About this house rental

A fully furnished two bedroom, two bath townhouse located in Islamorada, also known as the "Fishing Capital of the World". All amenities needed in order to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The property has a swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball court, shuffleboard, boat ramp and dock space for a boat up to 25' as stated in boat registration.

If bringing a boat or renting one during you stay, proof of insurance with liability limits as well as boat registration is mandatory and should be sent to owner prior to your arrival. Use of dock space is on a first come, first serve basis with owners having priorities. Dock or ramp will not be allowed to be used until insurance and registration documents are provided to our dock master.

Master bedroom is located on the third floor and has king size bed, its own private bathroom and screened porch. Second bedroom is on second floor and has queen size bed. A queen size air mattress is also available.

There is a living room, dining room, second full bath and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a large screened porch overlooking the pool and tennis court.

Full size washer and dryer are located in the garage. Also, a covered carport and ample parking for vehicle. Barbecue grill is stored in garage.

WiFi internet, televisions in both bedrooms and living room, including blue ray and DVD player.

We’ve stayed at many places in Islamorada over the years and this was the best one. The property is newly renovated, up to date, with a nice layout. Modern everything. Well appointed. The pool is WARM and usually there was nobody else in it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, the location is ideal. We would definitely return next winter!

This is our 4th time visiting the Keys - this house was our favorite! Very close to restaurants and attractions. It was super clean and had more than enough amenities! The hosts were super friendly and helpful and very quick to respond! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property that is wonderful for those looking for a boat dock close by. It is minutes from fishing or exploring the beautiful waters of the Keys. The home is very clean and comfortable. The property owners were readily available for any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay at your little piece of heaven! The home was spotlessly clean when we arrived and contained everything we possibly could need, including a blender for making frozen fruity drinks to sip on poolside. The weather did not cooperate with us as far as fishing went, but the location was perfect for enjoying many land based activities both north and to the south. Everything was perfect! As mentioned in other reviews the owners were kind and responsive, the house was the cleanest I have ever stayed in, kitchen well equipped with everything and anything you may need, the neighborhood is quaint and friendly. We had our boat docked just short walk across the parking lot. Near the bot dock is a hose to wash down your boat as needed. There are also a few fish cleaning stations you can use at the dock. We enjoyed using the swimming pool after being out on the boat all day and it is conveniently located right in Front of this townhouse. The best part has be the location on the water. No long canals to idle through, you are in The Atlantic in minutes, you can easily get to the gulf side as well. Alligator reef is about a 20 minute run, Islamorad sand bar about 15 minutes, Cheeca Rocks about 25 minutes (great reef for snorkeling) Location is close to Publix, restaurants, shops, bass pro shop and about a mile south of Robbies. This really was “a little piece of heaven” It was hard to leave! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This was a great rental experience. The owners made check-in and check-out very easy. The property was just remodeled, the kitchen was brand new. We enjoyed the neighborhood, the people and loved playing pickle-ball on the courts directly across from the unit. We're looking forward to renting again sometime in the future.

Clean, comfortable (awesome beds and pillows), very well stocked with what you need. Spacious as well. Very nice to have option to utilize washer/dryer. This was our second visit to this lovely condo as it has everything we could want for our months holiday. Very comfy bed, top quality linens and towels. Kitchen has everything you need, brand new sofas this time. The garage is a huge bonus for our fishing equipment and the trolley to move things to our boat makes life very easy. We are now also making friends with the locals which adds to the stay. I would recommend this property highly. We will be back!

Totally enjoyed our stay at Piece of Heaven! The appliances were all brand new, and the cupboards were filled with all the dishes, pans, and silverware you could need. We had excellent help launching and docking our boat and getting familiar with the waters nearby. The neighbors provided friendly advice and lots of laughs. The location is perfect for spending time at Bud and Mary's, Lazy Days, and Robbies nearby. And when your day is done, the pool is the perfect place to kick back and relax. The property is well-named!
