Enjoy beautiful ocean and sound views from your private 3rd floor balcony (no elevator on-property). This upscale 2 bedroom/2 bath villa with direct ocean access is steps away from the beach, courtyard area, outdoor swimming pools, sundeck and grills. Colorful beach décor, LVP flooring, High Speed WiFi, Smart TVs stainless appliances and Corian® countertops.

The 3rd floor condo (no elevators on site) is located in a family friendly and beautiful resort style setting with an incredible courtyard perfect for playing games or relaxing on the deck while you grill your favorite steak or seafood. Swimming pool is encased with a cool top surface that never gets hot and is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. Lounge chairs are provided for us at the pool (pool open: Memorial Day - Labor Day).

While sitting on your private balcony you can hear and see the emerald blue waves roll in onto one of the most beautiful white sand beaches North Carolina has to offer. The beach is frequently re-nourished resulting in one of the widest beaches in the North Carolina. Also from the balcony you can see the ships sailing into the sound and watch the kids play/swim at the pool.

The beach is a short stroll across the courtyard and take the boardwalk over the dunes. If you like collecting shells or walking/running on the beach, take a left and head down to the Point which is approximately 1.5 mile walk along the pristine coastline.

During your stay, you can visit Fort Macon State Park which has a newly built historic museum and is free to the public. Also visit The NC State Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, or head over to Shackelford Banks where the horses run wild and the fishing is superb. Morehead City Boardwalk to also a must see where local fishermen bring in the daily catch. There are also numerous golf courses in the area.

I must say this was the best experience I have had using VRBO! I cannot say it enough how GREAT Anita is!!!! My family and I were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect. If we are ever visiting the area in the future, we will defiantly book again.

Clean well-kept third floor unit. Is in a good location and walking distance to ocean beach. Building is older but maintained. Has nice pool and adequate parking. Close to many restaurants and stores along with a state park up the road. There is a view of the ocean from the balcony. Just be aware that it is the third floor and there is no elevator, but the view and breeze make it worth it.

Cute condo . Nice view from deck. Just enough for my husband and i plus 2 of our grown kids not yet married. Kitchen needs some better utensils such as sharp serrated knives and a decent cheese grater. (We like to cook and eat in most nights so if that is not you, its fine) Worst part is no elevator for unloading and loading the long hard walk partially in deep hot sand. Im in my late 50's and it was a hard walk for me(and i walk many miles on the beach every day) Over all nice place just a few inconveniences.

Beautiful property, great ocean view and sound from balcony. Lovely wide beach, grounds and pool. Kids were very happy about wifi speed for gaming at night. Host was great.

Very nice place, rooms were clean but floors had dust & grit on them. Mats in bathrooms also needed better vacuuming. However we enjoyed our stay.

Just what we needed for 3 day stay.. Location great, ocean view, next to Fort Macon and only 20 min to great food in Beaufort. Just remember to bring towels and bed linens.

It would have been good for a family with kids, not four adults, all over the age of 65. I turn 72 this week, and my wife has bad knees. Three flights of stairs was more than daunting! My bad, I didn't ask if there was an elevator. First time at a condo without any linens of any kind. I just assumed they'd be part of the package!

The condo was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderfully quiet stay. My husband enjoyed the view from the balcony while I enjoyed the wide noncrowded beach. The handicap ramp at the opposite building was an easy walk to the beach. This was our first time to Atlantic Beach but will not be our last. Our favorite restaurant was Amos Mosquito. The meatloaf was awesome. If you need a break from seafood you may want to try it.

The condo was nicely decorated, and we enjoyed our stay. It was on the third floor with no elevator, which we knew going into it. Our stay was great, and we found many things to do during our rainy stay. Found great restaurants for take out and eat-in. Found a nice little ice-cream shop close by, and the donut shop was awesome as well. The beach was nice and large, and lots of places to run and play for children and adults. We usually never stay at the same place twice, but we would definitely stay again.

The condo was fine. But be aware two things: 1) the condo is on the third floor with no elevator and 2) the owner does not provide linens. The description mentioned the linens requirement but I do not remember it mentioning the third floor. No criticism, just be aware of those two things.

NIce condo, decorated nice. The queen bed was comfortable and I liked the floors(no carpet). The only negative thing is that it is probably time to replace the living room furniture. I'm sure that is what happens after renting though.

Spent a night there with my family for a wedding at the beach. It was a perfect location and a great price. The place was clean and the owners were very responsive to questions. My kids enjoyed the pool and beach. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to my family to stay here as well.

Check in process and everything was super easy! It is a beach cottage so the beds are not the best but your at the beach! During our stay the main access to the beach was under construction which was a bummer but the public access was right beside it so it wasn’t bad. We enjoyed the cottage!

This was our family's first time visiting Atlantic Beach. condo was exactly as described, very clean and in a great location to the beach and pool. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything you need. The tenant was very nice and helpful. We loved the beach but the weather was bad almost every day during our stay.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, efficient and loved that it was walking distance to the beach and had a washer and dryer in the unit. Hosts were great, before and during the stay. Quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely consider renting again (and have shared information about the condo with family and friends).
