One of the nicest places we stayed at in the 3 years we have been traveling since we retired. Clean, beautifully decorated, close to restaurants and things to see and do, well supplied, comfy/cozy. The harbor was nice & communication was great. On our list for next year.

This place was perfect for our group of two couples. Clean, comfortable with awesome view overlooking the heated pool and bay were a lot of fishing boats .Large back patio area was very relaxing for morning coffee and late night cocktails. Close to traffic on adjacent highway but the room was still quiet for sleeping peacefully. Short Uber ride to and from major KW attractions without the hassle of congestion and parking inconvenience down on Duval. We all agreed that we would definitely like to return.

Pelican Landing was centrally located on island, close to everything. Units balconies face pool and marina. Short golfcart ride to Duval Street and restaurants on water. Property maintenance guy was very nice and helpful.

This is a great place to stay. Close to Duval.
Bike rentals there and the bike company will also deliver bikes to you. For golf carts and scooters, it is probably less than a mile to pick up those items.
The property has nice amenities and is overlooking the marina and water. We enjoyed watching boats in and out.
There is a bar next door serving bar food. Food is good. Also serve beer and wine but not liquor. Also has music there.

The rental was reserved pretty easily. The place nice just had sand on the forts from entrance. My daughters feet were black in the bottom in 5 minutes and there was no broom to sweep the floors. Other than that it was a great role spent with family. I’lI recommend this place to someone else!

Outstanding customer service while booking the unit and continued communication from rental office. Was impressed with how clean the unit was. The only negative thing would be our units balcony floor needed replacement. I am looking forward to staying here again next year. If you have a boat it is the dream location with boat slip right on site.

We have stayed in the Antigua condo on two previous trips to Key West and were very pleased with the water front marina location, but the condo was in need of several repairs and updating when we stayed in February.
The clothes washer and dryer did not work which seems like a minor detail, but we pack very light for our trips to the Keys knowing we can do our laundry. The ice maker did not work for the first 7 days of our trip and was repaired on day 8. On check out day the cleaning crew was banging on the front door like they were serving a search warrant at 9:58 (check out time was 10:00).
Overall the condo seemed a little dirty and dated for the price. On a positive note, Jamie and her staff are very helpful and accommodating.

Staff responded very quickly to concerns about water dripping from the ceiling. Nice to be able to rent bicycles downstairs. Walking distance to grocery store, great coffee and excellent Cuban fish tacos. Short bike ride to everywhere we wanted to go on the island.

6 of our family members and 2 friends traveled to Key West on the Key West Express and stayed at Pelican Landing for 3 nights. This is a good location to accommodate 8 people and very walkable. We were in Antique retreat on the 2nd floor. We did feel like it could use a little updating. This was our 2nd time staying at Pelican Landing and would recommend it to groups.

The property is definitely not brand new and has some normal wear and tear throughout the condo. Other than that it is spacious, on the water, and everything we wanted out of a place in the keys. No issues with the room itself but there are rules that need to be followed and the owners stick to it so mind that while booking.

Located away from all the noise, but still walking distance to Duvall (straight down Truman/US1). The boat slip and fish cleaning station were a bonus, as was the heated pool. There is some noise transference when heavy walkers are in the unit above you, or people are moving furniture, sliding it across the floor, but it was not that big of a deal to us. We would definitely consider staying here again!
