Parfait!!

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse de la famille. J’ai passé un séjour très agréable au calme , c’est que je souhaitais. L’établissement est situé à 10 mn à pied du temple de Borobudur.

A guest house next to the door of Borobudur temple

Very close to Borobudur temple (300 meters from the gate, 5 minutes walking) + room is clean + quite environment

The water heater didn't work. The shower didn't work well, the owner should install extra water pressurized. No refrigerator. No microwave in the kitchen. The price was quite expensive for locals.

Amazing homestay in the heart of Borobudur!

Lovely family run homestay! Within walking distance to Borobudur Park but still off the Main Street so super quiet and peaceful. Definitely try the jumbo fried tempe place next door! Delicious home cooked breakfast and also a tea and coffee station. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming, and provided us information about visiting Borobudur. They helped us organise a private driver. Would highly recommend!!

Close to Borobudur

Fine homestay very close (walking distance) to the Borobudur. Very helpful host who assisted us with anything we needed. Fine Indonesian breakfast. We were happy.

Rooms are OK for the price but price/performance is not exceptional. Hot water was a challenge at times. One room was very small, hardly any room besides the bed.

Breakfast is very good! The best I have ever had so far—the portion is also quite big for a “breakfast”. Kudos to Ms. Tomo who provided the meal with all of her heart! Also, the cleanliness is the best. The bed floor is without any dust. Mr. Tomo is also helpful providing me with some information of delicious food stand recommendations nearby.

There were some mosquitoes and three cockroaches in the bedroom.. I bought a hit mosquito spray repellent for the room in the Indomaret nearby. For the host, maybe it would be better next time if you spray the room before another guest coming. That’s all! Thank you!

Peaceful guesthouse in a peaceful area

Very close to Borobudur temple. Bed was large and comfy. Shower was reliably hot. Quiet and clean. The owner speaks good English and is very friendly and helpful. Nice Asian breakfast. Bicycles can be rented to explore the surrounding areas.

Light was a bit bright outside the window, perhaps it would be possible to dim/turn off the lights at night.

An absolute Gem!!

The hots and his wife were absolutely lovely. They were helpful, kind and friendly. The room was spacious. Air con was nice and cold. Simple breakfast of Nasi Goreng ( fried rice) was delicious. For the price, thei place is an absolute gem!!

Perfect spot to visit Borobudur and surroundings.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed a lovely breakfast and coffee on our veranda. Borobudur is in close walking distance and you can also do a nice walk through the rice fields.

Exceptional!

The owner is very helpful and friendly. I need to practice for my running and the owner helped me by making a map for the race. The rooms were clean. The bed was totally awesome! I could sleep really well at night. The owner was also quick to respond our request when we told him about the water. The bathroom was exceptional! Love the interior in the bathroom. We can rent scooter and use it to go around Borobudur. Would definitely stay in Genthong if I should make another trip to Borobudur.

Everything has been OK. If there is one thing to improve is just the internet connection because we could not get it in the bedroom.

The room and bathroom is quite clean and the owner is friendly & kind. The location is nearby Candi Borobudur and many food stall & restaurant over there.

Exceptional

Room is very spacious and clean. Hosts are super nice, always ready to help yet giving you privacy. Location is great, and there is plenty of good food options around that they will inform you about. And they made excellent breakfast, different every day (we stayed 3 nights), even as vegetarians. Hope to come back!!

Only improvement I can think of would be a lamp by the bed.

Friendly and helpful family. Can rent a bike. It's near epic rice field scenery, good restaurants, and near the temple.
