Everything was as listed. Very comfortable and everything one needs is provided. Communication was very good with Janet. Location is great and within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Only downside was there is no air conditioning. Ceiling fans and several floor fans (provided) helped make things comfortable, though, on a couple of warm days.

Good location.
Did not receive garage/elevator code until after we arrived & specifically requested code. Resident guest garage parking spaces are limited & small for SUV or larger vehicles (due to concrete columns that limit vehicle parking radius).
Carpets appeared dirty and old/worn.

Great condo right on Avon skier shuttle line. Many restaurants within walking distance, as well as grocery store. Would stay here again for certain.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay for skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek. The location was convenient to shopping for groceries and made for a very comfortable place to stay after long days on the slopes!
VRBO failed to send some of the check in information however Janet was extremely responsive and helpful during the check-in process. We will definitely consider booking again for future trips to the area!

Great location with easy and quick access to Beaver Creek.

Everything you need, ski shuttle only 100m away from the entry door going up to beaver creek, condo is well equipped to make meals, or relax between skiing. The unit is a bit aged but neat, clean and comfortable. Some things need upgrading. The timber ventitian blinds in the bedrooms don’t open or close. The dishwasher also leaked, but we mentioned it to them and they were going to replace it as soon as they could. Also be careful if you go to grab baking trays under the oven door, there was no barrier between the actual flame and the trays, my son burnt his hand when he went to grab a tray out of what should have only been a warm area,
Loved sitting in front of the gas fire, and having a 3 month old baby with us, the washer and dryer in the condo was fantastic.
Supermarket across the road, take away food close.
We did have a bit of a problem when we tried to get into the building, we didn’t have the codes for the front door or elevator, luckily the building manager was there and gave us the code, but then it changed on the first of the month and we once again werent able to get back into the building. The new code wasn’t sent to us. So a just a few little niggles that certainly didn’t take away from a lovely stay.

Had some minor issues with VRBO & check in instructions but Janet was willing and able to help. Awesome condo, great location, and appreciate the stocked coffee bar and items available to use. Thank you for a great stay !

We enjoyed our stay in Avon. Apparently we were not sent the check-in info. for the garage entrance and parking validation, which was a bit worrisome since we arrived after 10pm. Thankfully we were able to get a hold of the owner and she sent that info. immediately. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay. The location was convenient to Beaver Creek and being able to park in the garage was awesome, since it snowed a ton the weekend we were there.

Janet was a great host, and we loved staying at her home.

The refrigerator was not working, causing the necessity to eat out every meal. Disappointed to say the least.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Avon. The space was clean and furnished nicely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with what we needed (although I'm glad we brought our own coffee since decaf k-cups were the only option). Being able to walk to shops, the grocery store, and restaurants was great! Underground parking was a nice perk too.
We read reviews about the condo getting warm in the summer since there's no AC. Thankfully there were a few fans that helped to keep the bedrooms cool at night!

This condo is clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you”ll need. The location is perfect. We especially loved the ice cream shop and cafe/bakery which were both walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to shuttle bus line, no rental car needed to enjoy Vail/Beaver Creek. Wonderful view from wall of windows/deck, in front of gas fireplace. .Unit has washer/dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a great location. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stops all within a short walk. Covered parking was great and easy to load and unload. Avon Skier Express has a stop in the parking lot of the complex. Condo is very comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was great. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This condo was great - perfect layout for our family with two small children and easy access to ski Beaver Creek. We enjoyed being able to walk to the grocery store and restaurants without getting in the car. We would stay here again!

The condo is nicer than advertised! Only downside is it was really warm in the condo. Had to keep balcony door & windows open majority of the time. Also missing heat shield in the bottom of oven and burnt hand since pans in the drawer and exposed directly to flames.

Just as described, this 2 bed and 2 bath condo is perfect! Our host was extremely responsive for every question we had. It was beyond spacious for our family of 4 and we wouldn’t hesitate coming back. Oh, and some really good restaurants right below!

Property as advertised. Comfortable property and in a quiet area. The unit was clean. The fireplace was great after a day out on the slopes and having a W/D was also helpful. Beautiful view.
We did not use the ski shuttle opting to drive to BC village daily.
A bonus was the indoor heated garage.
Overall good value and works great for families.

This property was great for my family! We enjoyed the location and it had everything we needed for a weekend soccer tournament. Janet was very easy to reach and extremely accommodating.

Like the description says cannot beat the price for the views and location. Lots of shops and restaurants downstairs connected to the condos. Only downside is no air conditioning. It does state that in the description but I overlooked it. Cute place and would stay again!

Great location of the property. It was near both activities and food and some small amount of shopping. Wal-Mart was down the road less then a mile.
Never actually heard from the owner via email, text, or App. However the instructions for everything in the property were easy to read and i knew what to do. All in all a good experience.

It’s a beautiful space and price and location but I was very shocked to find out there was no A/C. It was like stepping into an oven. My kids, husband and I were very miserable. I had to sleep with a wet towel on my back with sweat dripping down my head. It was a very shocking and miserable experience. I didn’t sleep at all the whole night, so basically spent a lot of money to be tortured. I realize these are first world problems but it put a huge damper on our trip. I saw in comments it mentions no air conditioning but I searched the ad and couldn’t find it. It should be in big bright letters because you just assume a vrbo has A/C just like you assume they’ll have toilet paper. There was another lady we met in the hallway who went and bought a $100 A/C at the local Walmart, so I think the owners should make this small investment too!

Great In town location
The location was great the property manager was very easily contacted when I had questions during booking arriving etc. she gave very concise accurate directions on how to get in the condo. The condo was clean airy and very comfortable all the amenities were there that were mentioned.
I would highly recommend this place

Wonderful Stay
We stayed for 5 nights, during our son's lacrosse tournament. Perfect location, beautiful & clean condo that had everything we needed. This was the perfect landing spot for us after a day at the field.

Great base for skiing
This was a great property that we were lucky enough to find for a weekend in March. Less than 10 minutes from Beaver Creek and not a bad drive to Vail at all. Location and everything were great, there's a market 100 steps from the unit as well - though we never used it. Price was great too. Private parking garage that is closed off, with a private spot and plenty of extra parking at the time we were there. Everything was seamless for our stay.
We only had minor gripes, about the porch door and the blinds on it not working. When we first arrived on check in day, it was 60 degrees outside and the thermostat read over 80 degrees in the unit - after skiing all day we had to sit on the porch for an hour with the windows and doors open to let it cool down some. A bit of a nuisance but to be expected when there is no A/C.
Thank you to the host for the stay.

Great location close to shopping and restaurants
Showed up and the room was not cleaned. Called VRBO and it was taken care of immediately. Full communication over the next couple hours while the place was being cleaned with a small token to enjoy dinner. I would stay here again.

Highly Recommended
We stayed here for a short ski vacation with our three kids (age 6, 8,11). The Skier Express shuttle picks up pretty much in the parking lot and is an extremely convenient way to get to Beaver Creek Village. Also, the grocery store is around the corner which we used a couple of times for quick dinners in the condo. The condo is beautiful and comfortable with a reserved parking spot. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Place, recommended
This property is exactly as advertised. I stayed a week with my two college-aged kids. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and working. Beds were comfortable. The bus stop to Beaver Creek Resort is less than 100yds from entrance to building. Parking is underneath building. City Market is across the street and there are enough restaurants nearby. Will stay again when I come back to area.

Ski Trip
We enjoyed our stay at Janet’s cozy condo. It was well equipped and stocked with all of the necessities. The heated underground garage was an unexpected plus. The condo is right on the Avon shuttle route. It’s a bit of a long walk (in ski boots and carrying equipment) to the gondola at the Westin but doable. Condo is in a great location. Waking distance to stores and restaurants. A short drive to Vail. Very enjoyable.

Great Location
Close to ski shuttle, grocery, restaurants & ski shop. Great view of Vail and I70. Well stocked with supplies. Good internet connection. Underground parking. Beds & bed linen are marginal at best. Eating utensils belong in school cafeteria. Needs new carpet and general updating as well as repair to deck door. Overall good value for this pricey local.

Great Avon Condo for Ski Vacation
Our family of four had a wonderful stay. Check in and communication with host was easy. Arrived during winter storm so appreciated the enclosed garage. Unit was spacious, clean and well appointed. Loved the laundry, gas fireplace and great view. The bus stop for the free city bus ride to beaver creek village was right out the front door- very easy to get to and from mountain for skiing. Would definitely stay here again.
