This open and spacious home boasts 3500 sq. ft. of living space inside, over 2500 sq. ft. of outdoor living space and sleeps 14. With so much area, guests are sure to be comfortable within the spacious layout and fine furnishings. THE LAKE HOUSE is perfect for single families and large group gatherings alike.

THE LAKE HOUSE boasts a large master bedroom, which has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and it's own set of French doors leading out to the back deck. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, a large closet and an available portable crib for little ones. The third bedroom has two twin beds with Pottery Barn bedding and a desk area with bookshelves. The large bedroom downstairs has a king bed with colorful fish decor. The bright bunk room is perfect for young ones or those young at heart! THE LAKE HOUSE is ideal for a cozy nights sleep on the Tempur Pedic and other high quality mattresses within this 5 bedroom home.

The well appointed kitchen, with black stainless Samsung appliances and gas range, is perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is also a nice, large, outdoor gas grill available for your use. The spacious driveway is large enough to accommodate boat parking. There is a washer and dryer on the property as well as a clothesline for all your wet items after a fun day out on the water. Guests have access to a two-person kayak and paddles. (Guests must provide their own life jackets) The home has 5 Samsung flat screen TV's with Direct TV and 2 DVD players. There is high speed, wireless internet throughout the property. The basement boasts a game table for a friendly game of UNO, etc. or putting together puzzles. You can also enjoy a fun game of ping pong!

THE LAKE HOUSE is located right outside of Green Turtle Bay Resort and Marina and within easy walking distance or golf cart ride to Patti's Restaurant, Badgett Playhouse, Little Lake Park and Playground, The Village Market and Cafe' Grocery Store, The Jetty, Jade & Earth Spa, Craig's Dairy Dream, golf cart rentals, boat launch, beaches, fishing, putt-putt golf, shopping and much more.

Grand Rivers, also known as the Village Between the Lakes offers many water recreation activities on both KY Lake (160,300 acres - the nation's largest man made lake) and Lake Barkley (58,000 acres). THE LAKE HOUSE is also located within close proximity to the north entrance of Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area (170,000 acres). Very nice and accommodating. Great location. The only negative thing was there were a lot of spiders and spider webs outside on the decks and front porch. We only saw one on the inside of the house. The kayak was too dirty to use and had lots of spiders on it. We couldn’t get the electronic door lock to lock when we left the house for the day, but we were able to work around that. Overall, it was a very nice house and we would stay there again.

This is a perfect family get away spot. The large basement, screened in porch , and paved large parking area make great recreation space. The location is a pleasant walk to green turtle bay marina and a short drive to a dinner at Patti’s.

Loved the property, plenty of space with an enormous screened in porch. Friendly community, very quiet during the week with lots of options for exploring the area without crowds. We rented a pontoon, went to a drive-in movie, ate and shopped at Patti’s Settlement, visited the planetarium and Elk and Bison park. The house sits in a natural setting with deer and other wildlife nearby. Beautiful family getaway, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! It was so close to turtle bay where we enjoyed the beach and playground. We loved being so close to Patti’s and all the shopping. The house was the perfect size with plenty of space! Would definitely stay there again!

This property is outstanding for a large group of people. This is the second consecutive year our group has stayed here and it did not disappoint. The owners are extremely kind and readily reachable if needed. Ideal for those with multiple boats as the parking area is enormous. Just down the street from Green Turtle Bay on Lake Barkley and a short 10 minute drive to KY Dam Marina. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lot of room with all the amenities and comforts desired in a vacation rental. Kevin H

The "Lake House" was perfect for our Church Ladies' Outing. All of our ladies loved the home, and it met our every need. We enjoyed cooking several of our meals at the house and then enjoyed a meal at Patti's Settlement on Friday afternoon. We were able to shop at a number of local Antique stores, and we visited the "Quilt Festival" that was taking place during our stay. We would definitely stay at the "Lake House" again if we are ever back at Grand Rivers. It is definitely a wonderful home for a larger group!

The Lake house is a wonderful place to stay! There are many areas to gather as a group and enjoy time together and also enough room to spread out and take some down time with just a couple people at a time. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The owner was available and very helpful. The area is perfect. We were just a short drive or a nice walk away from Patti's and the shopping area of Grand Rivers. We absolutely recommend the lake house and hope to return next year as well!

This property is ideal for large family and/or friend gatherings. Huge parking area easily accommodated our group which included 4 trucks with boats. The Lake House was a wonderful property for our family of 13. We traveled from four directions to meet at the Lake House for the week after Christmas . The house was very clean when we arrived; and is designed to handle a number of people very well. Large open concept first floor. Large game area downstairs. From the reservations to checkin and checkout everything was perfect for our stay. Kitchen was perfectly stocked and beds were super comfortable. The house was great for family dinners and gathering. We had 5 couples and each had their own bedroom. The LR and dining area was very spacious, as was the kitchen. All beds were comfortable and all showers taken had plenty of hot water. The fire pit outside was great! We enjoyed cornhole and ping pong as well. The only thing I believe missing were wine glasses. We all had a great visit and will return. Thank you Nicole!

With a group of 9 adults (most over 70), the facility met all our needs. Very clean upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable with clean linens. Kitchen had all the equipment (pots, pans, cups, glasses. spices, etc) that were necessary for a very pleasant stay. Great deck on the back (quiet) side of the home made for a nice place to start the morning with coffee. Seating throughout the home was more than adequate. This unit will be at the top of our list when we return to the area. Host was quickly responsive to any questions we had. I gave it 5 stars only because 6 was not a choice.

The house is simply amazing! We had 6 adults and 6 children during our stay. The only complaint we had was about toilet paper. We ran out the first night as there were 12 people in the house and there weren't any extra rolls supplied. We made a trip to Dollar General to get us thru the rest of the trip.
