishing week. In the area there were some nice looking restaurants, lots of nice golf courses, 1 golfer in the groub - full kitchen if u want to cook. Excellent cleaned. Would go back again!
