This place was a perfect location for us. It was close to stores and all the fields we needed to go to. The place was cozy and well taken care of. The neighbor's upstairs were noisy at times but calmed down once they left or went to bed. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay!

Cabin vibes, very comfortable.

Beautifully decorated. So convenient to slope and free bus into Steamboat! Highly recommend!

Very clean with all you could need for easy living! The owners seemed to have thought of everything. Easy to follow check in directions. There was an elevator but getting all luggage and gear in and out wasn’t fun. It’s close to the slope but some walking to get to the lifts. Very handy ski in. Very comfortable overall. We much prefer a king bed versus the queen and the pillows weren’t great. It’s kind of a ‘one butt kitchen’ but totally fine for a short visit. We did four nights.

This was the perfect location, we didn’t rent a car and were easily able to use the free bus to go downtown when needed and could walk to the slopes. Cute place, perfect size for 2 people but could’ve made it work with more people as well.

Beet cute. Conveniently located near slopes/mountain.

We liked this condo! It is in Storm Meadows, building one, right behind Christie Club, so there is a small access road and a building between the condo and the slopes. It’s very easy to ski in, a bit of walk with equipment to get to ski out. But the route is well marked and easy to follow.
Host was very good with communication. Great directions to condo and parking. Easy check in and check out. Hot tub was great.
Something to note: parking is on 5th floor, condo is on 4th floor, hot tub and ski in/ski out access are on 3rd floor. It’s a bit of schlepping to unpack car from 5th floor parking lot, down steps to entry and then to 4th floor (there is an elevator) and to get gear from 4th floor ski locker to 3rd floor exit to slopes. Not a big deal if you’re staying for a week, but could be less than ideal for a 2 to 3 day stay. And I was traveling as one adult with my two kids, which probably made for more work. :)
It’s a good spot with great character and everything clean and in good working order. Plus really anything you’d want for cooking in the condo. We liked it and would stay again, but for a week as opposed to 3 days. 😊

My son and I came to enjoy the long MLK weekend and this property was perfect for us. It is furnished nice for us two and the hosts were incredibly kind and gracious in our communication. It is truly a ski in and walk out but the walk to start your day on “Right of Way” is only about 3-4 minutes. Super easy!
The hot tub provided a great end to each day where we met some wonderful people from all across the country.
Take advantage of the free Steamboat public transit system. The bus stop at Ski Times Square is easily accessible and provides easy to follow routes to downtown.
We will be back and would love to have the opportunity to stay here again.

We had a pleasant stay. A short spur off of the Right-O-Way ski run leads to the back door of the condo building, making this certainly a "ski-in" location. To get to the ski run from the condo, there are a few sets of stairs that need to be descended and street that needs to be crossed. Takes less than 5 minutes to do, and very manageable, but something to be aware of.

Property was great. Being able to ski in right off the mountain was fantastic. We did wish access to the mountain was a bit easier but far from bad.

This would be a good choice for a solo traveler. It’s very small with very large heavy furniture therefore the 2 of us were constantly moving out of each others way to get from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The bed was small and we took turns sleeping on the pullout couch which was not comfortable. It simply has too much bulky uncomfortable furniture. The kitchen is well equipped. The tub/shower is extremely slippery and you needed to take great caution getting in and out to avoid falling. The wall unit blow dryer should be replaced as it makes a buzzing noise when turned on, it smelled like it was burning and it overheated. The owner was very nice assisting us to enter upon arrival as there was very little marking indicating which lockbox we needed.

My partner and I stayed here for a week long vacation that included skiing, a music festival, and a birthday all in one trip! The location of Rich & Ali’s condo was perfect for our stay and was plenty spacious for the two of us. If the opportunity arises we would definitely consider this place again!

Steamboat did not disappoint! Condo was clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed. Nicely decorated in western theme. Was easy to ski back to after a day on slopes. A bit of stairs to get to slopes but so worth it. Hot tub was wonderful, after long days skiing we enjoying sitting in it watching the night skiers.

We visited during a big storm so had some hiccups getting to the rental (and getting our rental car unstuck) and the hosts were very responsive and helpful! Great property and excellent location!

My wife and I are on a weeks vacation touring around to a couple different mountains. Our stop here in Steamboat was perfect totally enjoying the condo and the ski mountain. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect size unit for a couple or a couple with a child. A little walk to the slope but not bad…about 3-4 minutes. Ski back was easy. The hot tub was great and not crowded. The unit was clean, comfortable , and quiet. We will be coming back.

We stayed at the "Log Cabin" in January 2023 and had a wonderful family ski vacation. The accommodations were nice for our family of four and offered Ski-in, Walk-Out access to Steamboat's Right-O-Way trail. The Boat had incredible conditions for early January, so we lucked out with the best skiing we've ever had. The unit was ideally situated and we were able to walk to Gondola Square, TBar, and the Torian Plum shoppes within 5-10 minutes. Would recommend if you're looking to getaway to the mountains and enjoy all that Steamboat has to offer!

Cozy apartment. Small, but well laid out with entrance from both the bedroom and common area for the bathroom which was nice since we had three people. Pull out couch was comfortable as far as pull out couches go. Lots of drawers to unload into if that's your think. We cooked in the kitchen and had most everything we needed. Walk to village was about 10 minutes. Walk to ski about 5. And the ski out brought you right to the apartment door.

Our stay at the Lights condo was absolutely wonderful! The check in process was great—- Ali even called me personally to let me know about the best way to access care for my son who arrived to town with the flu. The condo was adorable and the location was perfect! Just a short walk to get on to the slopes and we could ski right in at the end of the day. The hot tub was easily accessible and quite large. Thank you also to Robyn !! We would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again when our family comes back to Steamboat! Thank you, Lights!! :)

We had a great time with our family of four. It was a tight fit, but we weren’t spending that much time in the condo because we went came to ski. Condo was cozy and had everything we needed. Ski in ski out was easy to access. All and all we would stay here again.

A great final destination on my honeymoon. Unfortunately steamboat was under more construction than I had anticipated so the mountain was all closed down, but I can only imagine staying here in the winter right off the mountain.

The hosts were quick with reply’s. It’s a cute condo with a great view I could see the rain storms coming it through the mountains. Absolutely beautiful.

It’s rare to find a property that is truly decorated as a home and not a rental. Every detail was thought out, down to the chairs made out of their personal skis on the deck. Look closely at the photos and you will see what I mean, including tables made from antique doors and wallpaper with just a hint of denim piping. It was a great balance of elegance and comfort. Steamboat in the summer is an entirely different experience. We enjoyed horseback riding, floating, hot springs, and even evening concerts and the rodeo. My son was enamored with 8th Street Steakhouse and the $6 half pound burgers you grill yourself so we cooked a bit less than we intended. Downtown is only about 10 minutes away and a free city bus departs from the Sheraton which is just a five minute walk down the hill. Temperatures never got too hot and we slept with the screens and fans which brought in welcome mountain air. Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

This was a wonderful little property for our family. Very comfortable!! It was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to cook in and have a quiet family dinner in. We also loved relaxing on the deck!! Thank you to the hosts!!

Great place in Steamboat
Great condo. Lots of space for a small group. The instructions for checking in and finding the unit were super helpful.

Great spot on the mountain!
Comfortable for our family of 3. Five minute walk to base of the mountain (great places to grab food at the end of the day).

Great location, perfect for 2 plus baby
Pros: laundry room on 3rd floor came in handy. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic cooking. We ate out mostly. Once we figured out the trail was behind the building thru the 3rd floor doors, we could walk to main square in 5 minutes. Plenty of room for clothing storage. Ski Lockers down the hall. Balcony perfect view esp at night. Hot water in shower. Bed ok but a little like a taco. Cons: way too much furniture for such a small space. We kept bumping into things and had to move half the chairs out of the way for the duration. My husband was the only skier and he could never figure out where exactly to get off for ski-in. Maybe he couldn’t see signs clearly I don’t know. Was fine because he just went to main square every time. Was under impression free bus was on main road/in front of building but I assume it’s the bus you pickup on way to main square. Took you to the cute downtown area in maybe 10 minutes. But there was no information- we had to figure everything out. Would have been nice if there was a little card that had all the info in one place you could easily reference. Was going to app and then the website and then the check in paper to try to piece things together. Like turning on the fire. It’s not where you think. It’s the thermostat on the wall to the left. Also didn’t realize unit was serviced by a huge management company, that had a whole building. I would ask a question and get what I thought was an answer from a robot. I would’ve just dealt with the management company had I known instead of replying through the VRBO app. We had a nice time and would stay again now that I know everything.

Our stay was amazing!
Great condo with easy access to the slopes. Only cons were the floors seemed thin, our neighbors upstairs kept waking us up with their feet. And the bed is very uncomfortable but other than that our stay was fantastic! Highly recommend, but it would be nice to get a new bed in there :)
