Walk into this amazing home that has a lockout on the first floor, with the first bedroom, a living room and kitchenette. The bedroom has two queen-sized beds and the living room has a fireplace and flat screen TV!
Head up the stairs to the main level of this beach house. Be greeted by the open concept living room, dining area and kitchen with beautiful high beamed ceilings. The living room has the most comfortable couch you could imagine, a fireplace to warm up by after a long day at the beach, and a flat screen TV perfect for streaming your favorite shows. Enjoy ocean views right from the dining table that seats up to eight people! The kitchen is open and spacious, with an island that provides additional bar seating for three. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware and a keurig coffee maker.
Down the hallway is second and third bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have two additional queen beds.
On the third floor is the master suite. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, an additional seating area and a Flat screen TV. Enjoy ocean views from the master suite and patio!
Three Flat screen TVs in the home, all with streaming, not cable or landline in property.
Kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker so please bring your favorite K-cups!

Clean, close to the beach (easy 1 minute walk), walking distance to 2 great restaurants and a nice coffee shop. We had 4 kids aged 7-12 and 6 adults and there was more than enough room. Would highly recommend.

This property is a nice, older home with a little room for improvement. Some of the pluses include, very clean, across the street from the beach and walking distance to harbor (great place to walk, see sea lions), multi-level home with a great layout making it feel spacious; bathrooms on each level; light and bright, ample towels, ping-pong table, pet-friendly, responsive management company.Things that could be improved include, new listing photos (the ocean view is gone w/the new construction), dining chairs and kitchen barstools are very hard and uncomfortable, the 2 living room chairs are high style but low comfort, sheets are microfiber and don't breathe, no window coverings in the living/dining area, very thin window coverings in the bedrooms offering little light filtration for those who want to sleep in after sunrise, and the light over the ping pong table is very dim (there may have been another one, but it didn't turn on). Overall, this is a good value for a pet-friendly beach rental.

Our family of five plus a grandmother and dog had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. The location is great—seconds away from beach access and a few minute walk from stores and a Sunday farmers’ market at the harbor. We really liked the area. The home was spacious and we appreciated all the extra beach towels.

Great location. Wonderful home. Just missing a few "essentials" (not enough coffee mugs for al 8 of us. Not enough Glass wine glasses for all 8 of us. And not enough TP in the bathrooms to begin with for a group of 8 to get through the weekend.) But those are minor issues overall. The place is lovely, and we'd like to return again.

We were very pleased with all facets of the property and it’s a wonderful place to host friends and family. Our only complaints were that the trash can outside was already half full when we arrived which didn’t leave much room to add additional trash. Also, be sure to bring your own water and ice as the filtered water dispenser in the refrigerator does not provide filtered water. The gas range also has to be serviced as the front right burner knob appears to be stripped and is difficult to tell when the gas is off. Our only other complaint is that there were no paper towels and only 3 rolls of toilet paper, so be sure to bring your own. Small complaints in an otherwise very nice and comfortable property. The beds are very comfortable and towels and linens are very soft. Would definitely stay here again!

Our extended family had a great holiday weekend at this house. Great location with the beach 50 feet away. The house layout is great so families can gather on the middle level and have privacy on the top or bottom rooms. Top level with jacuzzi bath was a nice place to relax. The house had all we needed for cooking large meals and a good selection of beach toys and gear. Driveway can fit three cars and garage fits two more. Farmers market down the street is so fun to explore. Would stay again.

Great big clean beach across the street. Cute neighborhood good for walking. Dogs allowed on the beach at certain times. Quiet except for house construction all around which is pretty typical for beach areas due to maintenance and re builds. Peek a boo views of ocean in between the front houses. House was equipped with beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen had needed utensils but low on coffee mugs (3) and able to make due with wine glasses. downstairs was an apt style with living room, bedroom and bathroom with mini kitchen. 19 year old son enjoyed that space but it was a bit cold and dark. Other bedrooms very spacious and master was top level, very big and bright. Plenty of TVs. Got no complaints about the wi-fi from the kids. Fit 7 of us very comfortably. Was nice to have a garage and driveway to park in. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close. We took a day trip to Santa Barbara and Solvang and enjoyed the several marinas and Camarillo outlet shopping. Teenagers had fun.

We booked this beautiful home last minute for my fiance's birthday last week, and it was the perfect beach getaway! We live in Santa Monica, but are originally from Santa Barbara, so it was a great middle location for our friends to meet us from each area.
The house was very clean and very spacious. I especially loved that each of the rooms (aside from the master, a king) had full size queen beds in each, which made it more comfortable for our guests. And of course being dog friendly!
Although I always love being on the sand, we were just a few feet away.
Added benefit, if you're traveling with two families, there is a second living room downstairs with it's own separate room (with two queen beds) and bathroom.
I would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend for families and friends to spend time together.

Stayed with friends and family for three nights and loved every minute. The location of this house can’t be beat. We walked to the beach, farmer’s market, bike rentals, coffee shop, and to all our meals. Not having to get in the car made vacation so much more relaxing. The beach across the street was empty and felt like our own private beach. The house was clean and the property manager was very responsive.

The layout of the house was perfect for our group of grandparents, parents and small grandchildren. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was a two minute walk to the beach.. perfect for toddlers! We would stay here again

Great Family Vacation
This place was great for our small family reunion. 2nd floor was good gathering place for meals and socializing. Balcony was great for early morning coffee. There was also more than enough room for everyone to have their own private time when they needed it. Beach was just down the block, and not crowded at all. We had a great time.

But the onerous cleaning responsibilities on renters (the list is huge and one is even expected to wash all dishes and put them away---INSANE!!) combined with the huge deposit is annoying. Combine that with no detergent and a terrible dishwasher that doesn't even get glasses clean and you will be cursing like a sailor on departure day. We want you to wash all towels-- but not even supply detergent. SERIOUSLY???

House is beautiful, well kept, great location, fantastic neighbors, would like the option for daily maid service, downside 3 am each day mosquito infestation, lacking tools to clean the BBQ which is a requirement of the stay, coiled hose broken and has leaks, drain cover in master bath not screwed down, better main TV instructions incase TV gets off HDMI accidentally.

Would highly recommend, BUT...if the weather will be warm, would also recommend verifying that screens have been added to all windows (some were missing during our stay, allowing flies to visit). It's steps from the incredible beach, and a 5 minute walk to the marina, shops and wonderful coffee (Honeycup coffee, super!) and Sunday farmers market.
The beds and sheets are new and lots of comfy space, the towels are soft and plentiful. New appliances and super well stocked.
Property managers are professional and responsive and eager to please. They are available both during business hours and have an after hours number that they respond quickly to.
The back deck has gorgeous sunshine and a view of the marina. Its an amazing spot for morning coffee and a good read.
Oxnard has great boating, jet skiing, kayaking, sea lion watching right in the marina, biking, and walking. A great kids park a few blocks away and most importantly a pristine beach that's big and uncrowded.
I cant wait to go back and will take this home again.

Great location, cute modern decor, but some things need updating, like bathroom drawers, but these were minor issues. one problem was that we had been told the dishwasher was fixed, but it didn’t work at all. You could run it, but the dishes came out still very dirty. So we ended up hand washing a lot. Otherwise, we still enjoyed it very much!

We recently stayed at this property in Oxnard. There were some safety and cleanliness concerns that made our stay unpleasant. I wish I could attached photos.
Safety concerns:
1. Shower on the top floor: When my husband went to take a shower and tried to slide the door, so that water wouldn’t spill out, the glass door came off the rails and nearly fell. Fortunately my husband was able to catch it, before it hit him. Upon inspection we noticed that the shower only has one side of normally two sliding glass doors and therefore the door is not secure when trying to slide it in the rails.
2. Dining room chair: the seat on one of the dining room chairs is not attached to the frame. When my mom tried to pull herself closer to the table after taking a seat, she pinched and bruised her finger between the seat and the frame.
3. Exposed outlet: in the bedroom with the 3 beds. One of the outlets is missing the safety cover. This is definitely a safety concern for families with small children.
Cleanliness:
1. We had to move the couch set to retrieve something we dropped. When we did we found food dirt, coins, etc. under the couches.
2. Most dishes, silverware, pots and pans in the kitchen cabinets were dirty and had stuck on food. We had to wash everything before being able to use them.
3. Upon running the dishwasher for the first time, we found out that the dishwasher does not function properly (which explains the dirty dishes in the cabinets) and had to hand wash all dishes we used for our entire stay.
4. Both sinks in the top floor bathroom drain very slow.
The house was nice and spacious, and the location to the beach was great, but for the high price we paid for 3 nights which included cleaning, service and other fees, we expected the place to be clean, safe and functioning. It is obvious that maintenance on this property has been neglected for quite some time. We were very fortunate that nobody was seriously injured. We have since contacted the property management and have been told that the problems will be fixed. They offered to refund the cleaning fee, which we feel is not a adequate compensation.
