About this house rental
This is a beautiful unique two-story Treehouse with 3 full bathrooms that can comfortably sleep 8-10. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen t.v. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds also with a flat screen t.v. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed also with a flat screen t.v. It lies on a acre of land and rests on stilts, which allows the car to be parked underneath. The scenic Rocky creek runs through the property and there is access to fishing . It has two decks in the front which provide a lovely view of the surrounding area along with a private deck in the back of the house. The interior has beautiful bamboo flooring in the bedroom and living room, and the living room also houses a flat screen TV. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances with a dine in counter and also has a table for six.
The house sits on a preservation lot off a quiet road off Memorial hwy with easy access to major highways such as I-4, I 275 and the Veterans Parkway. Furthermore it only 10 minutes away from Tampa International Airport. The house is within walking distance of Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts Supermarket and local Pubs/sportsbars. And only a 10 minutes drive from the house is Westshore Mall, International mall and Cirtus Park Mall.
As far as things to do in the area goes, there is more than enough to keep one entertained. There are gorgeous beaches, such as, Clearwater beach and St. Petersburg beach. Additionally, the very popular Busch Gardens theme park is under 15 minutes away. Lastly, the Rocky Creek golf course, known to be one of the nicest in the area, can be reached in less than a 10 minute drive.
There are many popular restaurants nearby, such as Cody’s Steakhouse, Chili’s, Carrabbas, the Outback, Longhorn, Flamestone, Beachwood, Cheesecake Factory and many, many more.

Met with my son and his family for a long overdue visit and this was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy each others company. It was nice and clean and check in was quick and simple. We received a text the morning of check in letting us know we could check-in 3 hours earlier than expected. The downstairs area was amazing and just as described. We all enjoyed playing pool and all the games. The kitchen was great and well stocked. The only downside was it was closer to a busy road than what I expected which was fine but we had a four year old. The TV is streaming only, no local channels...that was my fault. That wasn't high on my priorities list. All in all I would highly recommend this property especially if you are looking for a nice place to relax and visit with family.

We were last minute from Louisville, Kentucky. Wanted to take our sons on Spring break to the beach. Not far from so many beaches. We went to a different one everyday. Store is close to get whatever we needed. I appreciate the wonderful hospitality of having everything on the kitchen at our finger tips! We will recommend this to all we know. I was in Florida for three weeks mostly working but did have a few friends join me and we had a great time. The house is as pictured and had everything you need for a great stay. The pool table was an added bonus. The beds are good and there plenty of room for a much larger group than we had. I hope to stay here again.

Moms 85th birthday
Since we live up north & our family is in Tampa area we rented the tree house, so everyone could meet here It was much better than celebrating at a restaurant.

We had a great time staying at the Tree House! The house was very clean and accommodated exactly what we were looking for. Excellent Vacation Home
Javier and Dianne were absolutely amazing to work with! They really made our family feel welcome into their home. Very clean and spacious house
We really enjoyed our vacation in that beautiful place. The house was very clean so I didn't worry for my baby crawling around. It was fun for the other children too. There was a lots of games for them to play so we could sit down at the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee. Definitely recommend it!

House offered various activities for enjoyment--pool table, corn hole, fooz ball, darts, hammocks, nice yard (including lizards which the boys loved catching/releasing), board games, & cable TV. It was very clean. Would rent again and recommend highly.

Lots to do here
The house is nice lots of fun things to do hammocks pool table and bbq and baby soccer etc...beds are too soft for me and there is noise from the street even late at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home away from home
This property was everything it promised and more. Perfect for our family. Clean, beautiful, safe, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed greeting the sun on the front porches then having our meals on the back overlooking the yard. Hope to visit again soon.

This property feels spacious and well stocked for comfort.
We spent 2 weeks there with family visiting for the holidays due to a serious illness. It was close by to a treatment center which made our time together easier. The rooms are large enough to work well for 5 adults. It was clean and pretty. We enjoyed the setting on the creek from the balconies and wished we'd had time to use the pool table and other games.
We appreciate Javier's kindness in attending to our special requests.

Vacation paradise
The tree house had plenty of room for 4 adults and 5 kids. Lots of yard for kids to run around and the pool table and corn hole was fun for the adults. Lots of trees on property and the house was immaculate when we arrived.

2017 Vacation
The house and location were good. Enough room to accommodate the 7 we had comfortably. We had only one issue, we contacted owner and it was resolved within the hour. Would recommend bringing bug spray, mosquitos were really bad under the car port area. Fans under car port area may help to control the mosquitos. Alarm and security measures on property were nice.

Great vacation stay
We stayed here for a bachelor party of 8. Only 7 showed up but it was well worth it. Right down the street from basically everything you need and only about 20 minutes from all the night life. Plenty of space to sleep, very clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again. We also left a little alcohol for y'all 😂

Great house that fit all of our needs and more.
We rented The Treehouse for the weekend for a bachelor party, 8 guys total. Having so many beds was perfect for our needs and made it easier to sleep everyone. We were comfortable while we were there and especially liked the outdoor first floor which had the pool table, foosball table, cornhole and more. We used the grill Saturday night to cookout and had a blast. Anything we needed was at the house and Publix & 7-Eleven were within walking distance to grab food and drinks. We went to Topgolf which was a 30 minute drive from the house and we spent a night bar hoping in the South Howard district which was a ten minute Uber ride. As a group from Orlando, if we needed a place in Tampa again we wouldn't hesitate to use The Treehouse a second time.
