Villa de la Playa is a 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath luxury villa in an outstanding location, right on the beach in the gated community of Costa Brava. The Costa Brava development is located at Kilometer 17.5, midway between the two resort towns of Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo, along the Corridor.
Villa de la Playas expansive views of the beach and the Sea of Cortez, the large furnished patio area, and its immediate beach access make it ideal for family trips and special events.
The spacious living areas are open and elegant, the gourmet kitchen is completely equipped, and the dining area seats up to 10 guests in sophisticated comfort. The extensive patio includes large shade and entertainment areas, a commercial, stainless built-in gas BBQ, and a seating area for up to 10 outdoor diners. Lounge chairs and other outdoor seating surround the beautiful zero-horizon pool.

NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
