This was our first time in Sanibel. The condo was everything we needed. Clean, roomy, well stocked and most importantly, on the beach. Easy access to everything you need, yet quiet and peaceful. Tropical with wildlife and nature preserves everywhere. Not over crowded in August. Communication with owners was thorough and they even provided helpful tips about things to do on Sanibel and Captiva. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo!
My wife and I, along with our son and his fiancé, absolutely loved Pointe Santo condo C-22 and enjoyed our stay!
The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and offered up sights of the beautiful grounds along with gators, turtles, iguanas and rabbits. Probably a few other creatures we didn't see!
The condo was all that we could ask for; roomy, clean, plenty of amenities but more importantly, Welcoming!
The beach with the sunrises and sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful! We were lucky to "swim" with the dolphins one day as they were rolling in the surf not too far from us while we were in the water. Awesome to say the least!
The people on Sanibel were very friendly and helpful. Our dining experiences were wonderful, the food was outstanding!
Host Ken and Susan were very easy and helpful to work with. Could not ask for an easier process from booking to check-in.
We will be back!

Wonderful condo
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very tastefully decorated, had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the views from the balcony were amazing! The owners were very easy for deal with. We had 1 minor issue during our stay, and it was taken care of right away. We would definitely love to stay here again. Our experience was great!

Excellent place
I spent a week here with my 3 children (19, 21 and 21) we had an excellent time and would highly recommend this condo. Susan and Ken are Very easy to work with, replied to questions fast with a lot of detail. Beach towels were nice and thick. Also had nice chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Condo is clean and well taken care of. We will stay here again when vacationing in Sanibel.

Even better than the photos
Just spent a very relaxing vacation at C22. The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for our family of 4. The kitchen and entire condo was very spacious. Loved that there were beach chairs, toys and towels, if needed. We were always able to find a lounge chair that the resort provides along the beach. Grocery and an amazing coffee place was within walking distance or an easy drive. Lots of great restaurants and shopping near by too. We loved the Crab Shack and Doc Fords. We were very appreciative that there was bug spray in the condo as well. Very much needed at dusk and after a rain. Finally, enjoyed the keyless entry. Very nice not worrying about who has the key. LOL! Thank you Susan and Ken for allowing us to rent your condo. We hope to go back soon and will definitely recommend your place.

Perfect get away
This was our first time visiting Sanibel Island. This particular condo and this resort in general were perfect for our family. Condo very clean and with everything you needed including sand toys, chairs, coolers, etc. Great beach with easy shell finding. Pool was very nice for when our children were not at the beach. Also centrally located in sanibel with many food options and 1 mile from grocery. Very nice nature preserve 0.5 miles from door.

We had an amazing stay at this property over Thanksgiving! It is clean, well manicured, well-staffed, and has great amenities. We enjoyed our condo a great deal and loved the access to the beach as well as being near stores and trails to hike/bike. It was perfect for our family.

What a getaway! Much needed. Peaceful, relaxing, fun. Swim, eat, walk on the beach and repeat. Dolphins, manatee, fish and oh the shells. Condo was a relaxing place to do puzzles and rest between swimming and walking on the beach. What a great time was had by all.

GREAT place!
Unit C22 was wonderful! It had everything you could think of. The beds were comfortable and the patio was peaceful! The location is close to the grocery stores on the island along with several restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked if you just want to enjoy being at the condo and the grills are close too. We would recommend this unit to anyone and WILL be back. Ken and Susan were so nice to deal with. I hope they know how special their place really is!!!

Amazing place to stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we were still there. Beautiful place and very peaceful. Lots of rest and relaxation. Beach access is amazing and is only a short walk to the sand with brick paths that lead to chairs and umbrellas and a great view of the ocean. Condo was great and no issues with a very short, nice walk to the beach. Condo is extremely sound proof and felt as if I were in a house with no neighbor noise. Can't wait to go back!

1st visit to Sanibel Island
Ken and Susan were very easy to communicate with, and we're also quick to respond. My mother, myself, and my 4 children (ages 5-15) stayed in the condo and it was very comfortable. The condo seemed to be exactly what we expected from the photos and description on VRBO. We were excited about the kids activities that were offered at the clubhouse, but unfortunately, due to covid-19, there was no "children's program". The kids were still able to enjoy ice cream and smoothies that were sold at the clubhouse. We utilized the grills often and the pool was wonderful! Never seemed to be over crowded. Very short walk to the beach. The grounds of the condo were well kept and beautiful. Overall, it was a fantastic vacation and we would love to revisit Sanibel Island and would definitely consider staying at Pointe Santo.

Perfect place for a great family vacation!
From the initial communication I knew we would have a positive experience. Susan and Ken were responsive and informative. They went beyond the basics and offered information about events in town, protecting the turtles, and helpful tips for our stay. The condo was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated and contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Pointe Santo property is very well cared for it shoes. The beach is so great here that we didn’t feel a need to travel to other public beaches. Not too crowded, lots of shells, and family-friendly. The view from the condo provides a beautiful line of site across the immaculate grounds to the crystal blue waters of the gulf. We would without reservation encourage you to stay in Unit C-22!

Home away from home!
We had a great time staying at C22 in Pointe Santo! The property was exactly as depicted in both pictures and description on the website. The resort was beautiful and we were able to enjoy the pool and club house nearly daily with the natural wildlife (iguana, lizards, rabbits, turtles, and lots of tropical birds), the glass bottom floor, games, and ice cream on site! The beach was very close and indeed, did have wonderful shelling with gentle waves that my daughter loved learning to jump over!
Thank you for allowing us to stay. We had a wonderful visit to Sanibel Island!

This was our second year at this condo and I have nothing but great things to say about it! It’s clean, it’s updated, it has everything you could need or want in the kitchen. The owners are fabulous and property is meticulously kept. I can’t imagine visiting Sanibel and not staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo. We stayed in c-22 and this place was beautiful. No complaints whatsoever. Everything you need is at the condo. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Ken and Susan have a wonderful place here and were very easy to work with. I read a lot of good reviews and that is why we chose c-22. It didn’t disappoint. Might also mention the great view from the Lanai.

Beautiful views, upgraded kitchen and baths, well equipped, easy condo entry, comfortable furniture, and excellent TVs make this our favorite unit at Pointe Santo! Hint: after 20+ years of renting in this complex, we know you get more for your money by renting directly from an owner. Avoid the rental agencies!

Great Sanibel Getaway
My family and I stayed in this condo for spring break and loved it. The unit is nicely decorated and updated. We have stayed in several units at Pointe Santo and this is the nicest so far. It has everything you could want in a beach front condo. It was well stocked with beach chairs, beach toys and towels. Everything was very nice and well kept.
The complex is also great. They are constantly maintaining and improving the grounds. The kids had a great time at the pool, and the club house had lots of crafts and activities. All the staff was very friendly as well.
The location on the island is also perfect. Nothing is far away. There are plenty of restaurants and Ding Darling wildlife refuge within just a few minutes. The owners were also great to deal with. I think we'll be looking into staying here again in the future.

Lovely condo, had everything we needed! Enjoyed spending time on the lanai in the morning and evenings! We brought our 6 month old daughter with us and Sue was kind enough to recommend a company who would deliver a car seat to us at the airport- we didn't have to bring anything except our luggage.
**Recommendations** Visit Ding Darling for the refuge boat tour- a lovely way to break up the week and learn some really interesting things about the preserve and its wildlife!

Amazing Vacation!
We had an amazing vacation at this beautifully updated, fully stocked condo. We especially loved the screened patio for morning coffee and the tranquil sound of the waves. We had perfect weather along with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Everything was perfect ❤️

Great location and Clean, Well Stocked Condo
The owners were fabulous, responding directly and promptly to my questions. Susan also checked in to make sure everything was perfect. The only "glitch" was not their fault, as the entire complex has gone to a new Dish Network, and it took a repair specialist to replace the "Hopper" which he did the first night I was there. Many channels for TV and 3 flat screen TV's as well. All furnishing were in good repair and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with quality pots, pans and everything else that you might need. All in all, it was a great time to spend with my family over Thanksgiving.

Everything you need is in the condo. Beach items, fully stocked kitchen and dish/laundry soap. Nice comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Great shelling when you go right for a short distance on the beach. Ken and Susan are attentive hosts. We will definitely be back to C-22 at Pointe Santo!
