Accommodations: Townhome – 3 Bedrooms – 2 Baths – (sleeps 6-8)

This luxurious townhome is located at the base of Copper Mountain, within walking distance to ski lifts and the Copper Mountain Center Village which offers shopping, dining and fun day and night activities for children and adults. This property is newly remodeled with an inviting southwestern décor.

Guests will enjoy walking and biking trails as well as horse back riding in the summer and excellent skiing within walking distance in the winter. For relaxing times indoors, quests can sit by the fireplace in the living room or on the other two floors and enjoy the majestic and unobstructed views of the Copper Mountain slopes from floor to ceiling windows. The views are breathtaking.

The townhome is approximately 1600 square feet of living on three floors with an attached garage located on the lower fourth level, to accommodate one large vehicle and also space for skis, bikes and other sporting equipment. The fourth level also has a washer and dryer. The main floor features a compact kitchen with granite counter tops, and dining space for six with additional counter top eating space. The living room features a gas burning fireplace, a wide-screen TV equipped with VCR and DVD, WI-FI, and comfortable seating arrangement that allows guests to take advantage of the majestic mountain views.

The second floor features a large master bedroom suite that opens onto an enclosed sun porch with floor to ceiling windows, with two large closets, and a large private bathroom. The third floor features a large bedroom that opens onto a large sun porch with floor to ceiling windows and two closets. This floor also offers a third bedroom that includes a bunk bed arrangement that can sleep 2 or 4 (one large twin; one double; and one large trundle). All bedrooms have their own cable TV.

The Townhome also features an outside patio off kitchen which provides space for outdoor picnicking, sunbathing, or meditation. Other amenities of Copper Mountain include (all within walking distance) a fully equipped recreation center complete with exercise equipment, basketball and indoor swimming, a golf course, and of course in the Copper Mountain Village are restaurants and fun activities.

Sorry no pets are allowed and no smoking.

Needs some updating and TLC. Half the light bulbs were burned out, 2 of the 3 beds were so hard we were all sore the next day, the listing stated there was a hot tub on property. That’s not the case and it’s clear it’s been gone for a while. We got dressed and went down there and there’s a big concrete slab where it use to be. Super disappointing.

We had 2 families staying here and it was perfect. Location super convenient easy walk to 2 lifts and center village with restaurants and shopping. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at this property twice (Feb 2023 and Jan 2022). This trip was with grandparents in their 60's, myself and husband, and 2 younger kids (8 and 5). I wouldn't call this unit Luxurious at all, but it is so convenient to the lifts and is very spacious. It was great to have space for everyone to spread out and for our kids to be loud on the top floor while we were hanging out two floors below. The garage and laundry on the bottom floor is so handy to drop ski gear. Really could take advantage of the space by adding a lot more hooks on that entry level or in the laundry. Unit needed a little attention from my last visit...lots of missing lightbulbs, some cleaning of lampshades and light fixtures, and we were disappointed that the fireplace didn't work. Some bedding could be replaced...sheets in the bunkbed were pilled and rough and need to be tossed. TV remote in the main room was verrry hard to operate and needs to be replaced. Would totally stay here again, but just wish some of those details had a little attention.

Condo is a sort walk to center village and close to several lifts. There was lots of room for our family to spread out and get comfortable and also space or gather together. Television didn’t work very well but we weren’t there to watch tv.

This was our second time staying in Copper. We previously stayed at the East Village, but needed to shuttle to the Center and West Village. So, we knew this time we wante to be at least in the Center Village where food, shopping, and just everything really happens. This was perfect as it was a short walk to both the Center and West Villages. We never had to wait on a bus to bring us all over the village (and parking lots) before getting to our destination. It was comfortable and just a great little spot to be in. Our kids loved being able to run in the back and play. They thorougly enjoyed themselves, as did we. We were never able to find the hot tub, but really, its fine, because I really didn't want to have to walk back wet in the literal freezing weather. We can't wait to stay again.

The location is good. We able to walk to the lift. The stairs inside the house is a minor issue.. taking out of breath when you reach the 3rd floor. Parking inside the garage is a plus. We use the Vrbo txt message to communicate property manager couple times and never get response. Did get in touch with her once when I use the phone option. There is no hand soap in the bathroom! Overall I still recommend the place. It is perfect location and clean.

The host was amazing as we had issues with a cancelled flight! Check in was super easy and the property had beautiful views and quick walk or shuttle to ski! I hope to definitely rent again with my husband and 3 adult children!

The property is a short 5 minute walk to Center Village so good from that standpoint. But it is also 50 yards downhill from I-70 eastbound so has fairly significant traffic noise from trucks during the night even in the front rooms which face away from the highway. I think the sound bounces off other buildings. If you left windows open to cool the room down, you had to put up with the highway noise. This was the only real draw back. It’s an older property so the floors creaked when walked on so the room below could always hear when someone was walking around. Several doors needed some WD40 to quiet squeaky hinges but that’s just a quick maintenance task. The kitchen was nicely equipped, bathrooms were good size, and good size rooms. The owner communicated well and timely. The nightly rate was a fair value for what you get in this location.

We stayed with another couple for a long weekend. There was plenty of room in the condo for all of us, comfortable and clean and an easy walk to the village. We loved having the garage to park in, so convenient! We love the vibe at Copper mountain and it's the perfect location and close to other ski areas as well. I didn't have much contact with the property manager but when I did send a message I received a quick response! We plan to come back and stay here with our children in the future!

The unit was great except for the beds that were difficult to sleep in and no hot tub and no internet. Very dissapointing after a long day of skiing to not have a hottub or being able to check work emails.

Roomy, comfortable and well located. We loved the dedicated garage, and no shared hallways. The backdoor access to a little snowfield was good for the kids. Nice and quiet and a short walk to the lifts. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and eat all meals including for multiple children. Overall a great condo, that we would definitely return to.

The location is what makes this property so excellent. The garage is a great bonus. It is probably time to update the mattresses, but certainly not a deal breaker. I would absolutely book here again if we return to Copper.

We had a great time at this rental property. The location was great to all the activities. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our meals. Our kids really enjoyed that there were so many floors to this condo. They got to have an entire floor to themselves. We would definitely rent this condo again.

This was our first stay and Copper Mountain and Beeler Place. The space was great for our family of six (four teens/tweens). It is a lot of stairs so one should be prepared for that but it worked well for us. Shops close down pretty early at Copper Mountain so get your shopping/eating in early. We had a great time and would stay again.

Have stayed here a few times. Having the garage access and walking to center village makes this place super convenient. Must be ok walking stairs (ie bathroom not on living dining floor) but if you are then this is a great option for skiers.

We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids - was very comfortable for all of us and close walk to Center Village and ski slopes. Would absolutely recommend! Gorgeous views of American Flyer lift area from the living room.

Beautiful views of copper mountain! Just a short walk to center village but very doable to get to the lifts ! Great having a garage for our car ! Unfortunately had to leave a day early due to weather! Definitely will return !
