Cazarea, personalul, meniul variat si bogat, niciodata nu lipsea nici un fel de mancare cum se termina era adusa tava plina. Camera generoasa mobilier modern, tv mare conectat la internet Netflix. Asternuturi impecabile prosape schimbate zilnic. Piscina calda si suficient de mare.... si poate am nimerit in seria cu oameni civilizati nimeni nu punea prosoape sa rezerve....La plaja șezlonguri si umbrela doar pentru clientii hotelului. Băutură la discretie marca Savoy....de la whisky pana la vodca si gin ... acceptabil...berea light, vinul sec.

Kranevo este o statiune cu 2 zone una abandonata cu hoteluri vechi părăsite comuniste unde te intorci in timp si alta în apropierea plajei cu 5 hoteluri super. Fara faleza zona de plimbare.... mai rustic asa...

Personal amabil,vederea din camera

Curatenia lasa de dorit peste tot,mancare f slaba,nu lipsea peste( ff mic),nu era diversificata,cafeaua ff proasta,nu exista bar pe plaje,plaja privata cu sezlonguri departe .Nu recomand!Raport pret-confort minus!

Family vacation

What can I say? Everything was very good. Exceeded expectations. Very kind staff, delicious food, nice cleanliness and order everywhere, both in the restaurant and in the room. Hot water pool. In a word, I really liked it. I recommend it to everyone, especially families. We were here for the first time, but not the last!!!

What could have been a little better were the evening shows. Because after two days, you'll miss the walk and sit on the terrace with a beer watching a show. The other is the afternoon pizza and the ice cream. You stand in line for twenty minutes, which is quite uncomfortable. The pizza is delicious though.

Not a good place for out-of-country couples to relax.

The beach and space designated for hotel guests was nice. Lots of generous alcohol pours. The hotel manager (and most of the staff) seemed to be engaged and involved, friendly to guests, and wanting to be accommodating. They seemed like they were trying. It felt like it would be a better fit for families looking for programming and music. It was not a good place for couples. And we were one of the few couples there.

We had chosen this hotel as a relaxing end of our honeymoon. The hopes we had as a couple was that it would be peaceful, easy/no decisions (with food and drinks included), luxurious and romantic. Unfortunately, this did not meet our expectation. The hotel did not seem to be fully booked and yet the facilities was constantly crowded. The pictures of the hotel on the website are very misleading. The pool, in reality, was smaller and unimpressive. It was constantly crowded, full with lots of children running around, people smoking in the chairs all around you such that it always smelled like cigarettes, etc. It felt like you were sort of pitted against other guests for a spot at the pool where there was very limited chairs / umbrellas and people would claim and race to chairs when one freed up. There were some very enthusiastic and well-intended "animation" program women who would go around trying to get us to participate in their pool exercise dances, and were running programs for kids. They were kind but it was disruptive to our stay. There were also speakers at the pool next to the sole-outdoor bar that were blaring loud music for large portions of the day. It was not relaxing. The staff was generous in portions and serving of the alcohol. And the food / drink timing was labeled at the hotel. But the food was only available at certain times. And while the meals / buffets always included entrees, fruit, salad, soup, sides, etc., the food available outside of those time was slim, store-bought, and not presented sanitarily such that sometimes we would not feel comfortable eating it. It again felt like we were at odds with other guests to get first dibs at the food before it became old / picked over. Our room was very muggy/soggy smelling, and there was remnants of sand in the bathroom particularly in our shower that didn't drain properly.

Great stay!!!

Highly recommended!!! Good value for the price we paid. Big thank you to managers Veselina (reception) and Guinai (restaurant), bar staf Stanislav and Pavel, restaurant and room stewarts staff....they all did a great job. Very polite and welcoming. As per request, the manager had a little heart shaped towels with rose petals and a huge cake waiting for us in the room, as my wife is pregnant. The food is delicios and good selection of bar drinks. Very good location, close to the beach. Private loungechairs and umbrelas by the beach. Overall great experience!!!

Evoid this hotel/evitati acest hotel - run run run

This hotel is a Joke. It was cheap but we dindn’t expect to be like that. We said : “how bad coud it be” before we made the reservation.😂😂 4 stars? Never

The food was horrible. In 4 days we eated just one time at the hotel and we are normal people, we just wanted a decent meal😂 bad luck. The staff? No comment…😂😂 In 4 days nobody entered to clean the room, i’ve changed myselft the towels when i saw the cleaning lady on the hall. The pool was dirty ( kids feedback😂😂😂). The “all inclusive” is a joke😂😂. We laughed all the time because we are positive as people but my god, i did’t think that in 2022 there can be opened this kind of hotels, no matter the number of stars. Run run run!!!! Even if tomorrow there will be an offer to come for free we cannot return there. I don’t know if i saw such a dirty hotel in my life. The room Was super small ( i saw that in the pictures on booking) for 2 adults and 2 kids. When the couch was opened you cannot enter in the balcony ( see picture attached😂😂

Excellent stay with great food.

Fantastic location, literally on the beach. The swimming pool is also very useful. You'll get some sunbeds included in the room price and that's great. The food is nice if not slightly repetitive. But there was always plenty to choose from and good quality. Their cocktails are a bit funny, but they do the trick. The all inclusive option is fantastic but there are some nice restaurants nearby if you want to eat outside.

The coffee in the hotel is not the best, so if you are a coffee lover, I'd look for it somewhere else. Although they made a nice iced coffee in the pool bar.

Never again visit this hotel and location

Food was the same almost everyday Caffe discussing and tasteless Kranevo village its poor on everything,old hotels,damage roads The beach was full of some kind of flyes that bite like hell Tastless food and my opinion that they reheating Location of the hotel its realy close to another one and you can feel the smells from kitchen and noise from there until 22.00 The road to and from the beach its an old and damage wooden deck,full with nail and splinters Small area on the beach for the sunbeds and really close to the free beach area Nothing to visit or do in Kranevo,in august almost everything was close or out of business Small family room with smell from the canal in bathroom and room Soundproof room was zero!! you can hear everything from rooms even the elevator bell sound Its more to say... We will never visit this location We booked this hotel 80% regarding the reviewing,but it was a 100 % mistake. Don't lett the reviews full you!!

Too expensive for what it offers

It was near the beach. The staff was willing to help.

The sun beds were too close, you couldn't walk between them. The food was poor. One of the girls working at the kitchen was very rude. The girls at the swimming pool bar didn't speak English. The nearby hotels were a lot better and the prices were similar.

Good value for money but not ideal

The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was clean but rather small. Overall the hotel is nice, but modest.

The balcony was very small, the hotel's beach is not in front of the hotel so you don't have any of the all inclusive facilities there. So if you want a cold drink or a coffee at the beach you need to carry them with you. The food variety was not too generous, overall tasty, but not that many options.

Exceptional

perfect and quiet place, far from the night life. great place for family. hotel has its own reserved place on the beach, which umbrellas and chairs which is very comfortable in respect of seashore rest. Personnel in the hotel is very friendly and kind. special thanks to hotel manager madam Atanasova for helping and assistance .

The rooms were clean, the staff cleaned them every day, even if we requested, or not. The food was ok, and enough. Always a refill was done. Near to the beach, the pool was great.

Everything about the property was ok, but when you go outside, in the town, it is a different story. But for us, the beac and what was in the hotel was enough.

Nice small-scale hotel in a quiet location next to the beach. Very professional and customer friendly staff. Good food and variety in the menu.

The coffee is not tasty, there are no bottles with drinking water.

Above expectations!

Room: big and modern (there's a huge smart TV) Cleaning: towels and shower gel, soap were changed daily. Very friendly staff. Location: close to the beach, 1 minute away - never used the hotel beach area but the free beach zone just in front of the hotel where you can lay your towels on the sand (loved that smooth sand) - that's a less crowded area (more of my taste) The food was excellent: breakfast was the same almost, but dinner and lunch didn't have repeating food in my 4 days there - and you had a lot of diversification (for my taste).

Wine and coffee: not my taste! Wine it's like 25% wine and 75% water. Coffee is Nescafe only. Beer is acceptable but not great. But the worst is the smell in the bathroom! It can be really really annoying - there are times in the day when the smell is getting really intense.
