Annual family reunion with around 20. Although the house is somewhat dated, it’s in a historical district and close to Main Street restaurants and shopping. Rafi our host was very accommodating and straightforward about the unit.
10.0 / 10.0
Couldn't have a more convenient or accessible location to enjoy the town of Breckenridge! We lived being steps away from shops, parks, and other amenities. The parking spaces and garage access were a welcome bonus.
As a group with lots of children, the separate spaces and access to en suite bathrooms were good for nap times, noise, and privacy.
We LOVED the air hockey and pool table. Multiple gathering spaces allowed for.
We cooked most of our meals, and it was helpful to have access to multiple refrigerators. There were plenty of plates and spoons but we found the kitchen lacking in other basic equipment including an adequate number of forks. The oven/stove was tricky to operate.
Updates and a few small repairs would have made for a more comfortable stay. Many of the bedrooms (particularly upstairs) and bathrooms lacked adequate ventilation, and several windows were impossible or unsafe to open. A centrally located bathroom for common use would have been nice.

All the stars go to location, which is great! Pictures should be updated as it’s a little more beat up than it appears. Beds are soft and saggy, as are the chairs. Historic home where maintenance has been neglected.

We enjoyed the location. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

We loved the location and had a wonderful time with our family. Communication with the owner/staff was excellent.

5 families from our MTB team mobbed Breckenridge for what we called Spring-Breck. The property was perfectly suited and located for our crew to have free run of the mountain. 5 minute walk to Quicksilver or 5 min bus to the Gondola and peak 6. Plenty of space to spread out and huge kitchen made feeding the crew pretty easy. Highly recommended, we will be back there....

Yes the building is registered as a historical building.
Yes the place is so big you can get lost inside.
Yes there are doors that lead to nowhere.
Yes you can’t beat the location as it’s 5 mins from everything.
Yes the hot tub overlooking the mountain is fire.
Yes I would stay here again.
Yes you won’t know what I’m talking about unless you take a chance and book this place.

House is as described, large and in a great location. It is very old and beat up though. Some of the showers have bad water pressure, but there are enough bathrooms to use others. House was great for what it is, but nothing fancy by any means.
6.0 / 10.0
Great location, steps from Main Street and close walk to the slopes. Many bedrooms, able to accommodate a very large group. The house is older and in disrepair. Needs a lot of maintenance and updating.

The location can’t be better 10 minutes walk to peak 9. Really great host who responded to all our questions, the house was clean and the amenities were everything stated in the listing. Thank you!

This lovely home was the PERFECT place for our large group of family and friends. The location could not be better (right downtown), and the house was very clean. Lots of space for our group to spread out but at the same time all gather in the dining room for group meals. The air hockey, pool table, and hot tub were great for the kids and adults. Communication with the host was fantastic. Could not recommend this place more!

Love, love, love this home! It was our second time staying here, and the location simply can’t be beat. The property manager is also extremely accommodating and went out of his way to help us with an issue related to our scheduling. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location next to Main Street in Breckenridge with easy access to all that Breckenridge and surrounding area has to offer. Property itself was great for a family gathering with ample room, so everyone had comfortable space...peaceful and quiet, away from the game areas. Game room, patio, and hot tub views were enjoyed by all. Dining area was ample for large group and kitchen and gas grill were very functional and well equipped. Made for a wonderful celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary.

This was a great property for our large extended family. We couldn’t get the oven to work and it’s a bit run down, but it was clean and had plenty of space for our group to gather and have separate bedrooms. We would go back.
6.0 / 10.0
If I was rating this property on just location, it would be five stars plus! Walking a half block to coffee shops, shopping, and dining was wonderful. The property itself is listed as historic and it is and we loved that. The furnishings however are so badly in need of replacing that it knocked our rating down to three stars. When you sit on a dining room chair and you sink so low you feel like you will fall through, not good. When you sink so low on the sofas that you can hardly get out, not good. When at least one queen bed had an unusable mattress, not good. This has nothing to do with a historic property and everything to do with poor customer service. What a disappointment.

This house was amazing. So much room and walking distance to everything! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

House is little quirky, but nice for large families. Each can have a wing of the house. Close to town, but not a ski in or out. The young adults liked the game room and being so close to town. We had a couple of issues, but called up and they sent someone out immediately.
10.0 / 10.0
We enjoyed our stay and the house was able to accommodate our large group. We enjoyed being perfectly situated between the ski lifts, grocery store, and restaurants.

So, as other reviewers have mentioned, this home is definitely older and dated (the furniture could use some refreshing - most of it looks like thrift store finds...), but for our crew it ended up being perfect! It's a bizarre layout and a bit overwhelming and confusing at first, but we found we ended up loving the space! It gave plenty of room for teens and adults to find a spot to get away from our boisterous group. It's not the Ritz by any means, but the value is in the location and space it offers.
The kitchen stove is a learning curve, but by the end of the trip we had it down. And, the kitchen is cold if you're not cooking but we didn't really hang out in that space much except for breakfast and dinners when the stove and number of people seemed to warm it up. The rest of the home is plenty warm (sometimes too much so during our visit but we learned keeping the doors open for the bedrooms along the main hall kept guests sleeping in those rooms more comfortable.) And, it's a historic home with old electrical, so occasionally the breakers would trip. Look over the home manual provided when you arrive, and it will address the questions/issues anticipated in a home of this age.
Other notes:
The home manager was great - available for questions and we had no issues there.
There is a bus line at the corner one street back that will take you to City Market (which is the "real" grocery store...there's a little one down the road for items you may have forgotten...bring durable collapsible bags to make life easier) and to the gondola very easily. I think it's the Blue line - highly recommend downloading the app and you can live track the buses on their route for planning....
Several restaurants literally out the front door on Main Street- Mexican, Asian, Burgers... All Main Street has to offer is at your doorstep.
Walking to the lift was a breeze - maybe five minutes and not hilly. Rent lockers at The Maggie at Breck Village and you don't have to walk in ski boots, and Breck sports will store your skis/poles overnight if you rent from them. Our snowboarders and teen skiers just walked in their gear to the house, but for those of us in our fifties, the lockers were a good choice.
All in all, a great value! This is not the place for you if you're expecting luxury, but the pricing reflects that. Had a wonderful trip!

We really enjoyed this property. Very spacious and convenient location, next to shops, restaurants and close to ski lifts.
8.0 / 10.0
Great location. Great parking. Easy communication with the owner. Beautiful house but needs maintenance. Some of the beds needed better mattresses. Some of the furniture was wobbly. Venting in the kitchen was suboptimal. When the vent was on, the kitchen became cold.
10.0 / 10.0
Great location. House is very large and roomy. Would have been better if there had been a larger gathering area for our group of 19. However, multiple gathering areas were great for the adults and teens as well. The house is very close to downtown and was a short walk to the lifts or shorter walk to the shuttle. Not short enough for this 73 year old grandfather though. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were were a major plus. The house is old and airy in some rooms and the floors creak badly in spots. We loved the house and location and would definitely rent it again if available.
10.0 / 10.0
This was the perfect property for our group of professional men. Each person had there own bedroom and we took turns cooking awesome meals with that great commercial stove and oven! The pool table and air hockey tables were also a big hit. Close to store and short walk to quicksilver lift.
10.0 / 10.0
Our large multi-family group was very comfortable in this spacious and well furnished and stocked home. The kitchen is designed for large groups, making meal prep and clean up a breeze.
As listed it is in an optimal location, with ample parking and the photos are accurate. Be warned it is an old building with creaky floors and such, but that is made up for by all it has to offer.
10.0 / 10.0
This property has an excellent location. Parking can be difficult if you have to drive to the Main area of Brekenridge so having this house with 6 parking spots was ideal so we could just walk from the house to all main areas of downtown Brekenridge. The house is older but clean. We had 18 people for a family reunion. House was spread out and plenty of space. The dining room area did not seat all 18 of us so when we all sat down for dinner together, some of us sat out on the patio area outside of the kitchen or In the room just off of the dining room area. There was 1 master bedroom that needs a new mattress. The hot tub area has a great view of the mountains. Overall, the house was in an ideal location, and I would rent this house again and suggest it to anyone wanting a large house that was very convenient to the Main Street of Brekenridge

5 Star Location
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! Walk to just about anything in Breck! The views from the hot tub were amazing. We had a family reunion with 24 people at Four Peaks! We all loved the location. The house was spacious, although the lay out is odd. The home is many years old (over 100) and has been added on to more than once. We were all comfortable, and almost everyone had their own bathroom. We loved the porch between both houses. Perfect for sitting and chatting. The kitchen has a commercial gas stove that is quite tricky and not user friendly (need matches for lighting). I’d suggest a more simple stove for a rental property. The beds were comfy. The home having no air conditioning came as a shock, but we learned it’s not necessary in July. Many of the windows are difficult to open. There were plenty of fans in the house. For those of you wondering there are 3 king beds, 4 queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 sets of twin bunks, 2 twin beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and 2 twin pull out chairs (in the king bedrooms). Parking was ample, we had 7 cars with no problems. All in all we loved the location of the home and would stay again! The house may not be super fancy, but it’s great for a large group in a prime location.

Great for families
Quirky property lot’s of space well equipped kitchen, a bit run down and could use some work but it’s a historic property and that’s to be expected but it was warm during our visit and most of the windows couldn’t open.

Ski trip 2022
Four peaks is a great place for a group ski trip and we have now stayed there 3 times (10-14 guys each time). It has an excellent location close to town/ Main Street and is a short walk (250 yards ) to the base of peak 9. The kitchen is large with 2 dishwashers and a large stove ( matches needed to light the gas burners). There are multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms each with it's own "Victorian charm". The house is quite eclectic and is showing its age. It can hold a lot of people in separate " sections" of a converted bed and breakfast. There are 2 washer/ dryers with pool table and air hockey in the basement space. The hot tub has room for 6 , comfortable for 4 , with a great view of the mountain. The place is not fancy and has not been updated since we rented here 4 years ago , but if you want a place to accommodate a lot of people, close to all the action of Breckenridge and don't mind stepping back in time to some facilities that could be updated Four Peaks is the place for you (and your group).

LOCATION LOCATION
Great historic house at the center of Breck.
A block from Main Station and Quicksilver lift. Walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants. BIG house with plenty of room and space for a large group!
Will definitely stay again when in Breck.

Large group for ski trip
The entire process went wonderfully and the location was perfect. Great for skiing and getting into town, so much bed space! The house had great vibes and was perfect for our group. The check in and out process was simple and easy. Everyone was happy!
3.0 / 10.0
Extremely convenient location. Owner was easy to contact and was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the house needs major updates. Not working: a toilet, some stove top burners, one dishwasher, large TV, mold in a shower. Some furniture and carpets were worn to threads and walls desperately need paint. I didn’t expect anything luxurious, just updated and working. With these improvements, the house would be wonderful!
