Luxurious 5th floor unit with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and kitchen.

Caribbean #403 is located in a Gulf front, low density complex that has only 32 units. It features 9' ceilings.

We have a heated salt water indoor pool, fitness center, and outdoor pool in addition to the beach steps away to help you relax.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a luxury vacation home. We stock our unit with premium sheets and towels to give that luxurious feel you deserve.

We have extensively renovated our condo with all tile floors, granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, dining room and living room furniture. A luxurious vacation awaits you!

Your summer/spring vacation or winter retreat will be perfect in this beach front condo with 1 bedroom, built in hall bunks, and 1 1/2 baths. It includes everything you could possibly want in a relaxing and fun-filled Gulf Shores summer vacation or for your winter retreat.

Our fully furnished kitchen includes everything you will need for all your cooking necessities.

This unit is pet friendly for dogs only, however no dogs are allowed on the beach in the city limits. We have a pet fee of $105 for 1 or $175 for 2, or $225 for 3 dogs . No cats allowed.

We have 4 other units in this building and one beach house across from the Gulf State Park if you need additional accommodations.

The location and accommodations were great. I was able to bring my dogs, which added to the relaxation of vacation. Communication with the owners was very quick. Highly recommend.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Indoor pool very ,minimal with only 2 chairs unimpressive. Beach had a high bank and was hard to reach. Area was nice and other people staying there were very friendly. Parking was not good we had to park across the street on several occasions needed more handicap spots.

Property was very clean and recently updated. Loved the colors. Had 2 coffee pots (yay!) Condo was a couple minutes drive from great restaurants and shops. The view was beautiful. Right on the beach and over the outdoor pool. Plenty of parking but it was a little tight so larger vehicles may have issues. Brought our furbaby and she loved staring out the window. Great weekend getaway. We'll definitely stay again.

Great location right on the beach with nice view of the ocean. Everything you need is provided.... cooler, umbrella, kitchen utensils etc.... About a mile from main intersection with restaurants and shopping. Convenience market for other daily needs within walking distance. Nice pool for when you don't want to deal with the sand.

Great condo. Has everything you need and the instructions very clearly tell you what is and is not included. Nice place thats not crowded and close to stires and restaurants. Onlt advice i have is get there during the day if its your first stay. Its a little difficult to find at night. Other than that, no complaints.

Loved staying here for our beach getaway! The building is smaller so less waiting time for the elevator and elevator is right by the rooms! So with kids that was a huge relief!! Short walk to the beach and they had a umbrella and few nets the boys enjoyed! My only complaint would be that the floors didn’t look swept when we arrived, lots of hair on the floor. But I just cleaned it up and enjoyed the rest of our vaca!

The condo was not very clean ,the bedding for the pull out smelled like dogs and found sand and crackers on mattress pad. The floors were nasty been a long time sinced mopping. The rules for tents on beach are not very clear. There should be more beach rule information provided by rental properties.

Such a cute little place. Perfect for us! It was a super quiet stay with the best beach access! We took our little pup. Many other families had their dogs as well! It had fabulous views, great location, and overall a great place!

Amazing place to stay! #403 is a perfect size with absolutely everything you need. Including a great view of the beach. Small condo so not overcrowded. Very very short walk to the beach. This will definitely be our new beach spot!

Nice place for a couple with a dog! The beach has eroded a lot compared to the photos and the boardwalk is much shorter than the one pictured, so there's not a lot of beach. Some local news articles mentioned there are restoration efforts in the works later this year and it didn't impact our vacation at all. It's just something to note so you aren't surprised when you see it in person, like we were. Otherwise the condo had everything we needed and was nice to stay in!

Check in was really easy and parking was great. The condo is decorated nicely and the bed was comfortable. The first thing we noticed was there was no lock or latch on the front door. Our two year old almost escaped with the pull handle door. The top bunk had no ladder or railing, so for safety two of our kids had to sleep on the bottom bunk. Luckily they are small so it worked out. The bathroom fan was falling out of the ceiling and there where unpatched holes from the shower curtain falling. The balcony door lock is broken, so there was a bathroom stall latch to the side which wasn't very secure. Easy for small kids to wiggle free. There was no rod in the door frame for extra security. We loved the beach since it is a smaller condo it wasn't crowed at all. Good condo just need someone to come in and fix some issues. I would stay there again with my husband, just not the kids due to the safety issues.
