About this house rental
This 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront home with amazing views on Cudjoe Key private heated swimming pool, shaded hang out area, ping pong table, corn hole game. The pier, gazebo, kayaks and kayak launch area is shared with one other home, Latitudes. You can dock your 24' boat at the pier. The water is shallow getting out to the channel with about a 2' draft.
Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay

This 3 bedroom/2 bath oceanfront home with amazing views on Cudjoe Key has a large, heated swimming pool with shaded hang out area, ping pong table and corn hole game. 1 Double and 2 single kayaks provided. This home has a boat Foch that is shared with The Latitudes home Ultimate location only 20 minutes from Key West and 20 minutes to Bahia Honda State Park. This is a vacation experience you will remember.

If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.
Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

Clean and comfortable.
Great chill out spot.
The only negative was that we we're taking a break on our last day before driving home and the landscapers show up running equipment under the house while we were under the house and in the pool.
There's 6 hours between guests.That would be the time for cleaning, maintenance etc.
We had a great time even with the windy weather.
If you want to chill out and enjoy the Keys,you can do that here . 😎

We generally go to the Destin area and decided to change it up this year and go to the Keys. I would not recommend Cudjoe unless you own a boat or have family in the area. The listing states they have 5 kayaks but the property only has 4 adult life jackets. If you plan on going to the beach make sure to bring beach chairs and toys. We left two days early due to the mosquitoes being the worse I have ever seen! When at the property you have to be in the pool if you’re outside and the mosquitoes are still swarming your head. Overall the property was clean but you have to stay inside and can’t really enjoy the outdoors.

We had a lovely stay. The pool area is great for relaxing, the deck was a nice place for a morning coffee, living room is the perfect spot to wind down from the day, and it is not far from Key West or dining locations. I would recommend this house for family or friends.

This was a very nice place! it was clean and had everything our group needed for a wonderful stay. The pool was great as well as the beautiful view. There was some evening road noise due to the home being not too far off the main road, but overall it was a great place and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Very comfortable and clean house. Filled with everything you need. Awesome salt water pool, perfect amount of sun and shade. The dock, gazebo and beach area are spectacular. Kayaks are perfect for exploring. Beautiful sunsets. Bus stop across the street is great. Perfect location in the keys to explore east or west, so convenient to local restaurants and stores and short drive to other spots on the keys. Easy to be in touch with hosts. Loved every minute being there!

Great Get Away
We had an excellent time at Blue Palms. Plenty of room for 4 adults and two teens. Outdoor space is awesome, lots of privacy. Communication with property manage was on point. We would definitely go back.

Family Trip
We enjoyed the house and all the amenities. Amy was exceptionally helpful and prompt with the couple small issues that we had. Sadly our trip was cut short because of a tropical storm but we found many things to do in the area. It was a great location.

Great location between marathon and key west. Easy access to both. Broil restaurant across the street was the best. Beware no see-ums!!!

We had a great time at this house. The rooms and furniture are very nice -- the pictures don't do it justice. The downstairs party area is fantastic, and the pier is good for fishing (just little snappers but still fun). My only caveat is that you might not want to have a boat in the back at low tide. I just left mine at a nearby marina.

We had a great time at this house. The rooms and furniture are very nice -- the pictures don't do it justice. The downstairs party area is fantastic, and the pier is good for fishing (just little snappers but still fun). My only caveat is that you might not want to have a boat in the back at low tide. I just left mine at a nearby marina.

My husband, daughter and her husband, and I stayed at this well appointed house. There were several days that we simply stayed at the house and swam, fished off the dock, played ping pong, board games etc. House is well appointed and very comfortable. We will definitely be back in the future!

We had a wonderful vacation at this home. Plenty of room for everyone, nice large kitchen with everything we needed. The outside sitting area was great for cooking, playing games, and relaxing by the pool. The house is between Key West and Marathon so finding things to do is easy. Nice restaurants nearby on nights we didn’t feel like cooking. The only downside was the pool is shaded most of the day….but when it’s hot out….that’s not much of a problem. Would definitely rent again if we come back to the Keys.

Great place! It has it all!

Really great property with privacy. Super clean , private pool and recreation area was great for daytime fun and night time partying. We are from New Jersey, but if you are from Florida and have a boat or waverunners , the dock is great. Short ride or uber into Key West. Great restaurants close by. This place is great!

Fun in Cudjoe
We loved it so much ( 6 of us ) that we'd love to return. The location and property were both amazing . We had fresh seafood ( Fanci ) , a convenient store and 2 lovely restaurants within walking distance.....even if you had a couple adult beverages ,:) . Only feedback we'd recommend might be some additional silverware ( not a gripe just a suggestion). We will more than likely return soon as the layout - setup is PERFECT !

Overall property was good ! Beds were very comfortable except for pull out couch. There was no Keurig as was mentioned on their website , there is a 12 cup coffee maker though. Very private property! We enjoyed our stay !

Perfect all around
This home was perfect and had everything needed for a great vacation. The underneath outdoor area is shaded, has tons of seating, games and a grill. The huge backyard is great for games and the kayaks, dock and pool tie it all together. Highly recommend the home and location.

Great Property for a Group
We stayed in the house with a group of seven (4 adults and 3 teens). The house had enough room for us all to spread-out and plenty of things to keep the kids occupied. The house is fully stocked with all the amenities, so you just need to bring your essentials.
